Very relaxing…right on the water! Clean and comfortable! Just perfect

This was a can't miss property. The large deck made relaxing in the evening fantastic. Located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors we had an amazing time. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely rent from Kim again.

The house is exactly as shown, they also went out of their way and provided us with a few poles, which my 10 yr old loved! We loved the location. Your not smack dead in town, but close enough to everything. Being on the canal was great! Wish we could've stayed longer.

All I can say is I had a wonderful time.

Our stay was wonderful!! The decks are amazing and so relaxing. The place is surrounded by water and so calming. The host was available for all of our needs and very kind. Our only issue was that the water heater was very small. So getting everyone a hot shower took a little planning and work.

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday. This place never fails to deliver!This is a perfect little haven. Fishing off the back dock, relaxing in the sun on the side deck or out of the sun with a good book in the screened lanai... Everyone has what they want here. There are stairs front and back which can be a little challenging for those with limited mobility but that is the only drawback. All amenities for a comfy relaxed stay. Hoping to come again next year

Great little place at the end of the block between two canals. Lots of outdoor space with a screened in patio. House itself was small but cozy. No bath tubs so not ideal for young children.

We loved the location. Beautiful scenery, clean neighborhood, and close to local restaurants. The house was a bit outdated, not saying that’s a problem, but a remodeling is needed. The bedsheets had a weird scent, so we washed them before we lay on them. The dishes and silverware were mildly dusty. The thing to pull up the blinds were rusted, my brother got cut on the broken one due to the rust. We left quiet a mess, no excuses on that part. No complaints, only explanation. Overall we had a great time. We apologize and thanks the owner for letting us spend some nights there.

Just want to say how Beautiful Everything was!! How we had everything you needed! The beds were comfy and cozy. There are pretty views from all the windows! The back porch was great! Fishing off the doc was convenient and fun!! We did spend a lot of time at the VBRO. Enjoying all the beautiful scenery and the peaceful area. I used the grill to make us supper and enjoy supper on the back porch. Enjoyed the comfort of being like at home with extras for our vacation stay! It was above and beyond our expectations!! Kim was very easy to get in touch with her. We were able to check in a little early. Thank you Kim!! The fireworks off the canal and seeing them from every location around was astoundingly beautiful for The 4th of July!! We had ice cream at night from Hudson Ice Cream Parlor, you have to go there! And we went and watched the sunset at Hudson Beach. There was plenty of clean nice towels, tp, and hand soaps and all!! One thing I did notice was the updated plumbing. We are plumbers and the plumbing looked good! Lol 😂 This is the Best VBRO we have ever booked!! Thank you for the memorable stay!! We will be back!!! Great stay! House was clean and comfortable. The water views were beautiful. Kim was very responsive and check in was super easy. Would definitely recommend!

House is lovely. We all had a wonderful stay. Very relaxing location and easy access to all surrounding areas. We spent a day in Tarpon Springs and Clearwater while there. The owner is very easy to communicate with. No issues throughout the week and neighbors were friendly.

The house was so nice and well equipped for our needs. Location was very convenient to many local attractions and so close to Hudson beach. Had a wonderful stay!

Great location for us as we have family in the area. The place was clean, comfortable and on the canal. Dock came in handy! VERY relaxing just what we were hoping for. Looking forward to stay again!

Cute place and decor and the pictures were accurate! However it could have used a little more thorough cleaning, there was dog food under one of the beds still and on the bathroom rug, and the toilet in that same bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t think the bedding had been washed in that same bedroom either as there was a pretty strong odor, not of clean and fresh bedding. Other than that, the lanai was our favorite part of the house and it was nice not to have neighbors on either side of us and just the water! Overall we had a great stay!

The property was a great location for us to go up and down the gulf on day trips. Unfortunately it warmed up early and the manatees had already left for the season. Kim did respectfully notified us 5 days prior to our booking that there was going to be construction on her sea wall and offered us a refund, although at that time we didn't want nor have time to find another place. Kim also responded when we had a problem. We enjoyed the dead end and lanai. It was peaceful in the mornings and evening. Although I would say that the home really only sleeps 6 comfortably. My youngest son slept on the oversized couch so not to share a room with his 6 foot 4 brother.

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and there is attention to the details that made such a difference (comfy beds & bedding/towels/linens, plenty of supplies in kitchen & baths to make move-in & stay seemless,). The doors that open to the patio & waterfront were one of our favorite design details. We also spent as much time as possible on the patio & dock, enjoying the beautiful weather. We enjoyed a peaceful & truly enjoyable 4 nights. It is close to stores & restaurants...a great location.

As good as advertised! Well kept home!

This home is very nice. It is clean and nicely decorated. Everything is new or freshly painted. The furniture is new and comfortable. The back porch is screened with plenty of outdoor furniture and the porch is newly painted and clean. The dock is big with cute seating and 3 dolphins swam right up to the dock, very cool. Great house that we would rent again. My sister wanted to buy it. The only cons are items the owner cant control. The neighborhood is run down and the neighbors play music day and night. They did turn the music off at 1030 or 11 PM. In addition, the owner showed up to work on the yard and replace a smoke detector alarm during our small family get together. I asked her to return another time and she did.

I had booked this property for a week stay out of a 12 day vacation. I stayed in the home with my 3 adult sons, as well as one of their fiancée’s. We were able to check in a couple hours early and it was so easy. The water and dock were what my middle son dreams of. Great fishing!! The home was well stocked and clean. Washer and dryer made our lives much easier. Kim was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any message sent. Trash days were twice a week which was nice for a family of 5. Great location and wonderful screened in porch made our nights together so nice. The guy that maintains the lawn is an early bird…but such a nice man. He gave my sons some good advice for fishing in the area, and had nice conversation with them. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking at this property!

My wife and I (both seniors) made a last minute decision to stay here for a week. Good choice. The description and related pictures quite aptly represent this property. It has been updated and was well stocked. Our host, Kim, was wonderful to work with. Everything went smoothly. She even helped us with a small personal request we had. Within 5 minutes are Winn-Dixie, Walgreens, and Walmart. Also Gianni's Pizza (Italian food), Hudson Beach Ice Cream Parlor and Inn on the Beach (great meals) are also quite close. My only regret was not having enough time this trip to fish off the dock (fishing poles were supplied). Whenever we're back in the area we would definitely stay here again. SPECIAL NOTE: Our relatives were staying the month in another nice property nearby. After visiting us they liked this prop so much they decided to switch and stay in this property next January. Enough said.

We wanted a Christmas fishing holiday and that's exactly what we got. Clean , well appointed accommodations, easy parking, quiet neighborhood and great neighbors, privacy, screened lanai and fishing right off the back yard and the whole end of the cul-de-sac to ourselves! Only thing missing was a fish cleaning station for all the fish we caught! We are already planning to return.
