This was our first big family vacation, and this unit met our needs perfectly! Aside from being a beautiful home, there were many details that showed Erin's thoughtfulness in hosting and helped make the stay feel like an extension of home—from simple things like a fresh scent to greet you or providing an extension cord in different rooms (I've learned to pack one from past beach trips), to comfortable mattresses and plenty of extra throw blankets and linens. When I had a question, she was very responsive and helpful, which was much appreciated. My husband and I have stayed at Carillon many times in the past, but always in units on higher floors. We loved being on the ground floor for the first time with this trip, as well as the keyless entry, and we hope the next time we plan a trip with a larger group like this, we can stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay here. It was so convenient to everything, yet not in the high traffic area of PCB. The short walk to the beach was so accessible for my elderly mother and one of the main reasons we chose this condo. It provided the perfect place to celebrate her 91st birthday!

Excellent location - truly steps from the beach! We loved the beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets right from the condo. We borrowed sports equipment from the clubhouse and enjoyed pickleball every morning, as well as basketball and shuffle board. We loved having such a peaceful stretch of beach to explore and being a quick drive from excellent restaurants. Having 3 bedrooms (6 beds!) and 3 baths gave us plenty of space to spread out and kept us all happy. We would definitely welcome a chance to visit again!

Loved the location of condos and the unit inside the condominium. Large group staying for fall break lived the tennis and pickle ball courts. The beach was so close we all enjoyed our time!!!

We were looking for a condo to for our family and budget on the quieter end of the beach. This was perfect. We loved the location and how easy it was to access the beach. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The location alone of this gorgeous condo made our stay! If you have children on your trip this is a wonderful location as stated in the description and other reviews. So close to everything when you have to carry alot! The remodel on this condo is so pretty! We had a wonderful time and already planning the next trip around its availability.

We love this place. Return to it evey year. Familiar with the location and it's surroundings. We had a very enjoyable time with family and nice weather. Looking forward to next year.

My family and I stayed here for a week and had a great vacation. Excellent location just a few steps to the beach. The owner has it furnished nicely and the beds were comfortable. If you need a three bedroom and ground level I would highly recommend this unit.

Stayed in this unit in previous years under previous owner. Loved dealing with them and the unit then but the changes Erin has made are fabulous. Will book this unit again next year!

Beautiful condo nicely updated. Three bathrooms a must. Ground floor so convenient. No elevator hassles. We brought our bikes. We rode 3 miles every night. Such fun beautiful weather. Love Pinnacle port been staying here 25 plus years. Feel very safe in this gated community.

This was our first family vacation in a few years and it was wonderful! The first floor is great for easy in and out to the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and not crowded. The condo had everything we needed. There are 4 beach chairs on the patio that I wish I had known about beforehand, it would have saved me from bringing ours. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I booked this wonderful condo with our daughter and her husband. They have 3 little boys 5 and under. The condo was perfect for us. The ground floor and proximity to the beach was ideal. We were also close to the pool and playground! Restaurant choices were abundant in PC or Rosemary.

The place was nice but Wi-Fi was horrible, no toilet paper or trash bags. The dishwasher was full and unknown if was clean. Location was ok but not a lot around to do.

Had a wonderful time at this amazing condo right on the beach! It was roomy and fit our family of 7 comfortably! Love the view and accessibility!

This place was amazing. We loved that everything was so close and no steps at all!!! All the things we could’ve needed were there. The remodel was so nice and clean. There were plenty of towels for the 6 of us. The view from the master bedroom was my favorite. We definitely hope to stay here again!

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times and this is our favorite unit. Convenience to the beach is great as we had toddlers with us. The remodeling that has been done is just beautiful! We had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for daily cooking. Plenty of towels for our group of 7. We used the heated pool at the tower only one day. It was a short walk but not too bad. The snack bar was open and we enjoyed that! The grounds are well maintained and there is a playground our little ones enjoyed. I hope to be able to return soon for another stay here!

