Had a great time. House is a bit off the beaten path, but worth it. Great views from the property and outdoor play house was awesome. Seems like a lot of rules, but mostly just Common sense things.

It was a fantastic place to stay. This place has it all. The game room for everyone ages 8 to 88, the pool was amazing - the hot tub was the perfect ending to every night before bed. The bedrooms and bathroom were spacious, the kitchen wasn't truly used - as we cooked outside. The refrigerator had plenty of room- the ice maker was not working. Would definitely stay here again and again!

The house was great. Perfect for the whole family our favorite part was the pool and also how quick Mo Rashid responded when we asked for the pool to be heated. Overall all it’s 5 stars for us. We also loved the view.

The house was a nicely situated up a short mountain drive which added a sense of privacy. It was very clean with a few exceptions. Lots and of rules to follow and we did our best to comply with our large group of 16. The outside landscaping is a work in progress as we where there early in the season.. The pool was very clean and well maintained. Overall a wonderful stay!

I would highly recommend this house and manager. They are highly responsive and addressed a minor issue we had very quickly. The property is great. Our family had one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had

This property was just as beautiful as the photos. Mo what is a terrific host and answered any questions we had very promptly. Rooms are all spacious. Each has its own large en suite bathroom. Was a perfect place for our family gathering.

What a great experience. This property is super nice! First night we sat outside by the pool had dinner, wine and talked till late. Did not have to worry about the young ones as the location had plenty for them to do. We had a ball, no pun intended, just relaxing with family members at the game room.

Great pool!!! Great game room with lots of games for both kids and adults. We had a wonderful time.

Home was very much like the pictures. The pool and the game room were huge highlights for us, and we spent a lot of time swimming and playing games, when we weren't out seeing the sights around San Diego. Escondido is a hike from San Diego, but we knew that. Plenty of room in the house for everyone to stretch out. Would be nice to have a place where you can all sit and watch a movie, but we weren't really inside that much anyway. The view is awesome all the way around. The owner Mo is very responsive and quick to get back if there are issues. Also liked that the basics were provided, such as toilet paper, coffee and laundry detergent. Have rented VRBO's that didn't have those things, and it's inconvenient for sure. Lovely place overall.

Bedding & beds were SUPER comfortable. Lots of options for families with kids. The living room wasn’t super comfy for a larger party (not enough space or furniture for the whole family to hang and watch a movie which we wanted to do often after a long day). The pool And hot tub were super clean, pool toys included for the kids. The house was well stocked with shampoo/body wash/conditioner/sponges/dish soap/hand soap/laundry soap etc. Kitchen was well stocked too. Kcups included but no sugar or creamer. The game room was so fun for us all and it even had toys for the younger kids. The neighborhood was quiet and not far from lots of activities in San Diego or Escondido but far enough for quiet and privacy.

Nice beautiful home for a getaway. Worth the travel to go to San Diego back in fourth. Pool house was a great addition. Didn't use the hot tub though because it smelled. Might need to change water there.
