Perfect location, close to everything you need but in a quiet neighborhood. Canal was perfect for the boat and the house worked great for our group.

Stayed with inlaws and our family of 5. The house is perfect for a vacation, quiet sleeping rooms, great AC system, nice big table for family dinners. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, lawn games, fire pit....we stayed busy. We rented a boat and had the dock just next to the house....being on a little canal was so perfect, so little lake noise. Surrounding area has lots of resources for food and whatever else you need. We will be staying here again!!!Oh, the owner could not have been more gracious and hospitable. LOVELY stay all around.

The house was in a great location. Perfect inlet, close to shops/restaurants. We brought our boat and used the dock which was perfect. Got tons of use on the paddleboards and had fun playing cornhole. We would definitely rent this house agaun. Thank you Ryan!

This property was everything and more. The house is filled with everything you need…fully equipped kitchen, exercise equipment, TVs, stand up paddle boards, kayak s, pedal boat and a dock that we could keep a boat we rented. We spent the evenings around the fire pit and the location is fabulous… beautiful views, gorgeous neighborhood and not far from everything you need. Our hosts were phenomenal…very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the high tech AC unit! LOL! You will love this place!

We greatly enjoyed our week long stay at Bully's Landing. The home was very clean and had everything we needed including a welcome basket. We rented a boat for the week, but we also enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. The home also offered outdoor seating on multiple decks with two fire pits. We had plenty of space to spread out with our group of 8 (adults and children) with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Kim and Ryan were also super responsive with any questions or information we needed. It is clear they took time to think about what guests would like to see and have in a rental. We will definitely be making this home a repeat stay!

Absolutely wonderful home! The location was perfect. Ryan and Kim did a fabulous job at having up to date recreational equipment, games and activities for all to enjoy. We were able to bring two jet skis and a boat- all comfortably docked right outside the home. The living and dining spaces were more than comfortable for us. We had an amazing time! Thank you Ryan and Kim for opening up your beautiful home!

We had a wide range of ages staying at the house and there was always something for everyone to do! There are multiple games, puzzles, kayaks and paddle boards. It rained the first few days we were there so it was wonderful having many options for the younger kids and teens. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived, very spacious for our group. We rented a boat for the week and it was so convenient to just be able to dock it at the house- Jordan Bay is beautiful! If we rent again at Sebago we will definitely be reaching out to Ryan.

Amazing home on Sebago Lake. This home is so well appointed, there is everything you need to make you vacation seem less. The sunsets are beautiful, and you can relax by the fire pit to the sound of ducks and loons.Just heavenly!

This is a perfect house in a perfect setting. Ryan and Kim are outstanding hosts. The house is amazing. We can't say enough about it. The kitchen is well stocked. The grills are great. The paddle boards, kayaks are available and in great condition. We played shuffleboard, ping pong and games and did puzzles. The wifi was perfect for working remotely. The AC worked beautifully and we needed it this summer. The indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for family gatherings. We can't wait to return!
