Perfect place to stay while visiting Littleton and surrounding areas. Easily walk to parks and downtown to explore. Kathy’s home was perfect and the small fenced area was perfect for our dogs.

The house was fine but really lacked any storage for clothes, there are rods in the rooms to hang clothes but no place to put folded clothes or space to set luggage. The rooms were full of comfy beds, just not for clothing.
The 4:00 check in was late along with an early 10 am check-out, felt like were missed an entire day.

The property was amazing. It was in a perfect location for our visit to Red Rocks. We enjoyed walking to downtown Littleton and exploring. The host was very responsive and left all the things a girl needs when trying to conserve space in luggage!

Super cute house. Quality remodel, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds with super soft linens, well stocked kitchen including Keurig coffee and creamers. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and conditioner soaps makeup remover lots of nice little extras. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Lovely patio area perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Do not hesitate to rent this amazing home in Littleton you will not be disappointed!

This was absolutely perfect for our needs! Very close to wedding venue. Walking distance to pet friendly restaurants & lovely parks.

What a great place with easy walking distance to downtown Littleton and Bega park.
House was clean and bright with all amenities. Missing laundry facilities, but there are several in Littleton.

Perfect place to visit my sister-in-law who lives in Littleton. Loved the fenced in yard for my 1 yo to walk around freely!

We needed a place to stay while our home was being packed up for an out of state move. Kathy’s VRBO was the perfect little oasis for us to hide out from the chaos and get much needed downtime for myself, my husband, and our two pups - it’s cozy, well appointed, and an easy walk into downtown Littleton for dinner and drinks. Thanks for having us!

Kathy is a Super Host!!
This Littleton VRBO was perfect for our group. It might be small but it has everything you need and is so darn cute! We stayed a couple of weeks and loved being able to walk into town and enjoyed a live concert one night at the park nearby. Our host was wonderful and answered questions very timely when they came up. Highly recommend!!

Great stay!
We had a great time staying here. It was a good location (super close to downtown Littleton and easy access to downtown Denver) and fit our needs well. It was clean (few of the dishes needed to be re-washed) and had enough space for the 4 of us. Thanks Kathy.

This house was perfectly accommodating for our needs. The rooms are cute and modern. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Very close to downtown Littleton
Great 3 nights in Kathy's cute house! Beds and baths were comfortable with nice linens. Kitchen was well equipped as advertised. We took advantage of the near by restaurants. We also found the Littleton park down the street and wished we would have found the Englewood park earlier (6 lighted pickleball courts!). Would recommend this house.

Adorable home in Littleton
Our family of 4 stayed here for a week while we were having some work done at our house nearby. This property had so many extra touches to make it feel like home. The kitchen was very well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. Plus there were other thoughtful touches like nightlights, snuggly blankets in the family room, etc. The host was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again!

Perfect for what was needed
This house was great. Had a great, quiet location. Very clean & cute. Beds were soft and comfortable. Only drawback is no washer/dryer if there longer than a few days. Very much enjoyed our stay.
