This is one of my favorite VRBOs I have booked. The property is absolutely perfect in every way. Beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, etc.) was so awesome, pool was perfect, plenty of towels and amenities provided. Property was exactly all that was described and more. Less than 5 minutes from Publix, Madeira beach, and plenty of restaurants. AC in the garage is a window unit that is slow to cool off, but we had no issues otherwise! If we ever return to the Tampa area this is where we are staying!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic VRBO, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the cleanliness to the proximity to the beach, everything exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the property was exceptional. As soon as we stepped inside, we were impressed by the pristine condition of the entire place. It was evident that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their guests. The floors were sparkling, the linens were fresh, and the bathrooms were immaculate. It truly felt like a home away from home. Additionally, the location of the VRBO was perfect for our beach getaway. It was just a short drive from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf without having to travel far. We loved being able to spend our days by the ocean and retreat back to the comfort of the VRBO whenever we pleased. The amenities provided in the VRBO were top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The house was spacious and perfect for a large family . The pool and game room was amazing and having an ice cream shop right beside the house was a huge bonus. Furthermore, the communication with the host Colby was excellent. He was responsive, accommodating, and provided clear instructions for checking in and out . I will be back for another stay!

Our family came down for a family wedding and this house was perfect for all of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the Dairy Joy ice cream shop right next door. Colby was quick to answer any question honesty with me. Thank you!

Colby was a great host who has a wonderful home with so many amenities. Great communication, a clean home, games and activities for everyone and every age! I definitely recommend Colby’s home whether your staying for a night for for a week!

I went with my family group of 3 couples and kids we had such a beautiful time the house the bedrooms and the game room were spectacular 😁 I would suggest a tv in the room that's pink my father in law had no tv but other than that all was perfect that's just a suggestion them you at all definitely be back here next year

This house is exactly what the photo show. perfect for kids and adults. Owner always responded super quick to any of our questions which I loved. House was clean and nicely decorated plus fully equipped with everything. Beds were super comfortable. Very close to beautiful beaches and restaurants plus an ice cream shop right behind the house was amazing. Loved our stay here

We had plenty of room for our large group and plenty of parking. Colby was very accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. Location was close to the beach and groceries/shopping. We loved being able to walk to the Dairy Joy every night for some desert.

House is on a neighborhood and they do want you to be quite a little early with a bigger party, it we didn’t have any issues. House is super cute and has lots of room for everyone

This was perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids between 4yrs-11yrs. We enjoyed the time at the pool, the ability to walk to parks and Miller's Ale House, and the close proximity to the Catholic churches. This is a short drive to multiple beaches, John's Pass and so much more. Communication with Colby was an A+. Beds were comfy, game room was fun and kitchen was stocked. Felt like this was a great home for gathering people together but spacious if you needed alone time. Again, it was just perfect for us.

The house was wonderful! Perfect size for us, used the patio and pool lots! Only a short drive to beach and other activities! Host was very attentive and quick to respond to questions.

Our family got together for my mom's 60th bday (she wanted to swim w/ manatees 😅), and this house was really the perfect place for us to stay! * It's abount 1 hr 30 min drive to Crystal River (for the manatees) * About 2 miles from a few public beaches, some great foods, and cool tiki bars * The heated pool and back area was screened in and a fun spot to be day or night (my 9 yo neice basically lived in that pool haha) * The garage had a beer fridge, darts, ping pong, tv, etc, making it a great spot to hang out and play at night (especially when the baby went down for bed in the house)! * Finally, the most dangerous part, is there's an AWESOME ice cream stand in the back yard (seriously, like 50 ft walk). We stopped by there each night for a dipped soft serve, milkshake, and/or sundae There were a few hiccups during the stay (issue w/ light, WiFi outage, etc), BUT Colby was super responsive, and was able to get them resolved very quickly! Overall great stay, would definitely recommend it for any age range groups!

We loved our stay here. The home was exactly as described and was convenient to our activities in St. Petersburg. The best part of the stay was the host, who was very responsive whenever we had a question for him.

We stayed at the Seminole property with my brother’s family, my elderly mom and dog. We had a wonderful time. The property was clean, well stocked and everything as pictured. Boys really enjoyed the basketball court, the garage hangout and the pool. Colby the manager was very communicative and took care of us very well. He was very responsive with the few small maintenance issues we had.I would rent the property again !

