Ladies weekend was a blast at Orchard Manor Estate! This home was beautiful and very spacious.We had a great time and cant wait for all of us to go back

We enjoyed our stay at Orchard Manor. Everything was as described and very spacious even with all the beds used. The game room and movie theater were awesome and one of the primary reasons we booked the house. The popcorn machine featured in the photo no longer exists but we made do with a large pot on the stove. Kerri was extremely responsive and the caretaker super helpful. Property is gorgeous and much prettier in person. Sunsets from the family room were spectacular. Great value for the money, would definitely stay again.

Orchard Manor was the perfect home for our family weekend. There was something for everyone. Game room, theatre, gym, and outdoor basketball court. Then plenty of space in the kitchen living area to gather for food and drink ! The sleeping areas were very comfortable. We will definitely return next year !

There are not enough superlatives to describe this magnificent home. Our family gathered to celebrate a birthday, and we could not have picked a more perfect home. From the kitchen to the game room and everything in between, the house was absolutely spectacular, just off the charts. Kerri and John were fantastic and responded quickly to any questions.

We wanted a place close to Mystic and close to the casinos. Eight friends from CT, MA, and GA getting together for a weekend to see a show at Mohegan Sun. We ended up passing on Mystic to hang out in the basement to play poker, pool and check out a late night movie in the theater room. We will have this place as a first choice if we ever do a weekend again.

What a wonderful property. This is the 2nd year we spent our annual ladies weekend at Orchard Manor Estate. There were 14 of us and you would never know it. Plenty of space for everyone.

This was the most beautiful property me and my family of 12 have ever stay at. With a group of adults, teenagers, and young kids. It is always hard to please everyone- this house did just that. We spent most of our time down in the game room that had literally everything. Night times were spent outside by the fire pit or in the movie theater. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need. The beds were cozy and comfortable, and every room of this house was clean upon arrival. The property itself is beautiful and we did not want to leave. Thank you so much for having us, we will definitely rent again!

Using positive superlatives would be the only way to describe our brief stay at Orchard Manor Estate. As a group of ten family and friends, all of whom are senior citizens, we could not have found a better place to have our mini-reunion. The home is spectacular, spacious, suitable for all ages, and elegantly accoutered, lacking for nothing! The property is extensive and sitting out on the back terrace, overlooking the surrounding land, provided us with a serene experience of enjoying peace and the beauty of nature. Kudos to host Kerri and Caretaker John who were most helpful and attentive to any questions we posed from prior to booking until the time we checked out. All in all an extremely memorable experience!

We loved staying here! The grounds and home a beautiful with lots of space! The kids absolutely loved the basement and pool! Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing! The property was fantastic and extremely well taken care of, and the one issue that arose was promptly dealt with. The kids (and adults) absolutely loved the basement. We're already thinking of coming back next year for our family get together.

Ourselves and our family rented this amazing property to stay, as we were having our wedding at a near by venue. This was a perfect house to enjoy summer, swim, lounge by the pool, relax in the hot tub, watch movies in the theater, play games in the basement, enjoy a fire in the outside fireplace and have plenty of seating for everyone for dinner. A+ property! Even better in person than in pictures! Will definitely rent again when we host our out of town family again! Love that the house had everything you need ( I mean everything!) to stay there. From extra blankets, towels, spices, pantry items, to pool floats and tennis racquets! Lovely owners, caretaker and property!

This year was our Fifth Summer vacationing at Orchard Manor Estate. Needless to say,, our family has grown to love our time spent at this beautiful home. Kerri, the hostess, and John, the property manager were always available and so very helpful. This property is by far, a step above all the previous vacation rentals that we have had in the past.

Our family had an excellent stay at the Orchard Manor Estate! While there are some items that need to be tended to create a truly 5 star experience, most members of our family would be very happy to return to the property for another special event. (We have sent this list of items to the owner representative so I am sure they will be tended to in the future.) As mentioned in previous reviews, but worth reiterating, some of the beds are in spaces that are not private.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Orchard Estate and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, it was an absolute delight. John, the property caretaker was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing all the necessary information and promptly answering any questions we had. Their professionalism and warm demeanor instantly put us at ease. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the property's charm and well-maintained exterior. The manicured lawn and tasteful landscaping set the tone for a delightful stay. The interior of the home was even more impressive. It was immaculate and exuded a sense of comfort and coziness. The decor was modern yet welcoming, with a thoughtful touch in every room. It truly felt like a home away from home. The basement was a oasis filled with a pool table, ping pong, skeetball and a large movie theatre. The kitchen was fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. We loved having family dinners around the spacious dining table, sharing stories and making memories The highlight of the property, however, was the backyard oasis. The kids were thrilled with the well-maintained pool, and we spent countless hours splashing and laughing together. The outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxation, and we enjoyed our morning coffees and evening cocktails under the stars. In conclusion, our stay at this rental home exceeded all expectations!

