La saleté des sanitaires.. tracés sur wc, cheveux dans la douche, serviette douteuse. Literie correcte

La chambre n’était pas propre, beaucoup de moisissures et en plus elle sentait trop trop la cigarette

Le monsieur et rentrer à 11h sans toké alor que jeter avec ma femme c inadmissible 11h 15 il et re rentrer c interdi sa fait 15 an que je sui clien franchement il donne une très mauvaise images de letablismen

Sinon c'était pas trop bruyant pour un F1. TV et douche corrects. Ne m'a pas semblé sale (sauf l'odeur de clopes dans la chambre). La personne de l'accueil a fait ce qu'il pouvaie en me changeant une des deux chambres.
Très mauvaise expérience à cause des chambres qui puaient. Le chambre 1 personnes puaient la clope ou autre cochonnerie. Heureusement le personnel de l'accueil m'a changé l'un des deux chambres.

Very tiny room and bathroom. Smell / odor throughout room and hotel. Difficult to find with GPS. Had to go around a few times to navigate.

No towels were provided. I’m sure I saw a vending machine with towels in for €5. They were tiny.
The pillows were rank. They stank of pure old man sweat. Either the pillow cases hadn’t been changed from the dosser who was in there before us or the actual pillows are that old that they stink like Gandhi’s flip flops. Disgusting!

it was fot the price a good stay. we only stayed for sleeping to go to paris next day.
it was really small the room and I smelled like smoke. it was very cold and the bathroom was so small. the towels were dirty aswell.

Staff was kind, breakfast simple but you have tea and coffee wirh simple meals.
Cleaness. Room was not clean enough. Hair everywhere.

Problem at check-in : they could not see my paypal payment and I had to pay again the full fee.
Bad!
the next morning there was a different receptionist, who could find the cause of the problem and refunded me the money that I payed in excess - good!
Still, what happened at check in is sign of incompetence or disorganisation or both; moreover, it made me waste about 2 hours altogether
