We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home for my daughter’s wedding. The pictures do not do it justice! We hosted Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and the incredible layout made everyone feel like they had their own space. The location was perfect-near the Jupiter Lighthouse and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants. The host went above and beyond, offering early check-in and late check-out, and consistently checked in to ensure our comfort. The house exceeded our expectations, even better than the pictures! Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Great Location

Everything about Leayne’s place is amazing! The house is perfectly secluded, but easily within walking distance to restaurants and coffee and other nearby spots! The kayaks were a great way to enjoy the water. The backyard is huge from a large dining table, high top bar, and a fire pit - we spent equally as much time outside! There was so much space for everyone to be comfortable with sleeping and lounging. This place truly is a gem!! Leayne was also a great host, always easy to get in touch with and has great recommendations!

This place is amazing. The place was spotless, there was a ton of room between the main house and surf shack, and everything was well stocked and comfy. The little welcome gifts were a great treat as well. The backyard was perfect for hanging out and for grilling, and the kayaks are a fun touch. The location can't be beat with cool places to walk to to eat, a quick walk to the beach, and short rides to anything you'd need. Leayne was the perfect host, with very clear, quick, and proactive communication. 11/10, would recommend to anyone.

This home and cottage are absolutely adorable!! So spacious and accommodating! Leayne is wonderful! The location is awesome… close enough to walk to several restaurants and the beach! We will definitely stay again!

Check in was easy! Loved the Welcome Basket & Supplies in the houses! Tastefully Decorated as well as updated with really nice Kitchen & Bathrooms! Size was perfect for group & everyone had space to “be together or apart”!! Of course the back water view & grounds are lovely for a gathering!! Convenient to so many great restaurants, beach & the Jupiter Community!! Definitely would stay there again!!❤️💕❤️

Our 4 night stay at Lannie’s was exceptional! Every detail exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host prior to our stay was great, the setting by the intercoastal water was beautiful, peaceful, relaxing. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. Everyone had their own bed, which can be difficult with a big group. The main house had two seating areas which were comfortable and inviting. The surf shack attached to the house but entry through a side door was adorable and also plenty of seating, with a very cool vibe. The amount of king sized beds (3) was fantastic! Also a set of twins, and a queen. The blankets and sheets were so comfortable, I slept better on the bed there than in my own at home! The back yard covered patio with the lighting at night was so much fun. The fire pit area was such an added treat! We walked over to Guanabanas for lunch one of the days, walked over to the beach for sunrise, enjoyed the Square Grouper in the evening for drinks and live music on the water, and attended a wedding at the Pelican Club (reason for our visit) We also took the Tiki Taxi one night for a cruise around the Intracoastal. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would have changed was that I would have done less so that I could stay and enjoy Lannies LONGER! Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We are truly grateful to have been able to stay all together for such a special event for our family.

Lannie’s Cottage & the Surf Den were just perfect for our daughter’s wedding at the nearby Pelican Club. The owner was quick to respond to our questions & super nice! The home was clean, tastefully decorated & the back yard was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay if you're visiting Jupiter. Leayne had the place fully stocked with firewood, charcoal, two grills, cooking spices, paper towels, linens etc. There were even welcome baskets with snacks upon arrival. Leayne was very responsive and hospitable. It was also walking distance to several bars and restaurants in Jupiter. House was very clean upon arrival.

Perfect location within walking distance to all the places we like to go in Jupiter (Guanabanas/Square Grouper/Jetty’s/Blueline Surf Shop). We spent so many great nights sitting outside playing games and listening to music. The kayaks were a great bonus! Host was amazing and even had a cute basket of goodies and personalized note for us. We will be back!

House/backyard and location are amazing

We had the most fabulous time the past couple of days celebrating our son's wedding. Our host was so helpful on some many levels. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. I felt like I was at home it was so comfortable for my family. If you have an out of town wedding in Jupiter, this is the place to stay. So convenient to everything. I miss it already.

