My family came to stay at this property after a quick visit to Orlando. An amazing change of pace from the go-go atmosphere of Orlando; this home became our relaxing spot. The pool is great - the house was clean and accessible. Communications from the property owner/manager were easy, and all communications were clear and accurate.

We really enjoyed this house! It is a little more dated than the pictures indicate, but overall it was great! So much space, we were all very comfortable. Pretty much everything we needed was there at the house already! We used the pool almost everyday but honestly the highlight of this house was the pool table!!

Great place I really enjoyed staying at this house, the pool was nice my mom and dad end up showing up driving in from Jacksonville. My dad and the kids played pool and then played in the pool. The house is big enough to accommodate us. They had plenty of supplies, as I’ve stayed at other VRBO properties not enough supplies no coffee supplies. However this property had plenty of supplies and coffee. The pool was really fun and their suggestions on the wall for restaurants We’re dead on we went to some beautiful restaurants that they suggested on the chalkboard. I go to Tampa all the time I normally stay in the Westin but from now on I will rent this house every time I go.

My family stayed here for Fourth of July week and had an amazing time! The pool was perfect and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend!

My family enjoyed our stay! The house has everything we needed, including pool and bath towels, full kitchen, and a grocery store less than 5 miles away. Made lots of use of the pool table and swimming pool. House was as advertised. Safe, quiet neighborhood. We would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. We had plenty of room, the house was in good condition. Only complaint was the listing said the pool was heated and it was definitely NOT heated. Water was freezing cold.

I was really excited about the heated pool in October But, the listing did not mention that the pool was only heated from November to March. The house was really spacious and clean. The beds were really comfy. The neighborhood was quite and close to everything.
We would visit again just in the warmer months.

Beautiful and super clean home! The pool was clean and clear and having the heating option was really nice. Close to everything but also very private. Nice , safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. This location was close to many amenities and attractions. The owners provided everything that I needed for a short stay. The private pool was a nice feature that we all enjoyed. My boys enjoyed the pool table and included board games.

This is a beautiful and clean home. This was the perfect location very close to to my family who was staying at the hotel nearby. Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything listed was accurate and the owners was johnny on the spot to all my needs and concerns. I recommend this beautiful house if you are visiting Tampa. I hope to be back soon!!

We overall enjoyed our stay at the home! It was conveniently located as well as located in a safe and nice neighborhood.
Only fault we found were the floors were pretty dirty and there was a foul fish smell coming from the refrigerator which would not go away.
If the place is properly cleaned and the foul smell from the fridge is eliminated....the place would be perfect otherwise!

Back porch/pool is the best part and allows you to sit outside and relax. I would have rated this a 5 but the twin bedroom beds are so low to the ground that really only good for kids, the living room's 2 couches must be pull out sofa sleepers otherwise I am not sure about sleeping 8 and it is very hot in the living room (was originally the garage which might be why it didn't get good AC) and most importantly even though there is a TV with a Roku stick, you have to use your own login for a streaming service and if your login is linked to your home location then you can't use the TV at all. Would be nice if at least basic cable was provided.

One of the cleanest property I've stayed at.
Part of my family's annual beach vacation, we decided to go to Tampa, FL and found this property. We were looking for a private pool house where my wife and kids will spend most time at. This property turned out exceptional from all the properties we stayed in the past. Check in/out was easy. Communication was great. It was very clean. There was a complementary basket full of goodies that my kids loved. The pool was always heated. Didn't have to touch a thing. The lanai was also in great condition with no rips for bugs to get in. Overall the cleanliness of the property was quite exceptional. The beds were premium beds with memory foam which was great. Gave us great nights sleep. So no complaints at all. Our family enjoyed it alot. If we go back to Tampa again, we will definitely consider staying there again.

This house is amazing it was a perfect fit for my family of adult children ages 29-19. The owners welcomed us with a beautiful home that included a thank basket, a handbook with restaurants beaches amusement parks and other things to do in Tampa…My family gave this house a 5 star…we was located close to everything which made things even better!!!
