It was a wonderful home with fantastic amenities. We had about 30 people there and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. My adult kids were also impressed with it and how perfect it was for our needs.

We had a great time. There was 18 of us and the house was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The view was pretty. The house was clean. The outside amenities were nice. Pickleball net setup needs to be replaced. It’s broken. It’s fine if you aren’t a pickleball player but for those of us that are avid players the net was annoying. I would have brought my portable net. The picture of the green space is deceiving. It’s fine but don’t expect to play games out there. We brought a 9 square game and it took up the whole area and the ball kept going down the hill. Ideal beach wasn’t so ideal. It’s a rocky shoreline by the rocky sand beach and you have to carry your stuff down through the sand and grass area. The sand part of the water didn’t start until you were out further in the water. My recommendation if you are doing a beach day and not using the pool would be to go to North Beach State Park on the Idaho side. It’s worth the 30 min drive. The water is warmer and the beach is Sandy and best of all you can drive right down to the beach/water and not have to haul anything. Rendezvous Beach you also have to haul your stuff Down to the beach just not as far as ideal beach. We had a great time at Bear Lake ! The house was wonderful. Suggestion for homeowner : instructions on how to use the smart oven would be helpful. We had to Google it finally to make sure it was turned off.

Our very large family really enjoyed the cabin! It had all the amenities we needed and the basketball court was where we hung out almost every night! Very clean and spacious and the morning views were amazing!

We were very grateful to have the pickel ball court, play area with ping pong table, and games. Everyone had something to do and their own bed. It was perfect for our family of 24 people ages 3 to 70. The paddle boards and canoes were great! Extra refrigerator was great and large pantry to store food. Beautiful view facing east to the lake. We were very happy there for a week. Loved using Ideal Beach!

We had a wonderful time at this house for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pickleball court in the back was awesome. We spent a lot of time on there! It was also great to have access to Ideal Beach Resort. The roads leading to the location were not paved, but they were fine. Overall, it was an amazing space!

The accommodations were great for our family of 37. The pickle ball court strayed busy as well as basketball. The younger kids loved the arcade games. One of our 6 year old grandsons said “I want to live in this house”. We had a great time and lots of game time in the house. Would do it all again!

We loved staying in this new house. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty to do. The house is well designed and laid out. The pickleball, the fire pit, the spacious eating area and well equipped kitchen-complete with two ovens-made it a great place for our large family. We would love to stay there again.

This rental was amazing and perfect for our family reunion. It had a lot of amenities that kept us entertained at the house and it had access to the beach and other amenities close by. The owner was incredibly responsive when I had questions. It was a fantastic stay. I’d like to keep it on a regular rotation.

It was so fun! The property had everything we needed. The host was responsive with questions. We had the best time! This house was fun with all of the extra activities we could do at the house after a day on the lake.

Our large family of 43 was easily accommodated. The bunk room housed all the children and the adults fit well in the various bedroom layouts. The house and Ideal Beach Resort became the center of our entertainment. The proof of the great vibes from the house and Beach Resort were the continuous smiles and "thank you's" from our extended family to us, the great grandparents and providers of the reunion. Our good times revolved mostly around the sport court, board games on the large dining tables, the amenities on the lower level of the house, and volleyball and cornhole at Ideal Beach Resort. Only a few took time away from these engaging activities to dip into Bear Lake. There were no negatives to our stay at this property. Just lots of great memories!

This place was pack full of amenities that made it enjoyable and entertaining for all ages in our group. There was never a dull moment during our stay here.

This home had wonderful accommodations and activities for a variety of ages during our family reunion. The home owner was quick to reply if we had any questions/concerns. The home was clean and has an accurate description on VBRO. We would happily stay at this home again.

This was a perfect place for our large family gathering. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Kids loved the play area and we all enjoyed the many types of games provided. Pickleball and basketball was played every day. Nice short distance to the beach and family had fun fishing from the kayaks. Definitely recommend!

We had a great spring break even though it was more like winter! The house was perfect for us all! The kids loved playing with all the amenities downstairs which made it possible for the adults to enjoy our space! We want to come back up and enjoy the outdoor activities when the snow is gone! We had such a great time!!

We had a great time! We were worried before going that the gathering spaces might be a little small for our group of 20 , especially if we got snowed in but it turned out just perfect. The kids (ages 0-8) loved the bunk room upstairs. John was super responsive on helping us with a couple of issues - especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Thank you! It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed with a nice big pantry room right off the kitchen. We had fun with the arcade games and ping pong downstairs. We even shoveled off the sports court and played wintertime pickle ball. It would be a fun place in the summer as well. We will definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book this place again.

Our place was big and clean. It had lots of games for kids to play. Lots of tables to eat on. Big fridge that had lots of room. We just wish it was decorated for Christmas.

Beautiful home with everything we needed and more than enough space. Beautiful views of the valley and Bear Lake. Hosts were gracious and available to answer questions.

This location has everything you could need or want. Family reunion was a success for every age. We will be back!

We stayed here for our annual trip to Bear Lake. We had about 23 people In our party and were very comfortable in the house. They thought of all the details and the home was well equipped. We didn’t even know about our access to Ideal Beach when we booked and were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked the beach and what it had to offer. We would def stay again!

This was a great new place for our big family group reunion. Lots of parking space & a 2-car garage; 6 bathrooms; 2 fridges, 2 ovens, & 2 big kitchen tables & 3 deck & patio tables, & folding table for big group meals. Beautiful view & lots to do - Pickelball & basketball court, putting green, playground equipment, fire pit, 6 kayaks & some life jackets, lots of camp chairs, sand toys, a big inflatable, ping pong table, hockey table, skee ball, 3 kids arcade machines, etc, and Ideal Beach access.

Adults loved the private bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Teens loved the bunk room over the garage and the pickle ball court/basketball court. Kids loved the play area with swings. The kitchen was well stocked. Large fridge (and extra one in the garage), large pantry, 2 large tables, indoor outdoor eating, were excellent. Loved having access to garage for all our “stuff”. There were 32 of us (ages 76-0) and everyone loved the venue & view. Owner was thoughtful and accommodating. Highly recommend! Thanks John and Emily for sharing your fun!

The property was immaculate, the view of the lake was breathtaking, and the amenities were fabulous! As fun as the pingpong, arcade games, and fuseball were, the real winner was pickleball with the view of the lake and the sunsets. We had so much fun at the lake with the provided SUP we didn't even have time to enjoy the amazing outdoor fireplace. The younger kids LOVED the playground equipment. So fun! We are coming back next year!!!

loved the house-it slept so many people! our favorite was the pickleball court and we spent hours out there every night! also fun to have 2 large tables in the kitchen. kids loved the bunk room that slept all 12 of them! great place for a big group!
