This vacation home is absolutely amazing! We had people ranging from 5 - 65 and there was something for everyone to do everyday of our stay. The kitchen was awesome for cooking family meals, the sunroom was great for reading/relaxing. The game room kept the teens busy and I don’t know what we would’ve done without the pool!! The outside space is exactly like the pictures. The lagoon was great for fishing and paddle boarding! The only downside was not having immediate beach access. The walk wasn’t feasible for a family of our size, but the drive was less than 5 minutes. We loved our stay and look forward to returning in the future!!

The reviews about this place were accurate, the home was clean and organized, loved the layout and furniture. Perfect location, close to shopping/food and down the street from the beach! Sadly didn’t get to do as much as we wanted because we only had 3 days, however there were also bicycles and kayaks which were a nice touch to spend the day time. We were all very satisfied, everyone had tons of fun, thank you for a great experience!! 5 stars!!!

We had a couple of mechanical issues but the property owner was quick to fix and resolve. Overall, we had a great experience and would rent this home again.

The house was very accomodating and very clean. The kids loves the play room and there was space for everyone.

We had 15 people in our part and there was more than enough room. We didn’t even use all the beds available. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. They went above and beyond. All the extras with the property were great available. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, ice chests, etc. if you’re going for just a beach trip this eliminates having to pack bulky items. If we’re ever back in PCB we will definitely book again.

So many great things about this house. It’s beautifully decorated and VERY well equipped! We cooked! We baked! The refrigerator and freezer are enormous!! So much space! Game area for teens was a huge hit! They basically had their own suite upstairs as well! There are beach chairs, plenty of deck chairs, board games for kids. The deck is truly lovely! The drive or walk to beach are super easy!! Geographically convenient to so many things with a short drive! Absolutely will come back! Very few issues and were very minor: House ran a little cool downstairs and was warmer upstairs. So bring some extra blankets for downstairs rooms. Wi-Fi was very spotty even with an extender. So we used hotspot a lot to work. TV in downstairs bedroom had terrible reception even when you logged into your own apps but there was Roku and it worked well on all other TVs including in game room and the upstairs bedrooms. Finding house at night is a little hard bc color of it is dark and signage isn’t well lit in front yard. Would light up house number some way if possible. Also, of you have an Electric Vehicle, bring an extension cord to plug in on the back deck. That is closest outdoor outlet that we could find,

One of the biggest and most well-stocked kitchens we’ve ever had! All brand new kitchen equip and TONS of it. The bedrooms look great and the location is perfect. All kinds of things to do in the area. The hosts were very kind and very responsive and we would love to come back another time!
