I would stay at this location again it was great having family over.

The location was great. 10 Minutes to UW Medical Center. Easy access to I5. Local shopping. It was nice to have a fenced in back yard. I brought my dog, and the back yard was very private. Loved the TV room it was very homey. Spent most of our time in that room. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plates flat wear pots and pans blenders etc. Could have used more paper towels, TP, and Kitchen towels did our dishes mostly by hand since there was only two of us. When we entered the house, it had a horrible smell. Went and bought some air sanitizer and sprayed fabric and surfaces went away. The night we arrived we were in the TV room when we heard a weird noise scared both of us. Found out someone was there to put out the garbage for the next day. It would have been nice to have a heads up, but it was ok. I will definitely stay again in the future. I slept in the double bed the sheets kind of felt like sandpaper LOL! My Friend had the King bed and she said it was great and slept so well. I would suggest that the cleaning people maybe take a little more time and remove the cushions from the couches and sweep under the. Maybe take a little more care and clean surfaces a little better and under cabinets, desk, tables. I am a clean freak, so I notice things like that and spider webs. I know this time of year spider webs pop up quickly, but I drove in as the cleaning person was driving out. Just little things! Again, I will stay again I loved the house and the charm. I would love to sand down the kitchen cabinets and do a natural finish they could be so beautiful.

Nice house but heat was not on so it was cold. Needs makeover but nice house

The house was a great size and very clean. The light switches were super weird being on the insides of closest and outside bathrooms (who designed that?), but was in a good location and had everything needed. Backyard was very spacious and lovely for my dog but sections of the fence were compromised and had to crawl through debris to get them fixed enough to prevent any accidental escapes. Put him on a lead for the most part to ensure the safety of my pup. The wifi was terrible and never worked despite several reboots. Definitely a problem from the line to the house. I have zero issues with tech and this was definitely in the line somewhere that I didn't have to troubleshoot and resolve. If you're not worried about that, a great central place to stay in Seattle.

This house was perfect for 4 of us traveling to see the Seattle trolls. There's a fantastic park within walking distance and there's quick access to downtown. The home was clean and nicely furnished. I accidentally left my car door unlocked one night and was amazed (and relieved) no one broke in! Would definitely stay in this home again

This house is quiet and centrally located. It was clean. However the yard is unkept and overgrown, all the city garbage cans and yard waste bins were overflowing, and there were several other minor things throughout the house. The can opener doesn’t work, the knives are all dull, the toilets constantly run, and the refrigerator door sticks so hard that we often could not open it. Also there are dogs in the yard next door so if you do bring your dog you will have to figure out when they can go out without barking. Overall, it was fine but would not stay again.

Well, let started:
I can't lock house. Lock doing nothing, broken.
Bed covers has black dog hair
In washer machine mold and dog hair inside
It is constant sound inside walls. Do you have termites or poor isolation?
Neighborhood is not safe: yesterday somebody broke 3 window in my car, still staff on $2000 while I take kids an McDonald around the corner. I just paid $972 to replace it. Manager of the property contacted me 4 hours after 2 times I called. And didn’t solved any of my issues. Absolutely ruined vacation for family and my friends from Ukraine, who just came in the USA, escaping the war. Have to have deal with police 2 days in row. We left one day early. I would like full refund on my stay and never will use Vacasa in my life. ( by the way it was my second experience with Vacasa. First one in McCall 2 years ago- non working internet and broken toilet, nothing was fixed entire stay) . I hope Vrnb will never listed this property and I would like full refund on my reservation.

Vacasa’s local manager was VERY helpful and sent over kitchen towels, laundry detergent & Kleenex boxes on a Sunday! The inside cleaning services did a good job but the carpets could use a deep clean.
Unfortunately, the yard cleaning services were lacking. Both the front & back yards need to be cleaned up!
The large yard was super fun for our dog!

This home could not be more falsely advertised. I checked in and after about 30 minutes started to notice that this home has likely never been properly maintained, let alone cleaned prior to my arrival. Towels, bedding, bathroom, kitchen, living room- all absolutely disgusting. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The bedding in the master was dirty and stained. The kitchen cabinets contained a plethora of old expired food, sticky dishes, tupperware that has survived the past 40 years, and the entire room wreaked of garbage. The home was so humid and mold smelling for my entire stay that I am now still wheezing and I checked out 12 hours ago. Probably the worst part was the main living room- the carpeting had at least 10 urine and feces stains all over it. The thing have never been cleaned and they seemed pretty new. There are 2 couches- both were absolutely covered in stains all of which include massive coffee spills, marker, dirt, who knows what else, and vomit. Yes, vomit. They wreaked of vomit. I reached out to Vrbo/Vacasa right away and was told that they were forwarding my comments to the area house manager and that I would hear from them. I continued to contact Vrbo every day of my stay (4 days) and continued to receive the same answer from them- an area house manager will contact me. Needless to say I never heard from anyone, never received any kind of apology, nobody came to the house to verify the state of the home. I asked to receive a credit or refund for my stay and be moved to another home in the area- again never heard from anyone. The house was so intolerable that I'd leave early every morning and not return until night time. The very first night I arrived, I ran out to TJ Maxx and bought all new sheets and bedding, new towels, 3 area rugs for the home, and disposable plates and utensils- that is how bad this place was. I truly hope to hear from Vrbop/Vacasa ASAP and am again requesting a refund/credit and reimbursement for the amount of money spent on items just to make the house bearable. So much for a vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at Victory Heights retreat, our dogs love running around the yard, the neighbors dog keep peeking at a hole and kept barking but my husband found a piece of wood and covered the peeking hole. The kitchen is well stocked, the linens are clean, the bedrooms are well kept. We hang out mostly in the family room, big and spacious. All in all it was a great stay.

