It was exactly what we were looking for and made our first trip to the Keys very special! We really liked the screened balcony as weather was very nice to keep doors open. Thank You!!

Nice, clean condo. Stocked kitchen. Firm bed. We did not like the screened in balcony. Loved the very warm pool! Wonderful ocean view and a walkable beach. I found many long-spined star shells and other cool small shells. I accidentally booked this property when an Vrbo email said to book now while I was booking the following week at another city. (I had this property on the saved list.) I reached out to host to cancel within a few hours and she said due to payment received to contact Vrbo. Then Vrbo said it had to be done by host. I messaged host. Two days later still not resolved. Host said to initiate cancellation but when I tried, it stated no refund. Host did not reply if she would actually refund or not. Very disappointed how this went down, extra expenses involved with arriving a week earlier. Elevator was not working upon arrival and it was several days before it was repaired. It would have been nice to know prior to arrival since it had been out for OVER a week. Condo is on the third floor and my husband has mobility issues. We rescheduled tours as once he got up there to condo, he wasn't going to deal with stairs daily. I asked specially about the elevator prior to booking. Lack of communication.

The condo was lovely, as well as the view. Very quiet location. Loved every minute!

Good beach (unusual for the keys). Biked everywhere. Close to Curry Hammock which has good kayaking and kite surfing. Apartment is very nice with great views of the sunrise

We have stayed in several Florida condos and this rental was easily the best in terms of cleanliness and how well it was equipped. The furnishings and decorations had the beach motif, but were also very tasteful. The location was amazing. To look outside and see the ocean and steps from the beach! Perfect. The heated saltwater pool an added bonus. We will certainly consider staying there again.

What an amazing place to experience The Keys! Everything was amazing and the condo is very well appointed. The location was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We did very little because the location was perfect! There wasn't a thing we could have asked for that wasn't there waiting for us at the condo! There was a brief glitch at check-in, but Maylin responded immediately and the rest was seamless! We would highly recommend this amazing rental for anyone wanting to experience the beautiful Florida Keys!

Everything was perfect. Condo has everything you need. Beach towels and chairs were in the room also. We did a 7 day stay, perfect! 🏝️✈️🎉✅

The condo was very accommodating and well equipped. Maylin was very responsive with any questions we had. We loved exploring the long stretch of beach and appreciated just how close the condo is to the water. Literally just a few feet! We had the entire beach and pool to ourselves the entire stay!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this vacation rental and it is one of the nicest places we have been to on the ocean! Would definitely recommend to others.

Really loved this place

If you look at Deborah S. review, the first paragraph is exactly how I feel about my stay in marathon. I like to walk and bike and the paths to bike and walk were great. Just steps to the east of the condominium complex is a beach which is great for walks in the sand. Since the complex is located next to the beach, it is very quiet and relaxed. Not a bad drive to Key West or a quick trip over the 7 mile bridge to Bahia Honda State Park. Great place to have some fun and to relax.

We had a great stay in this condo in Marathon Key. It was just as we expected all round. The pictures online are very accurate. The condo is well furnished and well equipped (there is more equipment in the kitchen than in the average rental condo, and there were a lot of beach towels provided too, which was great). The view over the water is just as we had hoped/expected (and the main reason we picked this condo). You can sit on the porch (which does have netting, anti-bug) and listen to the waves lapping away, which is just lovely. The sunrise was exquisite, and the sunset was also pretty. The beach outside is convenient for walking up and down and while the seaweed is a little smelly we were not deterred (and while we didn't do this, other people were fishing in boats or standing in the water). There is a closet with equipment for activities (eg snorkels, beach chairs, no yoga mats though, I used towels instead) and we rented the bikes/kayaks too for an additional fee (although did not end up using the kayaks). The pool in the condo complex is small but very warm. This is a peaceful spot, but also a great location for a day trip to Key West and various other local attractions.. We enjoyed Island Fish and Herbie's for food (and shopped at Publix), and the turtle hospital was interesting too. There are some very nice beaches nearby as well (e.g. Sombrero, Bahia Honda). One of us was largely working during the trip and the WiFi at the condo was perfectly fine for that (including video calls). The host was very communicative throughout our stay and answered all of our questions very promptly, including sorting out the bike/kayak rental that we had omitted to do before we arrived. There was a water main issue during our stay and she was very prompt about letting us know it was happening. All in all we had a great trip. This is a very nice condo and totally lived up to our expectations based on the listing. We were very happy with our choice and our stay.

