We stayed at this property for my son’s graduation from Fort Sam. Beautiful home, very clean, & every imaginable amenity! Host was very responsive and the entire experience was outstanding! Highest recommendation!

Had a girls weekend and loved the quaintness and layout of the condo. Very comfy and cozy; the bedrooms were very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

We LOVED our stay. We came with a well behaved group of soccer boys for a tournament. They were in heaven. It was spacious, we got to walk to the cvs-food trucks-the pearl, the adults got to run on the riverwalk and up around historic fort Sam area, and the boys got to rest and bond as a team, have meals together, and watch movies together. We saved money eating in and having a frig and kitchen. We walked over to licks for some ice cream one night. The location was perfect. We felt safe. Lucas was SO attentive and responsive. Hope to stay again soon.

Spacious, clean, well appointed townhome near the pearl. The area is has a mix of older apartment complexes and newly renovated homes and fun restaurants.

Host was very communicative. Pictures were accurate. No complaints from my employees. Would recommend property & host.

Lucas was extremely easy to work with. Great communication, offers to help, and fixed a broken garbage disposal within a few hours of the request. The Pearl area is a lot of fun- especially at night. This property is a short drive from there in an area being built up. The place was extremely clean and we felt very safe and secure with the garage parking and lock system. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is super close to the Riverwalk. We would still recommend driving to the parking close to the Riverwalk as the doesn’t have great sidewalks. The house was very clean, kitchen was perfect for making meals, the a.c. worked great, and they had supplies to assist with cleaning (plenty of trash bags, dish soap, etc), and the property manager was quick to respond. Zero complaints!

Our weekend stay here was great! Property was clean, very spacious and perfectly located to many local attractions like the Pearl. Our host was very communicative and helpful. Would stay here again, 10/10 would highly recommend.

Perfect birthday weekend get away. Enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Great eateries within walking distance and so close to the Pearl district. Zoo also felt close by. Teen enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to live music at night. Kids loved the Pac-Man/Galaga gaming. Owners were wonderful and super easy to communicate with. Definitely plan on coming back over summer!

What an adorable home. We were thrilled with the condition of the property, the close proximity to so many attractions, and the excellent communication with the owners. There was a slight issue with the garage door and they had it fixed in an hour! We were so impressed with their kindness and care to ensure a great and stress-free experience. What a fantastic place to stay in San Antonio! We stayed with our family of 5 and loved having room to spread out. Took advantage of the large kitchen for some meals in and had everything we needed to cook. The master is beautiful and the whole home feels luxurious. A very nice (short) walk to Pearl for coffee, breakfast tacos, dinner or drinks! Very quick drive to Alamo too. The boys loved having Big Buck Hunter in the living room.

Booking was easy, upon arrival we found what we were expecting and more. It’s a really nice place with plenty of space for everyone in our group. Communication with the owner was very good. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in SA

Everything in this place is perfect. The neighborhood, the house itself, the cleanliness and the good taste in the decoration. Very comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there. I recommend it100%

The location was very convenient to The Pearl district (beautiful development with upscale shops, coffee houses and restaurants) and close to several lovely local restaurants that were adorable and casual! Downtown San Antonio requires about a 5 min drive. Upon arrival, we were about 5 min out from Government Hill, so I emailed Lucas to see if we could get in early. Not much lead time for him but he responded promptly and we were able to get in early to drop off the groceries we purchased. The cleaning people were finish up and were incredibly gracious! There were some snack items, a couple of sodas and a sweet sign welcoming us. Overall, the building was very clean and the kitchen was well outfitted with new looking appliances, quality cabinets and countertops. Bathrooms were very clean and beautiful and everything worked:). Very well designed property! One thing to be aware of: this is at the edge of The Pearl district in a more industrial looking area. In a few years, I’m sure it will be more developed and upgraded. At the same time, we always felt safe.

Just as described, very clean nicely decorated and good location for sightseeing! Would highly recommend!

Nice house close to everything but away from the city noise

This property is close to the Pearl District and walking there was no issues unless the construction around had a street blocked. We enjoyed the neighborhood eateries too. The house itself was nice but the bedrooms are on two floors. Kitchen and Master are upstairs. Couch was pretty but on the low side for getting up and comfort. Small coffee pot if you’re a coffee drinker you’ll be making a few extra pots. Kitchen overall was nice but no ice maker. And the downstairs bed may need another slat added to it so the mattress stays above the headboard. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend home. Just had these few things to point out.

Easy to rent.

This rental worked perfectly for our stay in San Antonio. Check-in was easy and the property was very clean and welcoming. We felt like we were staying at a classy boutique hotel. The property does have a steep staircase, however. So, if anyone in your party has trouble with stairs, this property would not be a good fit.

Amazing apartment. Very clean with loads of space! Location is perfect.

We wanted to explore the area around the Alamo and this was the perfect place to stay. It was close to the experiences we wanted and we felt like we were able to do more. Would definitely recommend staying here to experience San Antonio.

Everything was as advertised, clean and comfortable. There are neighborhood improvements going on in the area that will make this property and stay more desirable in the next year.

This is a really nice property and just what we were hoping it would be. Easy walk to the Pearl entertainment area. Property host provided all the information we needed and everything was as depicted on the VRBO site and good to go when we arrived. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time in San Antonio, the house was a jewel. Very clean, comfortable and in a good location. We used Uber, and rode the hop on hop off bus around the city. The museums were not crowded, and we especially enjoyed the Tejas Rodeo on Saturday night. We paid for box seats , I would not advise this. The bench seats have a better view.

Everything, start to finish, was great. Easy, clean, and beautiful.

We really enjoyed the location and beautiful house. The host was very generous with a basket of local goodies. It was a great experience and we will definitely stay again if we ever come back to the area.

Good location and large living room, made our stay very enjoyable. Recommended for large families.
