We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. All the needed items are kindly supplied and the location is great with a short drive to so many different beach access points.

Everything was perfect! The location was very convenient. The house was super clean and anything you could think you needed was already there!!! We were able to easily put in our kayaks and head out to the bay! We would definitely rent this property again!!! Thanks!

Such a delight staying here for the weekend. It fit our family of 8 and the space was just right and cozy. Modern, clean, close to everything and easy access to the major roads and freeways. We will book here again next time we are in the area!

The backyard photos do not capture its beauty! There is a large live oak tree that supports many species of birds. Many times my partner and I would sit in the back yard and listen to all the different bird calls. We frequently saw egrets, ibis and even a large stork! We brought kayaks and were able to launch our boats from the canal in the backyard at high tide. Jay was very attentive to our needs-the coffee maker broke and he sent us a new one that same day!The house was centrally located- it was a short drive to St. Pete beach, downtown Gulfport, downtown St. Petersburg, and the Pinelllas bike trail. The only reason I can’t give this property 5 stars is because it is on a busy street and there are no bureaus/dressers for your clothes.

We originally booked this location because the owner allows pets but we ended up not having any pets on the trip. If we had though, it would have been great. It has a nice big backyard and the yard is mostly fenced. The house was very clean and the decor was nice. We enjoyed the board games that were available and the proximity to nearby restaurants and shopping. There's no cable so we couldn't watch football but there are multiple large screen TV's available so I guess you could stream shows and movies. The only issue we ran into was a lack of hot water. There were 4 adults in our group and after the first person showered, no one else had hot water. This probably just requires adjusting the water heater temperature and was mentioned to the host. Jay was very quick to respond to our questions leading up to check-in and we definitely plan to book again in the future.

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean, large dining table for meals and playing games, big backyard for the dogs, morning coffee on the patio with a nice view of the creek are just a few of the highlights. Close to the beaches and downtown Gulfport. Overall great experience.

This property was perfect for our weekend stay for a wedding celebration on the beach. It was comfortable, clean and all the small touches were great. We would definitely book this location again.
