Just as advertised. Very clean and relaxing property. The view of the lake was great. Will rent again!

The house/trailor was nice, clean and comfortable.Met our needs. Kitchen was great for cooking meals. Kayaks were awesome, our dog loved it and the porch was great for her to stay safe and still have outdoor feeling when we were not on the dock. lake was fantastic. Front screened in porch was fantastic. Picnic table on front porch was great for eating all our meals. Needs a little TLC with floor in bathroom was soft at sink. Missing step on steps to get into lake. Owner was not aware and we let her know to get fixed.

Great stay for us. We were there fishing and it worked out fantastic for us with boat dock. It was exactly as advertised and clean. We would absolutely stay there again.

Stayed all week form Sunday to Sunday, The covered boat slip made our fishing trip better then the past having to take boat in and out of the water each day.

Cute little small cabin/trailer. Small but very cozy. Very quiet and relaxing! A lot of steps and a steep walk down to the lake but we managed!

Cute older mobile home/lot with a lot of potential. Pros: Beautiful lot/view. Nice boat lift/pier. Excellent communication from owner prior to arrival. Well stocked with necessities. Quiet cove with immediate access to big water. Comfortable beds. Good AC. Cons: Much of the furniture is broken; needs replaced or repaired. Adirondack chairs on dock are about to crumble; one leaning. Leg rest for both chairs are collapsing. Not suitable for safe use. Chair on screened porch broken. Lights on screened porch would not work. Only table big enough for playing games was on that porch, so there was no way to play games at night. Sidewalk down to pier ridiculously unsafe. Comments as far back as 2021 mentions the need for a handrail, and host acknowledged need, but still nothing. Angle down is probably 30 degrees or more. This is a huge safety issue. Dishes in cabinets were dirty. Had to first wash everything we used. No TV in 2nd bedroom. Check-in instructions are in a clear sheet protector on the front of the refrigerator. One side is the check-in instructions, the other side is the check-out instructions. Upon arrival, the check-out instructions were visible. Found check-in info on back as leaving; info would have been nice to have had before/upon arrival. Floor in bathroom under vanity has a 2" drop-off, so when you step up to vanity, you feel as if you are falling through floor. Had a great time would not recommend this place without updates.

The dock is amazing! Shaded most of the day for fishing all day if you wish! The mobile home was very clean and the screened in porch is nice. Beds are comfy! The host is very nice and communicative!!

The property was great. It was as advertised. Nice dock to put our jet ski in and enjoy the lake. Quiet cove with quick access to big water. House was clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. We will definitely rent again.

View from screen porch was delightful. Enjoyed having dinner in porch, listen to nature and watching lake so relaxing. Wish the timer in porch lights stayed on little longer. Walk down to the dock very carefully as steep and no hand rails. Only ventured down there once. Wish the living room kitchen area had another light as dim in evening for reading and game playing. Had an enjoyable relaxing time. The screen porch was the best for morning coffee, dinner and relax time. Would definately stay here again

The place was in good condition, just a little dusty especially the outside areas. This was not a huge problem for me. It was also a bit hard to find but the communication with the property owner was fast and helpful.

The dock is perfect for hanging out and fishing off of. The screen porch and back patio are also a great place to relax.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The steepness of the property was a problem walking the dog. Only have two recommendations. A small table in the second bedroom would be nice. I loved having a half bath. Also because my sister and I are older if the railing went all the way to the dock. Because of our ages our balance isn’t the greatest. My nieces and nephew came on Saturday and they had a great time. Hope you were satisfied with how we left the property.

We had so much fun, the house was well cleaned and had everything we needed. Would love to come back.
