Quiet home is wooded area. Nice yard fenced for dogs. Many outdoor activities provided by owner (corn hole, badmitten, etc). Nice fire pit and smores bar. Spent the week enjoying the atea from this location.

This is our 2nd visit to this property. This year, we stayed for 3 weeks, to get of the summer heat in Mesa AZ. We love the house, the yard, the front patio and back deck, fire pit…and so much more. The host is always quick to respond to any message. We hope to be back again next year.

We are repeat guests at the Hideaway. Very grateful for the chance to spend 2 weeks enjoying the escape from the heat. The property owners are so attentive, and communication is fantastic, we felt very welcome. The property and all the amenities make for a lovely stay, very close to some great day trip options if desired or just relaxing on the extended patio in the pines. We would love the chance to return, perhaps with a longer-term rental. Only dislike (VRBO) their fees are obscene, the owners deserve those funds. IMO.

Very nice property. Nice that we were able to bring our dog along for the trip. Just the 3 of us, so we only used half of the house. This was a business trip. Maybe a "fun" trip next time.

My friend and I just wanted to spend time in Pinetop/Lakeside escaping from the Valley heat. We visited some of our favorite stores contributing to the local economy and enjoyed meals at Darbie’s, Grumpy Jakes and Cafe Pinoli.

There were four adults. Plenty of room, loved the outdoor space. Our dogs really liked the fenced yard. Location was great, nice and quiet. We will be back.

Nice property with plenty of space to enjoy inside and out. The backyard is fully fenced which is great for dogs. Outside and inside games available. Plenty of things to do with the family. Rainbow Lake is very close. We enjoyed renting a boat and fishing out on the lake.

Senior couple with daughter, son-in-law,15 year old grandson and his dog. Nice three bedroom with very big fenced yard, which was important for the dog. The kitchen, beds, tv's and all were very good. We heard from host a few times to make sure all was ok. Very pleased with our stay.

We had a wonderful time! The house was as expected, actually more. Our dogs really enjoyed the yard. We enjoyed the cooler weather, and the thunderstorms! The hosts left suggestions for places to go, and we did a few of them.,,excellent suggestions! We definitely want to go back!

My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing getaway at the hilltop house. All for of us were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was nice and even left us everything we needed to make s'mores! This is a great location and the backyard and deck are perfect for enjoying the outdoors. We would definitely come back and have recommended it to friend already. Thanks!

I stayed at this stunning property with my girlfriend and her family. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The rooms and kitchen were very spacious and even the backyard. There was so much to do even though it was snowing during most of our stay. We sat by the fire, cooked s’mores, played corn hole, made snowmen, etc. It was a memorable experience for a small getaway from the valley. I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future when I’m back in the area.

The entire property is as advertised and very comfortable. We wish we had some better weather, but always nice to spend some time in a area with fantastic healthy trees!

We were greeted with fresh flowers, all the fixings for s'mores, popcorn & snack tray. The owners left nothing to want for and added so many homey touches that it was very hard to leave. The huge yard and back porch were relaxing and very inviting. In 10+ years renting properties for our summers - this one was by far the exceptional one. Clean, comfortable, close to town but not too close, warm-welcoming and the owners were attentive to a fault making our stay much more memorable. We stayed 2 weeks but left wanting much more. Nothing but 5 star for us.

Lovely Pinetop Retreat
We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this forest retreat! The fenced backyard was full of pine trees, and we enjoyed the two beautiful, large decks where we daily had coffee and drinks.
Our grandchildren loved all the games and activities the hosts provided in addition to hiking and fishing at the lake. The hosts were always available and helpful, too!,

Cute place, lovely yard
Had an enjoyable visit, internet was down but luckily games and yard entertainment was provided. Could’ve been cleaned better, floors and counters were dirty. Spoiled food left in fridge, wet used towels still hanging on hooks. Still a nice place to stay though.

Very nice home on a quiet street. The house exceeded our expectations. Fenced yard was great for our dog and the patio was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
