It was a beautiful house! Close, but seemed far away because of the beautiful landscape. There a nice bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived! Perfect for big groups!

The house is located at a great location in Beverly Hills. Safe area with great dining options nearby.

The house was amazing, kitchen was beautiful. The pool was not heated unfortunately so we were not able to enjoy it. Many co-workers enjoyed the hot tub.

Beautiful property in a wonderful, quiet spot. Very clean and true to the photos — a really great space for our group of friends to stay in for a weekend, tons of room to spread out. Very easy to communicate with the property manager — quick responses, including on a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms that was then able to be remedied within 12-24 hours. We were able to park easily in the garage (and the remote control garage opening via an app was super convenient) — street parking seemed a little difficult to come by — just something to think about if you have a big group with lots of cars. The only things that were a bit lacking were the kitchen contents (e.g. we could only find one cutting board, and we couldn't find any aluminum foil or saran wrap (or containers, I think) to cover leftovers); also there didn't seem to be floor towels/hand towels for the bathrooms or dish towels for the kitchen (but there were plenty of full-sized towels available.)

Excellent property. We were in California for a wedding. My extended family had an excellent time at the property. Plenty of room for privacy and to socialize. Wonderful location. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a very safe, quiet and centrally located area to all of the tourist attractions. Our group of thirteen ranging in ages of 17-83 were pleased and had a great Christmas vacation there. Very clean, spacious and loved that everyone got their own bathroom! Highly recommend and would return if ever in that area again...

A group of 5 guys stayed here for a weekend around an NFL game and we had a blast. Property was great especially the game room on the lower level. The host was very responsive to our needs and I would highly recommend this property!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was lovely and we did some wonderful hikes that were close to the house. The house was clean and well-kept, but a little dated and sparse. We did have a minor plumbing issue, but the owner was very responsive. The owner was also able to recommend a private chef (JB Experineces) that was fantastic!

We loved the space you have here. Our son & fiancé sang and played piano. We had several meals here with family and friends. We prepared all the food for our son’s wedding and took to his venue. Never an issue with parking or neighbors. I think they just try to put a blanket statement on the listings. Just communicate well with the owner.

I absolutely loved this stay and the host was very response and extremely helpful. The home plenty of space and perfect amenities for my entire family. The elevator was awesome for my elderly mother. I highly recommend staying here.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this house and definitely want to comeback. First, owner is friendly and responsive. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a forgettable experience. The house has a awesome layout. The neighborhood was very quiet. They gave us wine and chocolate upon our arrival! It was just a great pleasure. Nice spacious living spaces and my wife really loved cooking in the kitchen!
