We have been staying at Sunswept for several years now and have had a great time with it each year. Only thing we encountered was one gentleman that had a little too much to drink and was bothering girls at the pool and that was quickly dealt with and handled properly as soon as it was brought to their attention. We love this area and the fact that it is not as crowded as the highrise locations. We will certainly be back to visit with the friends we have made.

Clean , convenient, safe, easy to book. Saw dolphins, crabs, sand dollars, little fish, rode an airboat to see alligators, ate at Dee’s Hangout. Great grills. Clean pool. Nicely landscaped. Security out and about checking on things. Family friendly. Nicely landscaped. Well lit. Easy to get in and out to go places. Parked right outside our unit. Quiet at night. Clean beach. Beach flags visible so you can judge the water . Plenty of tent space. Beautiful sunset. Water was a bit chilly, but the waves were calm enough for little ones. Rinse off stations. Coded gate for security. Keyless entry on your unit. Great place!

Perfect place for a short getaway. Place was clean, walk to the beach was short and very quiet property. Recommend this place 10/10.

My wife and I stayed in this condo for 2 weeks. It was perfect for 2 people. Right outside of the patio door was access to the heated pool. The beach was available by gated access across the parking lot. Everyone in the complex was friendly which made the stay extra enjoyable. We were here during March break and this part of the beach was quieter than farther down near the pier. We contacted Tom the host with one issue that we thought he should look at before the next renters came in. He responded the same day which was amazing. We had a great time.

I traveled and stayed here alone. It was perfect for me. I loved being able to park at the door which made getting in and out very easy. Everything appeared to be clean and in good working order. The beach was just a quick walk away.

This is a very nice property. It was great to park right outside the units door. The beach access is good too. The unit was very well appointed with comfortable furniture and bed. The internet was fast and streamed Netflix with no problems. The cable had a good selection of channels which was great for the opening weekend of college football. We had a problem with the bathroom sink draining and I emailed the owners and it was fixed promptly. The owners were very good to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect location to everything and just a short walk to the beach. We forgot our beach toys luckily they had some for us to use. Check in and out was a breeze.

I had a great stay. The room was clean and well-kept, and the host was great in communication and was always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here on a trip to PCB. I will definitely look to stay here again on future PCB trips.

Great location away from hustle & bustle. Room 302 very convenient you can back right up to the door. A short 10 minute to the beach ( maybe less). Quite complex. Great for kids

We love this complex! Clean rooms, perfect location with great beach access. Communication with Tom was timely and efficient. We look forward to staying here again.

This is our favorite in Sunswept. We have stayed here many times! It has also had a bedding and dresser update and that was really pretty. You park right outside your unit and all amenities are very convenient. That is helpful because you can put all your beach stuff in the trunk until the next day you go out. You are about three feet from parking spot to door. You are within walking distance of Waffle House, a beach shop, and a gas station. Very quiet and family friendly. Clean condo, pool, grills, parking area, and beach. Well lit. Your bedroom opens up onto a patio with tables and chairs that overlooks the pool. This is great for grilling, chilling, and swimming. No waiting on busy elevators. The kitchen had everything we needed and Shannon does a great job getting the unit clean and ready.

We will definitely stay here again. We appreciate the modern look of the unit. The check in and check out process was very easy. We loved the location as it was far enough from the noise, but not too far from places that we visited.
