I would recommend Lucy on the Lake to everyone. The house is beautiful, spacious, and it has plenty of things for everyone to do. We all enjoyed the pool/hot tub, paddle boards, and kayaks. The game room is an extra bonus. The deck has an awesome view. There is nothing not to like at this property!

Nice and homey, perfect for my annual family get together. From ages 11-90, something for everyone to do! We did paddle boarding/ kayaks/pool-game room with ping pong was wonderful! Puzzles and games also a nice touch. Loved watching the huge amount of geese move in and out of the cove morning and night-

The stay was great! The pictures were very accurate and I was able to plan accordingly. The owner was nice and quick to respond when I needed. If you have a larger party, I would recommend bringing extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper because we ran out very quickly. Other than that, they had everything we needed for a fun stay!

What a great spot for our family Christmas! We have family from all over the state of Texas and since some live in Marble Falls we decided to rent a big home to host the party. Plenty of parking, seating for 18+ people, outstanding outside space. House includes a large pool, hottub (which is the easiest one I have ever seen turn on) and a deck that looks out over the lake.
Neighbors are close to you but they were very nice. Bedrooms are very large and comfy with lots of bathrooms. 2 1/2 baths downstairs, 3 full baths upstairs and balconies from every room.
Kitchen was large a stocked nicely with everything you need. We highly recommend and will most likely use this house again next year for the same party.

We had 14 adult women staying to celebrate an engagement and this was the perfect place. We had so much space and activities for everyone. During our stay there were issues with the hot tub and heating the pool, they were fixed by the host, but not in time for us to have fully enjoyed it during our stay. The “bunk room” is the warmest room in the house, but luckily we did find fans that helped cool it down. The deck was perfect for morning yoga! We followed quiet hours and had no problems with neighbors. We even heard fireworks out on the lake on Saturday. Fun sighting, a baby fox by the pool! We highly recommend Lucy on the Lake!

We had a great weekend at Lucy on the Lake! The home had everything we needed for our multigenerational family trip. We enjoyed the lovely pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, coffee on the deck in the mornings, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was stocked with all the needed cooking items, and the beds were comfortable and clean. Thank you for a fun weekend!

We a had a great time at Lucy’s on the lake. There were 12 grown men and we had plenty of room. The hot water heater went out, but the host had someone out to look at it and got it taken care of in a timely manner. Would stay again.

We had a few bumps in the road when we got there, but it was taken care of fast. I was very impressed with the owner. She was amazing. The downstairs a/c was out when we got there and she replaced it the next day and brought fans for us to use till it got fixed. We would definitely stay there again. She went above and beyond to make our stay great.

This is a beautiful property in an idyllic location. The host provided paddle boards and I think a kayak. The tweens loved those. There was a nice pool with close bathroom access. The host provided towels and some pool noodles. The littles loved that. There is a nice big kitchen (all labeled drawers and cabinets) and a beautiful large table for family style dining…we fit 11. There is plenty of storage areas in the bathrooms. Lots of den seating for family game time. There is a big deck with a lovely view… it was a great spot for morning coffee. Our hostess was friendly and always replied to our questions in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. A+++. Thank you Sharon for a great stay.

We had such a great time! Planned a summer trip with our kids and 2 other family’s. We all had a blast in the pool and on the lake. The views at sunset were so beautiful! Had so much fun fishing, and just paddling out on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boards. The renter was super attentive and answered any questions we had and was ready to help us get anything we needed. Highly recommend!!

We truly enjoyed our summer family gathering at Lucy on the Lake. The home fit our family needs perfectly. Great kitchen that was very nicely stocked with cooking supplies. The popcorn was thoroughly loved by grandchildren while watching a movie in the afternoon. We grandparents watched while parents and grands took the lake in the kayaks and paddle boards. And who doesn’t love a swimming pool. Thank you for helping to make fun memories

Our family wanted to stay on a waterfront property with great outdoor spaces and this house delivered. The pictures online were accurate (clean and modern) but we were pleasantly surprised at how cozy the house was too. Plenty of zones for people to do their own thing but enough room for everyone to gather together too. Property host, Sharon, was pleasant and answered our questions promptly. We would definitely return to this house if we stayed in the area again.

This is our second time at this property, and it didn't disappoint. Great property with all the amenities, including a pool with a spa that was added since our last visit. Love this home for its spaciousness, as our work colleagues joined us in the mornings for a working session, and we have plenty of open space for us to meet. Sharon, the homeowner, is incredibly responsive.

This was a great weekend with family and friends for my sons birthday. The house was just as pictured and had something for everyone to do. The location was perfect and we had a lot of fun on the lake.

Nice place to have for the family over the weekend. Quick response from the host. The house had everything you need. Wish I knew about heated pool prior the arrival. A few dog’s poopoo was lying around the porch near the walkway to the lake. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d recommend anyone to rent out this place whenever they come visit the area.

The property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, and is perfect for a large family getaway. We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday party here with extended family and it was great - kayaks and ping-pong table were heavily used and it's really close to a great restaurant called Bay View (with excellent views of the lake).

Our stay at Lucy on the Lake was outstanding. The house itself is very spacious, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The location for us worked out great as we were able to take many day trips within an easy driving distance. The host, Sharon, was extremely responsive and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The new pool and hot tub are beautiful and offer a little extra amenity that makes the stay even more inviting. If you are looking for a house with lots of room, located on a beautiful lake and close to many Texas hill country attractions, then Lucy on the Lake is the place to stay.

Lucy’s on the Lake was a wonderful blessing for our family. Three generations enjoyed a fun, well-appointed, well-organized, very clean house. The beds were just right for everyone.