This is the perfect family vacation home. It has plenty of space for everyone and a nice ice cream shop within walking distance. I will book again .

I would give this a 6- star review if I could!! Everything about the house and the host was perfect. I have very high expectations when it comes to living arrangements and this house exceeded them- it managed to feel homey/comfortable while also feeling extraordinarily clean at the same time. It was evident that the host really put some effort into this to go above and beyond (more on that below) The kids loved the detached garage and the pool area, and the adults loved the poolside cocktails! The area itself was very nice too- close to the beaches and plenty of grocery stores/shops nearby as well. We enjoyed ourselves so much/had such a great experience that we plan to stay at Colburn's other nearby listings when we are back in town soon.

We needed a spacious, cozy house for a long overdue Girls Trip..and we got everything we wanted in this house. The pictures really dont do it justice as the layout, common areas, kitchen, bedrooms (with huge closets), enclosed deck, game room and pool was perfect for us. We had so much fun! The house is nicely decorated, centrally located near the highway, lots of shops, beaches and ofcourse the best neighbors ever...the delicious Ice cream parlor and Consignment shop. We also loved that the house was on a quiet, clean, safe street. Colby was great from the start! Incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. Checked in on us throughout our stay and even dropped off bug repellents for us. We were also greeted with a bottle of champagne which was very thoughtful. I hope to stay here again on our next visit. I highly recommend this beautiful house for groups or families.

Highly recommend! Close to everything, 5 mins to the beach , the house is so clean, the pool is huge, every room have extra space and the garage!!

For our first time in Florida this place was perfect! Our family had a blast and would definitely book again in the future. Our host Colby was also very attentive and communicated on time and executed any situation we had in our stay promptly. Really the best vacation we had in years!!

Once a year we get to gether to celebrate my Father's Birthday. So me, my wife, my two sons and their family's get to one location and spend a week with him and each other. The house was clean and perfect for three couples and 4 kids. TV's were big, bedrooms spacious and the kitchen very operational. The pool "Perfect". Coming from someone who doesn's have one. It was great. Location was also right next to an ice cream shop. I couldn't ask for more.

It was exactly as described in the listing. The property was clean, spacious & comfortable! Great location, close to everything especially the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we need. One of the bathrooms was recently remodeled so it was very nice and spacious. I wish they remodeled the 2nd bathroom inside the house as well - that would have been better as it was bit outdated. Colby, our awesome host was so great communicating and checking up on us throughout the week. We enjoyed our stay at this property and can’t wait to come back next year. Colby is great to work with, he even checked in on us a couple times thru our trip. The house was very clean, had lots of towels and blankets for our group of 9. Pool was great! Beach is a 5 minute drive. The ice cream shop next door was a nightly trip for us! If we come back to the area, we will definitely book with Colby again!

The house was beautiful, plenty of room in the main house. The pool was great, everyone enjoyed the privacy and convenience. The ice cream shop next door was enjoyed by all. Recommend for anyone to vacation, in a good location to do other things as well. We all agreed another stay would be fun.

Property was awesome and accommodating for a large family. Location is perfect and close to the beach, also the host was attentive and helpful.

We really enjoyed everything about the house and its close location to the beach. There were 6 adults and 3 children and the house could easily have accommodated more. We spent lots of family time around the pool and cooking out on the grill. Everything was very well stocked. Would absolutely vacation there again! Colby was wonderful.

The house is very spacious that was able to fit three families a total of 12 along with a couple friends stopped over for the day/night. Perfect location to St Pete and Treasure Island up to Clearwater. Close proximity to not just the beaches but to restaurants and pubs to supermarkets. The ice cream store next door is also a huge hit with the kiddos!!

Stayed here for spring break 2022. It was 6 of us. We had plenty of room and splace for much more people. Place was very clean and specious. Loved the layout and game room in the garage. All bathrooms were clean beds, were comfortable. Comminication with the host was also very good. Our only complaint was the pillows were a little too soft, but its more of a personal preference. Thank you for effortless and pleasant stay.

I highly recommend this home! The owner was great with communicating and fixed any issues in a timely manner. For example, the grill that was there was not up to par after notifying the owner we had a brand new grill in a few hours!!! The pool was perfect for the kids when we weren't at the beach. This house was great for the kids, I have a 3 and 7 year old who had a blast! Great location, John's Pass and many great restaurants close by.
