Great property and view for the fall colors

I almost want to give it bad review to help to be sure it'll be available FOR US! Can't say enough good things about it: clean, beautiful, views, stocked, decorated, yard, location, great communication, comfortable. I could go on and on. Yes! Look no further...book this house - unless it's when we want it ; )

This was a "man" get away abd they all had a great trip. Everyone continously said what a great place this was and want to go back. The host is awesome!!

The home is comfortable and clean. There are many sweet extras like board games, books to read the kids, a milk frother. The views are beautiful. This is our second stay.

I loved staying here, the house was just as pictured, but what’s not pictured is all of the things the house is already stocked with. Bethany has thought of everything and was always super responsive. I’ve already shared this listing with a friend and if I’m ever back in the area, I’d definitely stay here. Since it was a short trip I mostly ate out or had to go, but you could easily cook in this home.

The property was beautiful - very well appointed and equipped. It was so comfy and the two back decks were perfect for watching the sunsets. We loved that the yard was fenced for our two dogs. A very dog friendly place. And tons to do in the area.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. The location and mountain views were amazing and it was super clean and comfortable. It was so nice to have coffee on the deck in the morning and watch the hummingbirds. After a busy day of excursions we hung out on the deck and watched the sun set over the mountains. Loved the fire pit and s’mores too, what a nice touch. Truly a magical spot to vacation and so nice to bring our dog along. We made some great memories. Thank you!

From the moment I messaged Bethany prior to even considering reserving this vacation home, she responded right away. Although the pictures of the home and the scenery surrounding the area are beautiful, it's even better in person. As soon as we stepped foot in the home, we felt the warmth and coziness of all that is needed to enjoy a vacation getaway. Bethany & Alen made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, we stepped in, and light music was playing, the AC was set at a nice cool temperature and a nice light spa scent diffuser was set as well. This home was extremely clean in every aspect of the way. It is by far the best vacation home we've stayed in and we have stayed in a few. We felt safe being that it is a gated community. The lake located in the community is nice and it's less than a 5-minute drive. The drive into town to see the Lake Lure area or Chimney Rock are also a short drive. We had a magnificent time and our pups enjoyed the home as well as the fenced in backyard.

We had a lovely visit. The view off the back porch is amazing and we loved the fenced in yard. It was a lovely space and a great location with plenty to do.

We had such a relaxing trip and a very private location with gorgeous views. We appreciated the fenced in yard so we didn't need to watch dogs constantly. There are two great size decks with seating and we used the grill several times. You are close enough to several towns, shopping, wineries, and distilleries for the off season for boating. Being in a gated community was very nice with a private small lake and trails. Thank you!

Fantastic clean property, everything you need right there, beautiful scenery. Be sure to go down to the waterfall!

My friend (and our two pups) were in Lake Lure for a Girls Weekend. The house was so cute, clean, and well-appointed! The pups enjoyed the great fenced-in yard and we loved the decks and fire pit. Bethany was very responsive and her check-in and check-out processes were clearly communicated and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for several weeks while waiting to transition to our new home. This was a perfect respite to relax and work. Everything we needed was there and we were able to stay with our pets in the safely of the fenced yard. The house is cozy and inviting with gorgeous views. Highly recommend!

Hands down one of our most enjoyable stays! Super clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings/views. We are already looking forward to planning our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at his almost brand new house. Nicely decorated and furnished. The view from the back decks, plural, were wonderful. Very private gated community but close to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Hosts were exceptionally nice and responsive. Oh, our 2 Springer Spaniels rated it all 5ths well with totally fenced yard and miles of walking /hiking roads and trails.

The house is very nice and well appointed. The view is so good we spent most of our time out on the porch. Yard was a good size for my two pups and it was nice for it to be fenced in. We startled a big buck one morning and saw several deer on the mountain. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Our stay was AMAZING!!!!! Bethany and Alan we awesome. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was very nice. Our dogs LOVED running around the back yard. We will definitely be staying again

Bethany and her husband we’re extraordinarily accommodating, especially when my child had an ear infection and we had to check out late, even though she had another guest checking in on time. My kids and I loved the view. We even saw a young bear who completely ignored us and didn’t bother the property at all. We look forward to coming back to this property especially when the hot tub is available

The house was very clean and well maintained. I love the fenced in yard and updated appliances. We enjoyed our stay and love Riverbend. It is obvious the host takes great of the property and it was decorated super cute! I just wished there was a hose that wasn’t attached to the sprinkler system next to the drive way so we could have easily rinsed the truck and floats off and that there was a set of beach towels for use at the lake while ours were in the wash. The twin beds were very comfy! However, The bed in the master was very firm.. I’m sure some people love it but we were super sore by the end of the week. The host was very friendly and responsive, the check in and check out instructions were clear and delivered ahead of time. We would definitely stay again! I have rented another VRBO in the community from a different host and this experience was 10x better from start to finish.

The host was amazing, great communication and informative about the house and area. The house was in a great location and had a lot of amenities perfect for a family trip with a child and dogs! Definitely plan on going back!

This is the perfect house especially if you bring your dog. The fence went all around the house and our dog loved it. The house is very clean and beautiful decorated. We loved the neighborhood it was in. Very quiet and view is beautiful. The host was great and was quick to respond. Thank you for a awesome week. We do plan to be back

We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I’ve never met a host that has gone so above and beyond for her guests. We stayed Valentine’s Day and she had a gift waiting on the kitchen island and the places was all decorated for Valentines Day. I had no idea at the time my fiancé was going to propose and we couldn’t have chosen a place with a more romantic view and she has all the amenities and extra you could ever need. It is decorated absolutely charming- and so cozy. She accommodated our little papillon dog as well and has feeding late and toys for the animals. We are so happy we wiener so touched by her thoughtfulness and we will be returning to this property for many, many years to come. Thank you, sweet Bethany for the most amazing Valentines weekend of our lives. ♥️✝️