This property was the nicest and cleanest we have stayed at so far at Pinnacle Port. The location is perfect and no steps to climb. We look forward to renting again next year.

We used to stay in this exact condo in the 80’s through 2018 and it has been purchased and renovated very nicely. It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning unit in the 2nd bedroom was amazing. During the day, the living areas could get a tad warm but we were always on the beach during the day anyway. It would cool off at night. This condo unit is very convenient being right next to the walkway out to the beach. Pinnacle port has always been a great place to stay.

The beach just steps from your door. No stairs AT ALL. This was perfect for my parents who have trouble with stairs. None to access unit and none to access beach. My dad loved that he could fish in the surf and in the lake on the other side of the parking lot. Was plenty of room for all 7 of us.

Great condo! We loved being on the ground floor!!

We absolutely loved staying here! The layout was perfect for our group and the beach view and access were wonderful! I asked my 7 yr old what rating 1-5 and she said 80! She loved the views, close access to the beach and swimming pools. The owner respoded immediatley to any inquiry I had. The keycode entry was perfect for our big group. The kitchen has some spices (salt, garlic, oils), wine opener and enough dishes. The only thing I could suggest is more bath towels. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience! Other notes: you do need to get up early (5:30) to put chairs/umbrellas out if you want to have front row access with your own chairs as there is a chair rental company that sets up around 5:30/6:00 and takes up most of the space. Also, the water was very rough. Even my 7 yr old good swimmer could not really enter the water above her knees without holding someones hand. Not sure if it was just like that the week we were here or always. But if you have small children they would not be able to play in the water here. You'd want to walk down to the south side of the property at the inlet of the bay and play in the vey calm water there.

Lower floor and easy access to the beach.

Location was excellent. First time walking in the smell was super musty so we went and bought air fresheners for the condo. Owner was very responsive to messages but unfortunately the issue we had was never solved during our stay. The sliding doors did not lock. It felt like they did at times but when you pulled hard enough, they would open right up. This is a very uneasy feeling being a floor unit. Added unnecessary anxiety to our stay and super disappointed in that.

We had the best stay at c2104. Love the ground level. Easy in and out + the bottom floors stay cooler. Feels like your sitting on the beach the entire time. If you have any issues the property owners are very professional and will help you!!! 5 stars and will be staying here again along with telling our family and friends about c2104!!!

Our stay was great! My bff and I brought my son and several of his friends to stay for spring break. Other than the sprinkler blasting our window at 6am every morning, we had a wonderful trip! There was enough space for the boys to hang out, walk around, enjoy the beach, and also quiet enough to where we didn't feel like we were in the midst of crazy traffic and crowded spring break kids all over the place!

Absolutely perfect! This corner unit is soooo convenient to the beach! We have an infant and it was extremely convenient to be able to run back and forth within 2 minutes. Extremely clean and well stocked. Had the perfect amount of space and furnishings. Greatly appreciated the extra fans for our little one. Terrific place, we will be booking again next year!

The unit was great for location and views. Quiet, beautiful area near Helen State park, grocery stores, restaurants and more. Games in the unit were a plus for when the weather wasn’t great along with extra blankets we used on the couch. Issues we had were the following: no wine opener, no extra toilet paper (one roll per bathroom), one kitchen garbage bag given, no sample for washing machine or mini toiletries, landscaping right in front of unit looking to beach with very large machinery all day long that was very noisy (no fault of owner). We ended up needing multiple grocery trips for these random items we discovered we needed over the three night stay. Communication was great with owner, which was appreciated.

This property was amazing. We were so sad to leave. The view was spectacular! It was convenient to everything. Grocery stores were 5 minutes away, Rosemary Beach was a short 10 minute drive, Panama City was 15 minutes away. The heated indoor pool was wonderful on the rainy day. The bedroom set up was perfect for us as well. We can’t wait to come back!

This place has it all, I loved being on the ground floor and views were amazing. This was perfect for our family! The pictures do not do it justice. We love it here, can’t wait to return!
