Beautifully clean, charming property.
Disappointed that there were no curtains or blinds in the upstairs bedroom or bathroom.

Easy access to property with a small car, but still private. Great quality and selection of cookware.
Cottage was clean and comfortable and property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Booked to spend the weekend with my friends for us to attend a wedding. House was very clean when we arrived. Very close to downtown Dillsboro. Had everything we needed, (Towels, blankets, cleaning/cooking supplies)

Adorable and cozy cottage that was perfect for our family getaway! We enjoyed the fire pit and my 2 boys adored the loft room upstairs. It also came equipped with pots and pans and everything we needed for cooking dinner. Was an excellent stay!

Everything everything EVERYTHING was perfect. I would complain about no dishwasher but why? Great coffee, chocolate, and food was just down the street from us. Comfortable, cozy with a soaking tub to help ease the muscles after long walks.

We enjoyed our stay at Buttercup Cottage. It had everything we needed and was spotless. The property manager was wonderful and promptly addressed an issue we had with the AC. We look forward to returning.

It was a short weekend trip for our family and we didn't require much, but this cute house was perfect. Easy to get to and felt like home. It was clean, quite and had plenty of space for my family.

This adorable cottage was perfect for our weekend visit to Dillsboro and Sylva. Very clean, and easy check in and out. We did not cook in, (appeared to have plenty of pots and pans) but did use coffee maker, and cork screw. Refreshing to have a coffee pot and not a k cup! Filters were in cupboard. The cottage is cozy, safe and clean. Downstairs bed was fine, upstairs bed very comfy. Perfect small yard for dog to run around. Thanks Sundog!
