Our family and another family of 4 stayed here for a week! The boys love to fish and the access to the lake right out the back door was perfect! The pool and hot tub were also enjoyed! The condo was clean and as described! Would stay again!

The photo in the listing does not do justice to the actual view of the water and marina. This ground floor unit may have the best water view in all of Dillon, CO. Every morning of our stay we watched a sailing class launch their boats, and kayakers and paddle boarders take off on the water from the rental hut across the way. It was colorful but serene---only the sound of hummingbirds and swallows flying by. A truly enchanting spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine!

We were in town for a family wedding and loved staying in this beautiful condo. The condo was lovely with plenty of space for us and more amenities than we had expected. The view of the lake and mountains was gorgeous. Heather was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

We loved our stay. We found the condo well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the location. Short drive to surrounding areas. We have been coming to Dillon for many years and now have a new place that we will return.

Our 2nd year in a row staying at this condo and we love everything about it! The condo is beautiful and the proximity to town is unbeatable. Even with some less than ideal weather, sitting on the deck and looking out over the lake is exactly what the soul needs. Thank you and we’d love to stay again!

We love the condo! We were coming up for a weekend wedding for our daughter. I were able to have the whole family over. And watching the Nuggets game on the big screen TV. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped for all that we needed. I love just being able to walk out to Dillon reservoir. Thank you for letting us stay.

This condo was absolutely amazing! Everything that you could possibly need was available and the view was breathtaking. Central location to all the ski resorts and fast responses from the owners. I would highly recommend!

We had a nice time. It was pretty clean and everything was in pretty good order when we arrived. Only issue was a loose pipe under the kitchen sink that completely came apart during our stay. Furniture is dated but function all. Parking is tight but covered. Overall a good short term place to stay.

My friends and I stayed here while we skiied at Copper Mountain. Very pretty location and very nice place to stay. Close enough to Copper and Breckenridge for us to have lots to do. Also there's a grocery store not far either. The place was very nice and we had no problems with it. It was lovely waking up in the morning to the view from the big windows facing the lake and mountains.

I enjoyed my stay at this condo in Dillon. The accommodations were clean, and the view was amazing. There was an issue with the heat, and it was quickly resolved. I would stay here again.

This condo was great as far as the location, most communication with owner, supplies in condo. If you are looking for a “Pet Free” condo as described, this is not it. The first throw we used on one of our babies left dog hair all over everything! We washed it but did not come out. All of the throws were the same way. It even got all over our personal throws we used. Apparently, it was coming off of the area rug and furniture. We fought with dog hair in our clothes all week. Reached out to the owner and she said it was pet free other than she brings her dog when they stay in between renting it out. So, this is the only complaint we have. If you want a “Pet Free” condo, keep looking elsewhere. Would have appreciated a partial refund due to inaccurate description of condo but the owner has not responded regarding that. She seems like a decent person so we will see if she comes through for us.

We had a great family get together with some of us staying in this condo. It was perfect for us, great location to all we wanted to do. Very well stocked kitchen. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the terrace and views. Would highly recommend!

We loved waking each morning to the mountains changing colors! The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything our cooks needed, including an assortment of cookware and spices. Our family made lots of priceless memories here walking along the lake, soaking in the hot tub, and sitting together on the patio. We hope to be back in the future!

We stayed for 2 nights it was amazing! We were able to walk to the Dillon Amphitheater in 15 minutes. Right on the water with beautiful views from the big patio and we walked out paddle boards right down from the house. The Kitchen was great and had everything you might need. The host was awesome and easy to communicate with. Would recommend this place for any occasion!

This property was everything we expected and more! Beautiful home, fully furnished and so comfortable for our family getaway. Highly recommend!! The spacious deck walks out to the beach on Lake Dillon and there are beautiful vistas all around. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.

We LOVED this property! It was clean, spacious and so comfortable for our group. To be able to stay in the mountains and not fight I-70 ski traffic is great, but to stay in such a lovely place makes it even better! We would like to come back in the summer and bring our paddle boards since the place is right on the lake! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and well equiped kitchen. The only improvement we'd love to see if more than one humidifier. Given the raidant heating, its incredibly dry in the bedrooms but an easy fix!

