This is a wonderful home. Very clean. Really well stocked. Roomy. Host was accessible. Having the golf cart was really a nice perk. Home is close to everything in downtown Bluffton. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful property to spend my 70th birthday with family from PA and NJ.
The owners Jonathan and Patricia were an absolute blessing. Extremely cordial and friendly.
The entire process of check-in and checkout went with extreme ease.
The house itself was superbly equipped with every imaginable kitchen need, bath needs, snacks etc. and included a 4 seater golf cart for cruising around the local town before sunset.
Within walking distance of some great restaurants and live music.
I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a low country getaway.

We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon… place was clean, well appointed and spacious.
The beds are great. Comfy and great linens etc.
Kitchen was easy to cook and eat.
The access to upstairs bedrooms was a bit challenging with Heavy suitcases. Also worrisome at night …
Only one bathroom upstairs. Has a tub.
First floor has 2 bathrooms. Great walk in shower.
Water was not really hot but we discovered a toggle on the sink that helped it after running for a while.
TV is smart and YouTubeTV ready. That was a challenge for us !
Weather was not great but hey… we had lots of laughs and fun.
Never used the Golf Cart as it rain and rained…

We found the property very clean, and my wife is a stickler. House was well appointed with higher end construction and appliances, a lot of design detail. Located a short walk from Oyster Factory Park and Church of the Cross. Little farther to the Promenade area. Golf cart was nice so we could get our disabled Vet son out and about in the fresh air. Plenty of quality linens and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with snacks and coffee. Back yard fenced which was nice for our large dog. Only suggestion is grab bars in toilet area for those who are challenged. Jonathan was very communicative and responded almost immediately to the few questions we had. We were there for a week and would definitely recommend.

Home was in a great location in Old Town Bluffton and short trip for is to Palmetto Bluff. We will be back for sure. Golf cart was a nice bonus for all.

Jonathan and Patricia are truly phenomenal hosts. They not only graciously open their beautiful home to strangers, but they provide all amenities one would need! My husband and I (and our sweet dog, Milo) stayed for one month (with family members visiting for several of those days). The location is PERFECT, and the home is extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I was able to cook gourmet meals in their fully equipped kitchen. Jonathan quickly responded the few times I needed to reach out to him for questions. Do not hesitate to reserve this home for your vacation...it is a gem!

We had such a great time staying at this property in Bluffton. Wonderful house - very well appointed and comfortable, huge bedrooms, great bathrooms and convenient fenced yard for our dog. Terrific location - walk or golf cart ride to everything in old town Bluffton, including the May River, parks, some fun shops and delicious restaurants. So much to do and see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Right from the start, we had exceptional communication with Jonathan. They had EVERYTHING we needed for a comfortable stay. I even had to ask Jonathan about his beds because they were fabulous!!!
I really can’t think of anything they did not have that we were in need of.
I would CERTAINLY rent from them again!

The location was so great to walk down to the wharf or go into town. Having the golf cart was really nice at night to go into the old town area for easy parking. The house was so clean and had everything you could need. Really nicely decorated. It was a great location to explore the area. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking to stay near historic downtown Bluffton or even if you're looking to explore the Beaufort county area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is one of those homes that you would like to keep a secret. It is a beautiful place to spend a vacation. The home is open, airy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and is open to the family room. The master bedroom is on the main with other bedrooms upstairs. The layout gives each bedroom a sense of privacy. The screen porch is a nice feature that we used when it wasn’t too cold. The added bonus is the proximity to Old Town Bluffton. The owner furnished a golf cart for our use, which we declined as it was nice to walk to the restaurants, boutiques and parks. We love the Bluffton area and plan to return several times in 2024 and this is where we will stay!

Our family was in town for a wedding and this house was a great place to stay. It is within walking distance to the old towne Blufton area. The house was very clean and had everything that we wanted.

This was our first trip to Bluffton. This house is simply perfect. All details have be taken care of. Jonathan and his wife are great hosts and very responsive. The golf cart so nice to have. I hope to be back soon.

This was our first girls trip since COVID. I have used VRBO on several trips and this is by far the cleanest house I've been it. I'm a little OCD so I know. The house was well decorated - plenty of essentials - and the mattresses OMG. Close to eateries and the beach - If you're ever in Bluffton this is your home away from home. Jonathan is the Hostest with the Mostest :-) He's awesome. Will be back

This was a nicely appointed home close to Old Town and a short drive to the island . We didn't need much but when we reached out to the host the response was very quick. Stocked with everything you would need and very clean. We will be back.

This place is a must stay! Great location! Clean, updated and beautiful. Looks just like the pics. The owners were very quick and responsive about any questions we had. Our dogs loved it. Had a fenced in yard for them to go potty.
Beds were comfy, tv’s in every room. Golf cart was fun to take for a ride. Walking distance to lots of stuff. Will def be staying here again. Thank you!!

This spotless, beautifully decorated coastal home provided everything we could ask for! Close to the boat ramp for kayaking with dolphins, peaceful screened porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails, well stocked kitchen and grill to cook, close to Old Town for margaritas and dinner, golf cart to zip around town, crazy comfortable beds and luxurious linens!
We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay in May. The location is perfect to walk to local restaurants and explore the area. The home is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Jonathan and Patricia are the perfect hosts - they even provided snacks and coffee/tea. Thank you for a lovely stay - we will be back!

Beautiful property close to Old Town Bluffton's restaurants and shops. Easy access to Hilton Head Island (about 30 minutes to the beach we visited) and about 35 minutes to Savannah, GA. The home was extremely clean and well-maintained. Newer furnishings, fresh linens...all things you would want in a vacation rental. The kitchen looked to be fully stocked to prepare meals, although we were out exploring local restaurants during our short visit. The real winner was access to the golf cart. Our teenagers loved going out with us to cruise the side streets each evening. Overall, fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

Staying in this cottage was one of the highlights of our trip. The inside was warm and welcoming. The outside was adorable. The house was beautiful and thoughtfully stocked. A few of our favorite things were: The coffee set-up, the golf cart and the pillows! Everything was spotless as well. We hope to come again.

This was the perfect property for our vacation to Old Town Bluffton. We were very close to all the activities of old town and the included golf cart made getting around so much fun. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Check in was very easy. The hosts have thought of and included everything you could want. In the evenings we spent a lot time relaxing on the front screened porch. We would defintilty stay there again.

It was a great stay! Our hosts were quick and proactive in their communication, which we loved! Old Town Bluffton is a quaint setting with great local restaurants and shops. Close to Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort, there's no lack of things to do!

She used it with her bridesmaids 1 night and as a bridal suite the 2nd night.
The property is absolutely gorgeous, clean and within proximity of everything in downtown Bluffton. The decor is fabulous!!!

This is a beautiful roomy and spacious home! The location in Old Town is perfect. Jonathan was the perfect host and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We.loved all the Bluffton decor and this was the absolute perfect home base for us for our daughter's wedding at the Oyster Factory Park right around the corner. The golf cart was a lifesaver.
