We are working on a apartment complex installing gutters for Empire gutters we felt very comfortable like being at home

Property was decent. Vacasa's property management service was horrible. They didn't do anything but reply to texts. No one ever showed up to help with our issues.

Everything went very well, only things we weren’t fond of - no cable TV (only streaming) and ants were a problem in the kitchen. The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing, quiet stay.

The house is very nice and mostly as advertised. The bed in the 2nd bedroom is a full size not a queen. Shower in master bathroom needs cleaned better it has mold on the grout. Wish they had regular cable and not just streaming had issues with the internet buffering and freezing while trying to watch. Plus not receiving the local networks or regular cable channels is irritating. Didn’t let it ruin the trip though.

The house was what it was advertised as. I recommend that the shrubbery along the pathway from the driveway to the front door be trimmed back at least by 1 foot. The path is very awkward to walk along right now.

Both VRBO and Turnkey are largely offshore marketing machines, load on extra fees and are terrible at customer service. Regardless of the property and its attributes, if you have any issues you will have a time taking care of them. We rented a cute house, VRBO added their fee on top of Turnkey's. Your ultimate price will be much more than the price stated. When we checked in, the water was off in the house and the area was under a boil water order for days. We asked for an adjustment and Turnkey agreed to credit us $195, instead they added a charge of $195 so then we had many calls to get the extra charge reversed and are still pending on the credit. Much of this is over their texting number with someone in another country and sometimes you get a person in the US. Hours on calls takes a toll on your getaway. That said we did get a call from a real person local to the property who was very nice. Get a local firm with real people and cut out these layers of red tape and extra fees.

Only fault was billard table bumper rails were broken and in need of replacement and felt needs re stretched. We are APA team players and we're very disappointed in the condition of the table. Fabulous home in a peaceful community. Great accommodations and attention to detail everywhere. We stayed at this property for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect size for me, my wife and 2 children. The private pool was perfect to hop in whenever we wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean, as was the entire place. Supermarkets (Publix and Winn-Dixie) are just a 5 min drive which was very convenient. Overall it felt like home away from home, I would definitely recommend this place.

This house was roomy and comfortable for 6 of us. We had one small maintenance issue, which was rectified very quickly after I texted the contact number. I’d definitely stay here again!

In general we loved the property, it's a good size and it was very clean. The neighborhood is very pleasant as well. We loved that the house has bicycles in the garage for the guests to use! The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there was no flexibility on the check in or check out times. I think that would it have made the trip even better. I would also suggest to the owner to be more specific in regards to what's in the house, for example, I asked if the house came with a Keurig coffee machine and they said no but they do have one. Also, there was no hand or shower soap anywhere in the house. They did shipped a couple of bottles of shower gel the next evening, so not a big deal.

TurnKey instructions were with living room TV to turn to HDMI 3 to turn on View TV box but there was nothing on HDMI 3. With the second TurnKey support person we found the TV was received by the internet but showed about 50 streaming services. Some were free. Most we had to pay for. One, You Tube TV, was paid for about 4 weeks away from their home location and then it stopped. There were only 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the game room, so close together that you could not have them both on and hear. It would have been nice to have a TV in the master bedroom. The garage door opener was also a problem and wouldn't always stay down. Owner replaced an old gas grill with a new Weber grill. 2 medicine cabinets in master bathroom for all our prescriptions. A very nice fenced=in area aside the house for letting our dog out.

We LOVED our stay. This time it was just myself and my husband, but we easily could have brought our 4 kids. There was plenty of space. The neighborhood was great for walks and runs with a park at the end of the main street. The pool was heated and there was plenty of sun and shade. We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our trip here and spent a lot of time by the pool. We had a few issues with the wifi TV going in and out which was a process to fix. The bed was comfortable but the pillows and sheets couod be updated with something a bit softer. We are a bit spoiled as we normally use bamboo sheets at home. In all it was a great trip! We would definitely stay again!

We are a family of 5, with 3 young daughters. The house was spotless, and had all the amenities to make living there for a week very easy. The pool area is great. The neighborhood seemed extremely safe and was very quiet. We had a great time.
