Nice place to stay only thing needs new sheets on the bed

This was the absolute worst experience by far with any vacation, in my life. The people who live at this condominium do not like children (words of the Vacasa employee-“They don’t not like kids, they just really don’t like kids”). We arrived at 3 am and settled in by 10 am someone was knocking at the door that there had been a complaint about an orange peel and marshmallow covered paper towels being thrown off the balcony at our unit. They only ones of us awake were myself and my 2 year old daughter and we had none of the mentioned items in our unit. They apologized and left, we went to the beach and then to the store to stock our unit throughout our stay with food and toiletries. Once we arrived home at dark we were met with a representative from vacasa informing us we had been “kicked out” and had to vacate the property due to complaints to the owner of the unit. No one contacted anyone from our party to notify us of an issue until we got to our unit and were met with the vacasa employee who informed us we had to leave. He was very apologetic and even tried to help us convince the owners of the unit and his supervisor that we couldn’t at all have done anything against our rental agreement or the property rules. Our children were well behaved and quiet the short time we were there and we didn’t have any items in the unit, In our vehicle, or on our person. He also told us this has happened to others. We had to pack up and leave all the groceries and toiletries in the unit because there wasn’t room to haul back to Kentucky, 13 hours away. We left and returned home. It was a nightmare I hope no one else has to go through!

Just Beachy condo was in an excellent location, was super clean and comfortable. The only problem is that the old people that live in the condos very obviously don’t like renters or children. They were very rude! Also, the instructions for getting into the building could have been more clear. Other than that, we had an excellent time!

2 bath rooms both with problems and been that way for a long time Maintenance told me I had 2 baths rooms just use the one that somewhat worked not good with 6 people and 1 shower no tub . Nice location
