The apartment was just as described in the listing. The manager was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. It was a perfect location, just mins. away from the Metro. Metro was the way to go. We took it everywhere. Very simple and reasonable price. Only issue was problems with the hot water. Not enough. I loved the apartment, clean, stocked with everything you could need and just the right size. I would stay here again with no reservations.

Serviceable apartment in a centrally located part of the Ballston neighborhood in NoVa. There were some stretches of time where the owners were difficult to reach, overall, communications were good, especially once the rental period started. Apartment has a way to go before it can be considered truly “luxury “, but overall it is as advertised.said,

When we were checking in, we had some issues. However, it was resolved quickly. I messaged the host on Vrbo and they responded right away by calling the front desk. It was a little mix up with envelopes. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well stocked(coffee, candy, laundry and dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, ect), and conveniently located. There were 2 (queen and twin) air mattresses for additional sleeping accommodations. A small portable fan if you get hot. A hairdryer was also available. The bedroom had a Firestick and the living room had a Roku tv. Combo washer and dryer in bathroom. Hot water never ran out, however, don't turn it to full pressure as the pipes made a loud noise. I will say the garage is tight so if you are traveling in a larger vehicle you may have trouble parking. The apartments were very quiet. Pool was very clean and relaxing. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great access to major highways and metro for travel. I highly recommend this place!

The property was just as advertised. Close to metro stops.. grocery stores within walking distance. Much nicer than a hotel. Will use again when returning next year

The property was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed along with such an easy check in and out process. The location was great and having access to its on parking garage was wonderful. After an outing, we came back to find that our air conditioner had stopped working. I let the property manager know and within 45 minutes maintenance was there and had the problem fixed! We had a very good experience and would recommend this property to others.

Nice, clean, close to the Virginia Square Metro. Just what we needed for our three day DC adventure.