We rented Lannie’s to accommodate our kids and grandkids who came for a visit. It was great having them stay less than a mile from us! The property is so great- so comfortable, clean and inviting! Lots of room to spread out, inside and outside. The fire pit was great for s’mores for the grandkids What’s also great is the house is within walking distance to so many restaurants, mini golf, ice cream shop, Jupiter Inlet etc. Leayne was so helpful and informative from the getgo until we departed. We truly appreciated her efforts. Thank you again for the wonderful 5 days we spent with our family!

The house was very comfortable, beautiful decor and fantastic location.

We had the most fantastic stay for my sons wedding. If anyone is attending an event or a wedding this is the place to stay. The house is ideal for a large family or multiple families with plenty of room to stay. Comfortable, clean and the best location in Jupiter. Leayne went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. So easy to work with and she made it very welcoming into her home. We will be back again for sure.

We were in town for a wedding and the house accommodated two families comfortably. The house was clean and cutely decorated. We loved the location because we were close to so many fun restaurants and the beach.

6 women stayed at Leayne's place for a tennis trip. Her home is gorgeous. Her home is wonderful for a big group. The main home and adjacent "surfer den" was immaculate. She stocked the kitchen with everything we needed upon arrival like coffee, snacks, etc. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking meals. The fire pit in the back yard on the river was such a beautiful great gathering place for breakfast coffee and in the evening for beautiful sunsets. Leayne was so responsive to any of our needs and even bought 2 additional beach chairs for our large group. This is one of the best places I've ever been on vrbo and I'm pretty picky!!

Just wonderful … great location, stunning interior design, so clean and a beautiful setting. Can’t say enough about the property, however, Leayne was the cherry on top … always going above and beyond every step of the way. Thank you and we’ll definitely be back ♥️!

Our group was in town for a wedding and felt that the entire experience of staying at Leayne’s property was amazing from start to finish. She was extremely easy to communicate with before and throughout our entire stay. The property was beautiful (perhaps even more-so than the pictures even show) and the location couldn’t be beat. With everything so conveniently located we were able to walk to so many restaurants, the beach, and even to the wedding. This place is incredible for groups and waking up to the gorgeous waterfront backyard is something I wish I could do everyday!

This home is the perfect Jupiter home rental. Golden hour was magical and the home was clean and impeccable. We hope to get lucky and be able to rent this home again!

We have been coming to Jupiter for over 30 years for Christmas. This was our favorite rental yet! Lots of room to spread out . Beautiful back yard with fire pit we enjoyed so much! Perfect location! Leayne was amazing to work with and always responded right away! We are definitely coming back!

This property was perfect for our group! We came for our daughter's wedding. The wedding was at the Jupiter lighthouse, and the reception was at Out of the Blue. The house is located perfectly in between the two. The property was immaculate, just as described. Commnication with owner was super easy and very prompt. The kayaks were great to help row off some stress as the father of the bride! I would definitely recommend for any family/group coming to Jupiter!

What a great location in Jupiter. Slept 6 comfortably. Fire pit was a big hit, beds and couches were very cozy. Leayne was very helpful and was one of the most accommodative VRBO owners I have dealt with.

This property is perfect for 7-10 people. We had our wedding in Jupiter and we were able to host family and friends at this home. Decorated wonderfully and has 3 large sitting areas that are decorated to give you a Modern Florida feel. It is on A1A but is far from the street and right on the Loxahatchee river. Beautiful backyard with a patio made it perfect for relaxing at night time. The host was very responsive and we had a great 5 night stay. Highly recommend! Wish I could buy this place!

The entire experience, from coordinating the rental, arriving and departing was very easy. The house was impeccable and every possible need was met! Our host was communicative and very helpful. The backyard was heaven! We didn’t want to leave. Best experience with a rental by far!

I immediately had a positive vibe when I came across this VRBO. I would describe myself as particular and someone who takes pride in her home. Leayne has impeccable taste and her house did not disappoint. She called soon after booking and is simply a lovely person! Her house was very clean, organized, uncluttered and just a fabulous space for our party of 6. It can easily accomodate larger parties and not feel crowded. The backyard is just fabulous from its river location, use of 2 kayaks, fire pit, and a relaxing patio table surrounded by string lights. Marley's shack was perfect for our teenage kids. A washing machine/dryer was so helpful and the home is so close to many restaurants and some shopping too! I will definitely book again! Dont' take my week, lol!!