We just had an opportunity to spend a better part of a month in this condo during our recent trip to Dillon. It was the perfect spot! The location was central to all the ski resorts and an easy 5 minute drive to the grocery store or 10 minute walk. The view from the living room windows out to the lake and the mountains was a perfect spot to view both the sunrise hitting the mountains or seeing the sun set in the evening. The Kitchen was well stocked if you like to cook or for the nights you want to head out there are many choice nearby to choose from. Our host Heather was very responsive to our every request from the time of booking, during our stay and followed up with us after to make sure we enjoyed our stay. One of the gems of the area is the Silverthorne Recreation Center an 8 minute drive from the condo. The Rec Center offers day passes or longer and has great workout facilities and a awesome indoor pool with multiple options to keep everyone in the family entertained. Looking forward to returning again in the future. Thank you Heather for making our month in Colorado one we won't soon forget!

This place was perfect for my family’s ski trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, beds were comfortable, lots of adjustable seating, amazing view of Dillion lake and the mountains. I have nothing but praise for this place! We may come again in the summer!

Our family of 6 had an excellent stay. The listing is very accurate. The condo has plenty of living space. The kitchen is well stocked and up to date and the large table allowed us all to eat together and play cards at night. Wonderful views from the deck. Heather is an excellent host who was quick to respond to questions and very flexible with our check in and check out. One of our best VRBO experiences!

10/10 would absolutely stay here again! We spent Christmas here and it was one for the books. Relaxed, watched the snow fall on the lake & napped by the fire! The layout of the condo was lovely, having the bedrooms separate from the living space was great and each of the two larger bedrooms with their own bathroom. The views were UNMATCHED! Kitchen was well appointed, having pretty much everything we needed to cook dinner. Host was communicative & super friendly. Check-in & out was a breeze. HIGHLY recommend this condo, and we will definitely be coming back again in the future!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo on Lake Dillon. We were an easy distance to Frisco for dinner, as well as Summit & Eagle County ski resorts. We loved having the space to spread out and the breathtaking view of Lake Dillon each day. We had no issues and hope to return some day!

This condo was great - very clean, updated, and spacious. The furniture was better quality than what I usually see in vacation rentals. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The porch and lake view were amazing and the location felt very secluded and quiet. The owner was great; she was able to accommodate a last minute special request that made things much easier for us. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent rental!! The view is spectacular. The kitchen has an abundance of pots, pans, utensils,etc. Mattress was a bit too soft for our liking.

I would like to say how perfect this property was. It has been recently remodeled and very very nice, comfortable and attention to every detail. Heather was wonderful to work with and was extremely prompt with any questions I had. The area is super peaceful and the porch was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery of Dillon Lake. Everything we needed was close by and we were able to go horseback riding in Breckenridge, quading near by, bike riding and lots of shopping in Frisco. I would 100% want to return again next year! This property is absolutely wonderful - right on the lake, recently remodeled, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with all new appliances, washer/dryer, games for the kids and just a few short steps from the community pool and hot tub. You absolutely can’t beat the location and views! We rode our bikes into town and along the recreational path several times, strolled through the Dillon Art Festival, grabbed sunset drinks at Pug Ryan’s Tiki Bar, had a fabulous dinner at Sauce on the Blue and treated ourselves to yummy dessert at Cameez. All in between relaxing on the patio and watching the sailboats go by :) We’re already planning our next trip. Thanks for being a great host, Heather!!

We would book again with zero hesitation. Great property, very clean and well maintained. Comfortable set up and the host did a great job with several small touches to make our stay that much more enjoyable. Location is just a short drive to shops/restaurants and the view over the lake from the back patio is great. You won’t be dissapointed staying here.

The condo was great both inside and out including the spacious deck with incredible views. The inside was nicely updated and well stocked. Highly recommend.
