The home was clean, cozy and beautiful. It was a great setting for my bday weekend with my boyfriend.

It was a nice little cabin that the 6 of us enjoyed. Was not far from casino, some golf courses, and bar/restaurants

The house had lots of amenities for the price and a good amount of space. We didn’t have a chance to use the outside deck much because of rain but it was very spacious and the grill was easy to use. The location within the community is relatively secluded which was a benefit. It is conveniently located within an easy driving distance to all the attractions at Jim Thorpe, Camelback, and the Pocono speedway, as well as other tourist locations. A good time was enjoyed by all!

The amenities for families were wonderful. There were loads of games and activities for kids to do. Our kids loved the touch of the assortment hot cocoas in the kitchen. All the appliances were up to date and easy to use. Every detail was taken care of, and there was not a single item missing. Fabulous space. Enjoyed the deer that came to hang out by the porch with us at night by the gas fire pit.

We had a great time in the Poconos and this very nice house. Everything was clean and organized. This house has a very nice kitchen and cozy living area great for spending time with friends! Good proximity to Jim Thorpe and other attractions in the area. The hosts keep things straightforward and are very helpful.

The house was amazing , we rent it every year , extremely kid friend friendly we have have 4 under 12 . We will rent every year at the same house . We sometimes have questions and the owners answer immediately . We will be renting this place for years to come

This was the perfect home for adults and children. The owner supplied board games. Fuzzball and the hit of the weekend. Air hockey It’s easy 5 minutes from big balder mountain where the kids went snow tubing. Great restaurants near by, food excellent. Will definitely do it again

Second stay at this location! Great location for some privacy, but conveniently close to everything you need for a family getaway. Host is always accommodating and quickly responds to any questions or accomadations.

The hosts were excellent communicators and so flexible and accommodating. House was very clean, updated, and the perfect set up for a family trip. The game room and massive back deck with propane fire pit were well used. Great location.

The property was very clean. We enjoyed the use of the deck, propane fire pit and grill. Everything we needed was provided from cooking utensils to linens. Great location, close to Jim Thorpe and Big Boulder. Owners are very friendly.

I was very impressed when we arrived. I have stayed at many vacation homes and this was the best as far as hospitality. Their kitchen was already stocked with groceries and snacks. We had brought stuff but it was very nice of them to have things available. Full spice rack, cereals, snack bars, chips, adult beverages, coffee, burgers, etc. The home was cute and decorated for fall. Very clean and the back yard was so peaceful. We were disappointed with a few things. One of the things i was looking forward to was sitting around the fire doing smores with everyone but we found out when we got there that you cannot have an open fire in that community even though there is one pictured in the photos. They do have a nice gas fireplace on the patio to sit around and enjoy. The water pressure in the home is awful. It literally trickles out of the sink faucets and in the showers, if someone flushes' or if both are on at the same time, one will shut off completely. If you coordinate showers, you can manage. Also, while we were watching tv, a small view of a security camera footage came up on the screen of people trying to get into a house and we thought it was the home we were in. We thought it was the house we were in and freaked out. Not cool. Overall, this was a great vacation home and I would recommend it to any family. The owners were very good about getting back to me and answering questions right away. Sleeping: There are 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 full beds, 1 Queen bed, and the couch could comfortably sleep 2 people. Thank you so much Guys!!!!!

Relaxing getaway

The house is exactly as described and worked well for 6 adults and 1 child. The house is well stocked including the kitchen. The counters were full which left little room for meal prep. A few more blankets would be helpful. The house was centrally located for all the wonderful things to do in that area. The propane fire pit was a wonderful way to end the day. All in all, the house was a good fit and we thank the owners for sharing the home with us.

This was our first time in the poconos and can wholeheartedly recommend this property. Vlad and Tania have thought of everything. They try to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy your time. The house is very clean, the deck and backyard is beautiful, and the community is lovely. The beach and pool is a must do, we had a blast.

Vladimir, the host, was quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and feel that the owners make a great effort to make guests comfortable. My only issues are that although there is a fire pit, renters are not allowed to use it and the fireplace is not usable during the summer season. No s’mores for the kids and no ambience and warmth of fireplace for the cool evenings we experienced. (There we’re also no extra blankets. The host did offer did turn the heating system on). Lastly, the cabin is right on a well traveled road. Not a big deal in the house, but can definitely hear on the deck. We got our serene time on hikes to Hawk Falls and Boulder Field.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you can imagine. Great location - convenient to a lot of fun activities. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the back deck. The owners were super helpful and prompt with communication.

The owner communicated very well. Always answered text questions in minutes. Everything went smoothly. The place looks like it does in the pictures it is well represented. Its a really pretty property and the house is so nice. And there are lots of things to do nearby. The Pour House is right down the road and has great food and service. I highly recommend this property. Wife and Kids loved it too.

The beds were comfortable. The AC 's worked great. The kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, cereals, pancake mix, treats, paper towels and napkins. There were large bottles of toiletry products in the showers. The family loved playing cornhole on the large back deck and air hockey in the game room.

Overall, this was a great place for 4 guys to have fun, relax, and unwind from their busy work week. The property was fitting for what we needed. We got to meet some stay cats, grill, and play air hockey. The only cons were: Having to clean up a bunch of glass around the fire pit, which we didn't end up using. No control over the outside lights, so we didn't end up using the patio fire pit either because we would've preferred the lights off. Main AC unit in the main bedroom didn't get too cold. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.
