Had a great extended stay in the Fall. Loved the location and everything we needed they had. Felt very safe as well.

The house was awesome, very clean, and so much room for everyone! The beds were comfortable. We loved the deck, you can see the Ocean and hear the waves, while having your coffee, or in the evening sipping your wine! The house is nicely decorated, you feel like you are at home! All you need to bring is yourself and your clothes, the house is so well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need, spices, garbage bags, paper towels, storage bags, dish soap, and more!!! Also, a nice new grill!! Did I mention full size washer and dryer! This property is literally steps to the Ocean. We were there in Sept and the weather was great, we walked on the beach every day and found shells. The property owner Carl was awesome to work with. So very nice and helpful with any questions you might have. Check in and check out were very easy. This house has everything you will need, lots of room, clean and inviting, and steps away from the Ocean! .

Wonderful weekend spent relaxing at the beach. This was our third time staying here. Lovely house with everything you possibly need for an enjoyable weekend. We walked across the street and spent the day lounging on the beach, playing cod hole. We cooked our food at the house and all ate with plenty of room to sit us. We played games and visited. Would return again!!

When renting a place, you are looking for several things: location, location, location, cleanliness, and again location. I have gone to the outer banks, oak island, Wilmington, and this is best place I have stayed in!!! Cleanliness, location, amenities, and etc, were among the pieces that I loved. We arrived there, and had forgotten coffee for the morning. We opened the cabinet and there was coffee. In the morning, we had finished making pancakes, and noticed that we forgot the syrup. We opened the pantry and there it was. I can go on and on… But I will stop there and say, this is the best place you can book!!!

I can honestly say I don't have a single complaint about this property. The owners were easy to correspond with, the home was beautiful and honestly looked better than the pictures. It was absolutely perfect and it's literally steps from the beach. We will definitely book again!

This condo was the perfect location to spend our Carolina Beach vacation. It was immaculate, tastefully appointed and well-stocked. Our family of five enjoyed having our own beds and bathrooms, and everything was just incredibly comfortable. The condo has easy access to, and a view of, the beach - it’s just steps away! We’d definitely stay here again.

Our daughter wanted to celebrate her 13th birthday, at the beach, and what better way to do that than take a whole group of teenagers! I can't say enough good things about our experience here. The house was fully stocked! Paper towels, toilet paper, soaps of all sort, baggies, trash bags, fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, beach towels, linens, laundry detergent, coffee, spices, beach chairs..you name it, they had it! The walk to the beach was just a hop and a skip from the rental and when you have that many kids you appreciate that convenience. Carl, was a great communicator and host, and we most definally will be back again!

IT was perfect! We love the house and the beach was very near from the house.

This rental has everything you could possibility need. The owner was quick to respond and was very helpful. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. There were so many beach toys, sun shade, beach towels, beach chairs etc. You walk out the door and there is the beach access- a perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

We stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette party! It was so close to the beach, and not a bad drive to Wilmington either! We will definitely be back

Wow! So cute! And right across the street from the beach - we could walk to the beach barefoot! Pet friendly place to stay so we could bring our dogs! Only thing bad was that we couldn't stay longer!

This was our second stay at this great rental. The owners are wonderful to work with and the house is bright, clean, and has everything you need. This is a great home.

It is our second year at Carolina Beach for spring break. We love this beach and love that it is dog friendly. This property was amazing. It was actually better than the description or pictures. The owners were wonderful and responsive and MORE than accommodating with all of our needs. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again next year.

I agree with all of the other reviews of this property. It is spacious, clean, modern, beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, just a very short walk to the beach. The only thing we needed to bring was food. It was nice to have toilet paper, paper towels, baggies (you name it) supplied. There were plenty of places for people to sleep and the kitchen, dining area, living room and bedrooms were spacious. We just enjoyed everything about it. Carl was very quick to respond.

We had the most amazing time at Carl's property. The place is amazing. Location is great and Carl and Leslie are great hosts.

The house is absolutely beautiful. The way it is decorated is immaculate. Everything from the cute dishes to the folded towels and wash cloths were perfect. All of my friends and I could not get over how cute it was, and we could not get over how fully stocked it was. We also love that you had everything labeled so we did not have to rummage through cabinets and figure out light switches. Carl was amazing to work with and was so quick when replying to my questions. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to be able to stay there again.

Very nice, clean, well-outfitted duplex with everything we needed for a fun extended-family stay at the beach! Supplies, all kitchen utensils, gas grill and even beach chairs and boggie boards. Enough room for 3-4 couples. Our 2 dogs loved it as well. 2nd row just across from a beach access point, so you never have to start your car. The host was gracious to coordinate with cleaning staff to provide early check-in and he extended check-out by several hours! Thanks Carl!

We had family over from Scotland including teenagers as well as adults. Location was perfect, house was very, very cool! Beautiful place in immaculate condition. We all had a great time!! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. You will not be disappointed!!

These guys just raised the bar on Vrbo. The home was beautiful, spacious, and well-stocked. We didn’t need to buy so much as a roll of toilet paper. There was a tiny maintenance issue and the owner worked with me so I could fix it. He even refunded me a few bucks for fixing the issue. My wife wouldn’t stop talking about how much she enjoyed the home and the kids had a great time. Steps from the beach with a hose on the ground floor to rinse off. My favorite thing about the home was the cordless vacuum cleaners on both floors so we could stay ahead of sand in the house. These guys thought of everything and it shows!

This property is even better than it looks! I was impressed with how clean the house was when we arrived. Linens and towels are included. The kitchen was very well equipped - plenty of dishes, good assortment of pots/pans/utensils, coffee provided, and lots and lots of spices. One bedroom on the main floor and two on the upper floor made it possible for grandma to have a bit of her own space. The bunk bed ladder is easily removable…a good feature when traveling with an adventurous 2 year-old. The AC worked very well. All bedrooms had fans that could be adjusted via remote without getting out of bed. It truly is a 1 minute walk to beach access. Carolina Beach fireworks are visible from the upper balcony. The outside closet has everything you need for the beach…chairs, umbrella, sand toys, even corn hole and bocce ball. The owners were very attentive to our needs including a small issue with a clogged shower drain. They not only instructed us in what action to take, but also gave us a credit for taking care of it for them.

This property had everything we needed! Amazing location, across the street from the beach. Very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities provided. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Communication with the host was always quick and easy as well!

Carl's home is in beautiful condition – clean, modern, well-maintained, and well-stocked! I appreciated his quick and thorough communication. It's on the quieter North end of Carolina Beach, with beach access just across the street. The whole family had a wonderful time, and we would stay here again.
