Being BEACHFRONT was absolutely our favorite thing about this property!!
Several things were blamed on the tropical storm that occurred several weeks earlier prior to our stay- such as no internet/Wi-Fi, having to reset the hot water heater, no golf balls for the putting green etc...

The lay out of the living area was good. Lay out of all bedrooms upstairs was good. Nice to have full bathrooms upstairs. The spa/pool was a hit for all ages. The totally fenced in ground area was great for keeping up with our kids. Would recommend this beach house. Can’t beat this front row beach view!

This house was wonderful! The location was a 10! The swim spa and golf were a hit with everyone! The house was clean and spacious. Any question or need we had, we received a quick response. We will be back for sure!!

We chose a terrible week to come weather wise, but were still able to enjoy the house and a few of the wonderful outside amenities. The host was very responsive and made this the easiest Vrbo check in/check out process I’ve encountered. Hope to rent again when the weather is nice!

House was filthy and unfit for my grandchild. The rugs all had dog or cat feces and urine on them. Dog hair was all over the furniture. Even puddles of urine on the stairs. Very, very unsanitary for adults and children.

So convenient - RIGHT on the beach. Makes it very easy for kids and adults to run home for something they forgot or to nap. All rooms have tvs, even the patio! You can login to your own streaming services on all the tvs. This came in handy when it rained one day while we were there. Tons of games including the golf game outside and cornhole - and they are right by the swim spa. So the adults could chill in the spa while the kids played golf or cornhole. The outdoor seating is amazing - we used the swings, the fire pit area for smores and the balcony chairs for morning cups of coffee or evening drinks while looking out over the ocean. The kitchen was fully equipped for whatever is needed for big family meals. The ice maker was a lifesaver! Communication with the owners was topnotch - very quick responses for any question we might have. Would definitely stay here again!

The downstairs space is perfect, the big island worked very well. Had no issues when cooking plenty of kitchen items to use. The beds upstairs were comfy. Good location to carry everything to beach for the day.

This is the first beach home we've rented that actually matches the description shown online.
The kitchen is stocked with any spice/seasoning you need, as well as any kitchen tool you might use.
The appliances are higher end and perform extremely well. The separate ice maker was an ice making machine!. 2 coffee making options, sharp knives, great cookware, board games, puzzles, beach towels, beach chairs, etc...everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
The ac systems....very impressive!
There are also plenty of fans, but they won't be needed as the systems can more than keep up---loved it! Again, another first for us.
The floor plan was very functional and worked well with our small group.

Access to the beach is instant, the view was amazing, perfect for my Birthday bash/getaway. Definitely worth it. When an issue arose, the proprty manager was very responsive. Cant wait to book again! 😍

We had a family get together 8 adults 3 kids 7,4, and a 9 month old, we had a great time. The VRBO by Mark was Awesome, the pictures and descriptions were right on. We have several gourmet chefs in the family and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved being on the beach. We could leave our tent and belongings and go back up for lunch etc… We loved sitting on the deck and watching everything going on! Mark also has the concierge available which we loved. She had great information and options available. Loved loved loved this place!

Located right on the beach access, great view from both balconies overlooking the gulf. Located midway down Bolivar peninsula. Fantastic climate control, amazing decor, modern farmhouse style mixed with beach style. Tons of amenities included. Kitchen was stocked for cooking, huge island was amazing. We had a wonderful family trip!

The pictures show a fire in the fireplace however the property book when we got there said it is not a working fireplace only for decoration! Then they should remove that picture with a beautiful fire! Had problems with hot water it was hit or miss. However the house is beautiful and awesome views of the water

We stayed here over spring break with our family including 5 adults and 3 children. The property is amazing. We could not have asked for a better location. Easy beach access, fantastic views, and a comfortable home. We would not have changed a thing. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The house is a great lay out. Huge island for gathering. Beautiful décor with pastel colors. The bedrooms were very clean & nice with in suite baths. The house has everything you need & is right on the beach! I will rent here again!!

The house was fantastic, great for families. I loved that two of the bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms and balconies. Well appointed and all of the kitchen tools you need. I would stay again for sure.

Beautiful views and amazing home
The home is beautiful. The views are breathtaking. This was a mother daughter vacation and after a few days one of her girlfriends joined us. Wonderful experience. There were a few minor hiccups with the home...outlets in some of the bedrooms didn't work, and faucet on one of the showers was broken, NO way in the world would that cause me to give a bad review or ruin my trip. Home plenty big enough and we compromised on a couple of things...that is life. If we ever decide to visit Crystal Beach, TX again...THIS will be the exact place I will stay again with a shadow of a doubt.

Best Mini Vacation!
This house is so beautiful and is immaculately decorated! It is stocked with extra blankets and pillows, etc. So much thought was put into every detail inside and outside. It’s the perfect location where we can walk out and go straight to the beach. The patios are so relaxing after a long day in the sun and the perfect place to watch the sun go down. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and pots/pans that we needed for cooking. We were there for a short two days but we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The owner was super nice and responsive! This was a great house and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!
