The Pluses+ The house was neat and clean. Working with Lee was the best process as I am computer challenged! The house was big and proved to be well suited for our Family Reunion and Family Wedding as well! The Water Fall across the way was a super plus for the family to view! Minuses--The decorations of each room was a little over the top leaving the mattresses to be very uncomfortable! We occupied the childrens bunkie room and the pillows were very "well used" , thin, perhaps been washed, and uncomfortable! When you named it "Top Of The World" that suited the location to a tee. Climbing the hill was a total new experience and just a little scarry! The little pond in front of the porch was green and not working, that was not a very comfortable view! We probaly will not go again, not because of the challenges but because it was a trip and location best suited for the wedding. Thank you Lee,as working with you made the event a little easier to manage !

The house is all and more than we expected from the pictures. There is so much to do at the house we wanted to stay there all day. We were in town for a family wedding with lots of wedding related activities. We enjoyed the house so much we wish we would have planned extra time just to relax there. The house is very comfortable with lots of room to spread out so it didn't ever feel crowded. It is very clean!! The drive way is very steep but it worked out fine. It's a lovely neighborhood and the waterfall is a bonus. It's a great place to stay. We will rent it again when we are in town.

Wonderful property. Everything needed for great time. Well stocked home with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils to serve everyone. Game room, hot tub and pool table kept kids happy and adults loved front porch and back area for socializing. Plenty to do and see in area. Would definitely recommend

We stayed at Jared’s house for my nieces wedding. The house was so amazing and had everything that we needed, as well as anything we could’ve imagined. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures do not do this property justice. The only problem that we had was the refrigerator. The temp would not stay cold. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay! The view is stunning. The house is well stocked, spacious and comfortable. It was a great place for our entire family to get together and celebrate my daughter's graduation!

This house worked out well for our family trip. There was enough to do in the house to pass time on the days with snow. The only difficulty we had was with how steep the driveway was, but that was only because of the snow. There was nothing that could have been done about that. Overall great stay.

House has a great layout with room for all to stretch out. The decor is modern without being overwhelming and cluttered. The theater/game room was wonderful! Tons of great movies, including 3D, no need to bring them from home!! There are board games and puzzles to rival a toy store. The pool table and arcade kept all ages happy!! The ONLY downfall was the driveway :( it is so steep. But, do not let that deter your decision to stay here !! The owner is personable quick to respond and as accommodating as can be. Will stay again if back in Knoxville!!!

This house is very spacious and has alot of room to gather and spend time together. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have encountered so far and made it very easy to enjoy home cooked meals. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the arcade area, hot tub, and movie theater. The driveway is pretty steep however we were able to handle it in a minivan and another member of our group had a Toyota Camry and was able to navigate it without issue. Additionally the back yard was fenced which made it a little easier for taking our pups out. I think the biggest perk of this rental is the owner. Anytime I needed to reach out he's was exceptionally responsive and very accommodating. I would highly suggest this rental to other groups for an enjoyable time.

To start the pictures on line so not so this place Justice. We walked into an open air at home feeling! The decor was modern and well chosen! Every room was immaculate and the amenities (especially the pool table and fire pits and my favorite the massage chair) assured us that we would have a good time! There was something for everyone!! The host has been and continued to be responsive attentive and accommodating before during and after our stay! And the view! Morning mimosas and coffee on the front porch became a daily ritual. Yes the driveway is steep but there is enough space to turn around and after the first time walking down you realize that it is worth the climb to see the beautiful neighborhood! Everything is there that you need from enough pots and pans for all kinds of meals to enough toilet paper and paper towels for a big family! This host left out no small details!! We really appreciated (and raided) the free snacks in the garage! The house is truly close to everything and if you are feeling lazy and don’t want to leave (trust me with so much to do at the house you won’t want to leave) Instacart works!! I would gladly rent this home again! Lee you truly made this our home away from home!!

Kitchen supplies plentiful. Home layout great for extended family & friends! Enjoyed reading the various "sayings" on the walls! Property manager communicated better than any VRBO agent we've had in 10 years! Will definitely visit this property again!

We enjoyed everything about this property! We had coffee and mimosas on the front porch each morning and absolutely enjoyed the view of the fall colors!! The host was very responsive!! We loved sitting out on the enclosed patio with the firepit lit!! The driveway is quite steep but once you’re up the driveway, you’ll absolutely LOVE the views!!!

What a great spot for a big group, you had something for everyone, Lee was extremely accommodating and even helped us find a local golf course for the weekend. The views are outstanding. We got a 12 person van up the driveway so I believe anyone can get up there. It’s steep but worth the views! The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors aren’t too close. We were 20 mins from bars in downtown Knoxville, 20 mins from the lake and 20 mins from golf. It was a pretty perfect set up, so glad we chose Knoxville and found this gem!

Quiet neighborhood. The house was fully equipped for a family stay and had plenty of things to keep the kids busy. The teens loved the video games and movie theater and there were toys and games in the closet for my younger nieces and nephews!

We come back to the mountains of Tennessee every year for Spring Break. We try a new home and setting each time. This house did not disappoint. The view from the front porch with coffee was amazing although the weather was hit or miss. Our kids who are teens into 20’s said it was the best house yet! They loved playing pool, being in the hot tub and I don’t think the dart machine ever turned off🙂. We had some questions about little things and Lee was quick to respond and help! We will for sure stay here again!

We have 6 in our family and there was plenty of room to spread out. Could easily handle more people. Loved the board games, thanks for having those available for us.
