Well, this place was disappointing though well located. There were some broken windows; the window blinds were damaged and welcomed in the rising sun at 5:30 am; the floors were covered with an old and a tad filthy carpet; there was limited amount of kitchen utensils, pots and pans; dirty water was backing up into the kitchen sink drain which had us a little concerned about bacteria spreading around; some random nails were popping out of the walls; the dishwasher didn't wash properly; the dryer didn't work; but the wifi and tv worked well. At some point during our stay a guy from the water department came telling us he was sent to cut the water supply due to unpaid invoice - there were indeed some unpaid water invoice notifications in the mail boxes - then two days later another guys from an extermination company came asking how it was going with the rodent infestation. The water didn't get cut and we didn't see any mouse or rat but all of this combined together wasn't fun at all and I don't recommend this place which turned out to be rather expensive when it had so little to offer.

Nice and simple place. Easy walk access to beach and several resturaunts. Ocean view from the main room and 2 bedrooms is also very nice. Its also very simple to drive down the road and catch the Hingham ferry into the heart of Boston.

We enjoyed our time at the Hull rental. We sat every morning with our coffee and looked out over the ocean. If you stay there, definitely recommend Jake's Seafood restaurant. The food was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay with all the comforts of home. We were travelling with several children, so it was important to be able to have readily available meals and play space. There are cosmetic things that could be improved, but overall, the house is great. It was comfortable and clean. The coffee table is beautiful, but it's glass and we were just worried about it with small kids. There is a shared deck with patio furniture. We did not use it, but the patio furniture looked to be very weathered and damaged. Parking is difficult (as it is everywhere in MA).There are two designated parking spots on a narrow street, so it's best if you have a smaller vehicle. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There are several restaurants, bars and breakfast options just a short walk away. When we were leaving, there was no place to put our trash, I would like to have been able to dispose of it somewhere instead of having to leave it inside. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and it was nice to have someplace large enough for our whole family to stay together.

It was cozy and comfy. Advertised as luxury but is misleading. It could use some more kitchen utensils. Overall a good vacation!