This was a well-equipped, seaside getaway. It was a beautiful view. We spent most of our time staring out to sea!. Our host was very responsive to questions before we arrived and also after. The check in was easy. It was very clean. The mattresses were fine. If we wanted we could rent kayaks and bikes for the week. It was a great value for the price. It would definitley warrent a return trip.

It was a perfect stay with the best views. Started each day on the balcony with a coffee. Could not have been better.

I’ve stayed at multiple locations and this one takes the cake! It is the most fully equipped and supplied home I’ve ever stayed at. I say home because it felt more like a home away from home than a vacation rental. All the amenities provided made our vacation one of the most enjoyable we’ve ever had. The kayaks, the bikes, the swimming equipment, the pool toys, the view, and the fully stocked kitchen just added to the comfort and ease of our trip. Would recommend to anyone and look forward to returning there again if the opportunity arises! Great communication from the hosts and they were wonderfully helpful throughout the entire trip. Can’t say enough good things about this unit and the owners. Thanks so much for making our last-second trip so memorable!

The condo was beautiful and very well appointed. The property and surrounding areas were very quiet and peaceful. The property owner was very attentive and anticipated our needs. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 6 stayed for the first week of July. We weren’t prepared for all the sea grass (first time visitors) on the beach or the smell that came, but aside from that, really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked and the view was beautiful. The kids swam in the pool and especially liked the shade in the late afternoon. Thankful for the snorkel gear and beach chairs. Couple suggestions would be to add a beach umbrella, drying rack for suits and towels and a broom ( found several dust pans though). Owner was quick to respond to our questions.

We had a great time on vacation this year and debated between this condo and one other we were at a few years which was the best place. Extremely well furnished with all of the necessities.

Clean, conveniently located in keys, right on the water, peaceful and we enjoyed the week. Only suggestion is better coffee pot. Like Keurig for everyone's preferences.

The property was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and right on the ocean. Four bikes and two kayaks were available. The owner was quick to answer questions and made the check in process very simple. There were many towels, linens, blankets, and other amenities provided. There is a large screened in balcony with four chairs that we enjoyed watching the ocean and looking for sea life. The pool area was immaculate and we had the entire pool to ourselves all week. However, it should be noted that the condo is located next to a nature preserve where large mounds of seaweed piled up. The beach in front of the condo was basically non usable as there was so much seaweed washing in. The smell gave a family member a headache. The smell is almost sulfuric and takes your breath away. Clean up crews came a few times but merely pushed the seaweed to one area then buried it. A local told me this area is always known for murky water and seaweed. If you don't need access to the ocean, then this place is perfect. However, if you wanted to enjoy the ocean as we did, then do not rent this place.

The condo is comfortable, nicely decorated and filled with the light from a full wall of windows/doors leading to a large balcony, overlooking the ocean. The building is located on a small beach and has a swimming pool, giving us direct access to the ocean with kayaks. We were able to take advantage of the bikes and kayaks that came with the property, and we also used the tennis court on the property several times (with equipment provided by the hosts). The hosts were super easy to communicate with and made us feel welcomed.

Property was everything we had hoped for and the beach view was outstanding! We plan on staying here again with our family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was extremely clean and well decorated. The location was great and the beach not crowded. Definitely would stay again!

The owner was very responsive with all of my questions. She got 2 kayaks and 2 bikes in time for our stay and it was great to have them right there ready to use. There were tennis rackets to use at the tennis court. There was snorkel gear and beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. The pool was nice because there were always loungers available. Being next to the public beach was great for morning sunrise walks. And my son loved the super soft blankets, he is making me order one for him for at home! :)

Lots of family game options, biking, hiking along the beach and adjacent trails, and kayaking right out front! There were so many little touches that made this rental feel special. And, wow! We decided to order an early birthday present for my daughter, but could only find it on Amazon. We had it delivered to the condo, but there was a delay and mix up. Not at all the owner’s fault, but the property manager and owners went out if their way to make sure we got our packages! Plus...the owners even gave us an amazing fresh key lime pie from this delectable local gem: “Sweet Savannah’s” I hope we get to stay here many more times...I have a feeling it will be booked up a LOT:) Thank you for an incredible stay!