My family had a great time here. Has everything you could possibly need for vacation. Game room was a lifesaver on 2 rainy days. So much fun.

It’s anyone’s dream to have 8 bathrooms, each family had their own. We really enjoyed all of the games in the game room what a blast! The theater room was filled with lots of dvd’s. John the property manager was great, anything we needed he made sure to get it for us. He also showed us how to operate everything. The home is absolutely amazing! I hope to stay there again in the future!

Property and home are extraordinary. Plenty to do with the well equipped lower level and movie theater. Pool is beautiful and hot tub was perfect as weather was cool this week. Our family had a fantastic time

Had a great time with 4 spectacular weather days,the place was great ,very impressive,4 grand kids between 7-12 they had a blast,,5 familys,,some say best vacation ever,,,will stay again for next reunion,,110% ,,great kitchen,,can't say enough,,

The house was perfect for our large multi-generational family gathering. The bedroom and bathroom on the first floor worked well for those with mobility issues. The multiple living rooms allowed people to spread out. The office was great for allowing someone in the group to do some work and not be disturbed. The only true disappointment was that the upstairs bedrooms were not queen sizes beds - they were doubles. The basement and outdoor spaces had so many entertainment options that we really didn't need to leave the property. We did a significant amount of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and serving utensils (platters, large bowls, etc.). Although the listing does try to make this clear, please be aware of the bedroom set up. Four of the bedrooms (one down and three upstairs) are traditional bedrooms off a hallway or living room. One bedroom has an adjoining playroom with two more twin beds, and three twin beds are in alcoves or rooms off of other rooms that are not private. This worked for our group, but may not for others.

What a beautiful house! Clean and well appointed. We watched Harry Potter in the theater, the cousins played basketball on the court and every amenity in the game room was enjoyed by all! Loading and unloading gifts and gear was easily accomplished from the garage right into to the house. John, the caretaker, was very responsive to any little need that arose. Everyone of us would love to come back in the summer!

The property and layout of the house was perfect for our large family. It is well maintained, clean and complete with everything we needed for an exceptional weekend. Kerri and John were very helpful and made our arrival and departure stress free.

It was perfect for our stay as we needed a place for two families with teenagers.

Kerri and their team was great, the house itself is so large yet homey and warm. Everything felt so clean and well kept. The property itself is so picturesque and there’s so much to do there. We went when it was really cold, but hope to make it out during warmer months to make use of the tennis court and pool!

We spent the weekend here with family. Amazing location and has everything you need. You’ll never have to leave the house. Owners and property manager were wonderful.

This house is gorgeous and the whole property is just perfect! My family & friends went up for golfing + a night at the nearby casinos, and everything at the house was spectacular. There was plenty of room, the outdoor fireplace was lit almost the entire time, and we were able to spend one day outside on the tennis court followed up by a night watching football in the basement and playing games. Highly recommend this place to anyone with a large group who wants to stay active!

The house and grounds were amazing. Checking in and out was simple. So much to do we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The host and grounds keeper were very helpful.

This home is a beautiful home! Perfect for a very large gathering. Heated pool was awesome. However, the jacuzzi outside was broken so we weren’t able to use that. Several of the toilets had issues flushing. The jets in the Master bedroom also didn’t work. Parts of the oven didn’t work. Many flies inside the home. Overall, we still had a great time, the property is beautiful. Saw families of deers. So cute. Just feel for all the money you pay to rent, everything should be in working order.

Our family had a lovely stay at Orchard Manor. The house is absolutely gorgeous. It has so much to offer, both inside and out. The house has many unique architectural features that really add to the ambience, as well as beautiful paintings and decor. We found ourselves spending a lot of time just looking around and appreciating the little details around every corner. It has spacious open areas and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The views are truly stunning from every window of the house. The windows on the first floor offer amazing panoramic views of the property and let in so much natural light. The basement is full of entertainment; it is impossible to be bored. Some features of the house could use some updating, but it didn't take away from our overall experience there. The property is very private and peaceful. We enjoyed seeing wildlife every day, especially the deer. It was wonderful to sit outside on the rocking chairs and enjoy the view. Lots of places to take family pictures. Our kids loved the tennis/basketball court. The pool was a lot of fun and the plentiful beach towels in the pool house were very much appreciated. We loved walking down the beautiful winding driveway to the orchard and picking apples. Orchard Manor is a hidden gem and the perfect location for a family getaway. Kerri was a fantastic host. She communicated everything perfectly and was very responsive to any questions we had. She is friendly and professional. The caretaker did a great job explaining the house to us and showing us around. Thank you for everything!
