This is a beautiful, tight, remodeled property. The parking is great and the layout makes it feel larger and it would be wonderful for two couples, wanting to explore. Everything is comfortable. The hot tub is great to relax in. The neighborhood is upscale and near the golf course and it’s very easy to find.

Very pleasant stay in the woods and near downtown Guerneville. Clean and comfortable. It’s on the side of the road and there’s slight car noise.

This property is clean and cozy! It’s a 2 bd/1bth perfect for a weekend trip with my fiancé and our dog. The kitchen had the essentials (pots, pans, toaster, kettle, dishware, utensils, etc.) and was spacious. The bathroom has both a tub and shower which we appreciated. We couldn’t figure out the nest to control the temp, but there was plenty of blankets to stay warm. The living room has a smart tv, though we couldn’t figure out how to watch regular cable tv to catch the football games we were able to log into our Netflix. Wifi connection was strong throughout our stay. It was such a nice place to wind down and relax. The highlight for me was taking a short stroll to the Bia Cafe and golf course next door. Would vacation here again!

Very nice home under the redwoods with spacious interior that was nicely appointed. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you need to cook. I was very surprised that there was no coffee in the home; that's a 1st! The hot tub was nice and relaxing. You are on the main road (River Road) that can be a bit busy and noisy; bring ear plugs and you won't even notice it; I recommend that the owner provide disposable ear plugs for those sensitive to noise. You have a nice deck and the living space is on the upper level; you have it all to yourself with some decent space and privacy from the neighbors. It does take a while for the heated floors to warm up the house, so crank those up upon arrival and hopefully the space will be warm by night; otherwise, use the space heaters and you will be plenty warm.

Home and Outdoor patio beautiful, everything was good.. loud traffic if windows are open, no window screens no problem,,..but when I opened the sofabed, it was a high blood stain disgusting! Had to cover it with sheets.. otherwise the home would have received a five star rating

We had a fantastic time at this vacation property! The property itself was delightful, and we especially loved the hot tub and the luxurious sunken tub in the bathroom. Plus, the location couldn't have been better – just a 10-minute drive to the ocean and the magnificent California Redwoods. If you're planning to visit, make sure not to miss Goat Rock Beach – it's absolutely breathtaking! And here's a little insider tip: grab some sandwiches from Duncan's store on Highway 116 on your way to the beach. You'll thank me later!

The place was nice, no reception.. unable to communicate to my family next door at casa sequoia.. emailed text to ask about what to do when departing.. still haven’t heard back.. we filled dishwasher & started it.. pulled off sheets.. our towels fell off the shelf into the bath tub 😞 no room in garbage cans.. we were next door most of the weekend & only cooked once when we took out the trash no room 😞

TV selections, hot tub, very nice, cheerful, tree house- like, lots of redwoods. Coffee maker had broken/missing parts. Not sure if had to wash sheets/towels (had to at a Hood River, Oregon VRBO)

Very well kept and pretty home. It was great for our family weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Like many houses in the area, it’s close to the road.

Very cute cabin. It is dog friendly but its not fenced so beware. Its right next to the highway. Overall the stay was great but the check out time was a little early at 10am. I would stay here again if I was not bringing my dog.

This house definitely has a lot of pluses: excellent condition, everything upgraded, well-equipped kitchen, super clean, hot tub, and location near Monte Rio and Guerneville excellent. There is a good 3 mi walk from the house on the road and golf course through the redwoods. Very peaceful. Although the property is right near the river, there is no river access so you have to drive to a beach. Monte Rio beach is close and great with kayak, canoe, tube rentals. Found some excellent restaurants boon eats and brot in Guerneville...Light Wave in Monte Rio for lunch. The only downside to this house is that it is right on 116...very busy on weekends and somewhat busy on weekdays. The road noise does die down at night though.

Very happy with the house and property. Didn't like being so close to the road but you forget about it if you've got music on. The breakfast at the golf course was great too.

House was awesome. But NEVER would’ve stayed there if the actual location was disclosed before the day we arrived. Traffic ( including commercial vehicles) going by within feet of the house. Of all the rentals up there we got taken advantage of.

It was so nice to stay in this beautiful little cabin for a weekend getaway. If you like to golf, you can just walk to Northwood Golf Course. So convenient. We were cozy and warm all weekend long. I loved all the furnishings and decorations. Attention to detail was not missed in this cabin.

The cabin was lovely and close to everything. It is right next to 116, but since it’s a 2 lane rd isn’t a big deal. And cant hear anything from inside. The area around the house can get very muddy in the rain.

Needed several days to get away from the hustle and bustle and stayed at this cozy cabin, which is beautiful in the inside and it’s has all you need for a stay. Wish we would have gone when there was better weather to utilize the spa but we were nice and warm inside. The pictures make the place look larger than reality (great camera wide lenses) so I expected bigger walking in but it was ultimately perfect for my family of five and small dog. The cabin was super clean and has a huge garage that perhaps can be used for entertainment or other space to utilize. Bedsheets were clean and plenty of towels, paper towels, hand soap, and TP on hand. The cabin sits on the side of the road, which can be loud with the big trucks but the comfortable beds made up for it. Cabin is walking distance from a beautiful golf course, which was a plus for my family, five minutes from grocery store and gas station and just a quick drive to Bodega Bay. Totally recommend this cabin and my family and I would consider using in the future.