We thought the house met our needs, the original listing said 2 bathrooms. But there's only 1 shower so it's technically 1.5 bathroom. The listing wasn't very clear as it was labeled 2 bath. Other then that everything was great.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was peaceful and had everything we needed. It is very close to many things. The back yard was really fun to explore with all the nooks and the bunny was fun to watch. Thank you for letting us stay here and for sharing your wonderful home.

One story cottage with few steps to enter house and back yard. Plenty of parking on driveway. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice dining area with large windows where we could watch our dog play in the backyard. The garage has been converted into a den (earnest room) where we could sit and visit with local family members. The added 1/2 bath was definitely a bonus when the main bathroom was in use. The laundry area is well lit and the washer and dryer worked well. Dishwasher is a bit tricky to figure out how to turn it on.
The furnace is noisy and the far bedrooms are much cooler than the den. Extra blankets in each bedroom would be nice as the cotton bedspreads are not enough when temps are in the 30s at night.
Cottage is in the Seattle Airport flight path.
Trash/recycling bins were already full from previous renters. I looked up the pickup day and put out the trash on Thursday.
TV would turn on but no channels would come up. Maybe get ROKU?
Main bathroom sink drained very slowly.
I contacted the management company (Vacasa) and they said they would take care of our issues.
Great place for our dog and family to visit us! We will rent this cottage again when we return to Seattle for a visit!

The home was absolutely perfect for my trip! The house was so clean and I had everything I needed for my stay. Loved the dining room in the morning where I could sit with a cup of coffee and the local team went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful

This was a welcoming home with a nicely fenced yard, and a friendly neighborhood for walking a dog and meeting others. Note that the fireplace is locked (or at least it was while we were there), so not for use.

Spacious, well-equipped, rambling ranch house
Easy to park in driveway and the single-level home makes access, easy. A well-equipped kitchen makes meal-prep a snap. A separate dining, living and bonus/family room give everyone space to sprawl.

I stayed here for about 3 weeks, and was overall pleased with my stay. You can tell it's geared towards families living there and that families have stayed here (pen marks from children on walls and doors, stickers on floor and garbage cans), but I was very comfortable here just me and my dog. We both settled in very quickly and it served our needs well. Even with the cons, I still rate this 4/5 stars and would stay here again, if I can afford it.
Pros:
-Heating was solid throughout the home
-Mattress was very comfy
-The kitchen is incredibly well equipped (i.e. dutch oven, food processor)
-Carpet in the tv room is SO soft and squishy
-Neighborhood is quiet and located near restaurants and shopping (Safeway, target, petco, etc)
-plenty of towels
-washer and dryer made 3 week stay very easy, packing-wise
Cons:
-didn't trust fencing in the backyard to let my dog off leash. Some gaps in fencing, along the bottom and in between boards, left me concerned that my dog would be able to get out of the yard if she really wanted to. Also worth mentioning for dog owners, neighbor dogs don't bark incessantly or anything, but will bark up against the fence anytime a person or dog is in the backyard.
-latch to the back door from the laundry room stuck so I almost got locked out in 30 degree weather a couple times before I started blocking the door from closing
-had some issues with a broken vacuum so house wasn't properly cleaned when we came in. Dog hair from previous Tennant was everywhere. Vacasa and property manager eventually got it sorted, but there was several days of the manager saying they'd come by and then not showing up, and worked with me to compensate.
-The house owner's aunt, who collects the mail, doesn't understand how outgoing mail works. She was telling me I was receiving mail there, taking it out of the mailbox, and giving it to the property manager to give to me, when we were trying to mail out xmas cards. I just dropped them off at the post office after that, but it was an odd interaction.

Beautiful house and a fantastic location. The house was extremely clean when we got there. It’s very well-stocked with everything you could need and more. The layout is fantastic and we really enjoyed having a second seating area. I would highly recommend this house and will likely rent again when I have family in town.
