This property host was excellent as we were in a bind and had to pivot from another property in a not so desirable neighborhood. We made the switch same day and this host was able to accommodate our family. House has nice amenities good space and mostly updated. Pros- size, pool although we did t get a chance to use it, grill , kitchen space, driveway and parking, neighborhood and safety. Cons - water pressure in one bathroom low, outlet in living room didnt work so no tv. Also house could use more TVs in bedrooms and larger TV in main living areas.

Where used the property for a long weekend for a family wedding. The house was great for my family. And my grandchildren. Who love the pool. The house is next to a road where you can hear some noise. However this did not affect us. They had lots of extra items including toys for the kids to use in the pool which was great. The host is very helpful. Would stay there again.

The only bummer about this house is the next door neighbor, although I do not believe they had any problems with us when we were outside past 10. The foosball table was an incredible touch and one my friends and I enjoyed for hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was nice. Restaurants and beaches were close by. Mattresses were uncomfortable and towels cutlery dishes, pot and pans have seen better days. With a little updating , the place would get 5 stars !

Eleven of us stayed in this wonderful 5-bedroom property in Clearwater. Honestly we all thought it was great. The pictures in the listing matched up with reality (something that isn't always the case). The house was in excellent condition. The hosts were very responsive throughout the whole process. They let us know before we arrived that there was a minor problem with a faucet that would be fixed during our stay once the part came in. The common area was very spacious and we never felt like we were "on top of each other." The back patio was also very spacious. The only negative has absolutely nothing to do with the property or the hosts. That is, it's at least a 30 minute drive to anything fun.. But we knew that going in so it's not a complaint. Just an observation for others in case that's important. Other than that, we highly recommend this property. Enjoy!

4 out of 5! The house and pool were awesome for the 5 friends who gathered!! Plenty of room for all of us. We had a few issues but the owners response met expectations. Keene is busy and loud during rush hour. The park across the street is fantastic. We were super happy they allowed us to bring our dog. 15 min to beaches. Overall recommend this property.

This being our first time in the this Florida area, the location of this house is perfect. Everything we could need was within minutes of the house. The host was available all times of the day and night. My entire family enjoyed ourselves in the beautiful house and amazing pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Our host Isaac was responsive and the check-in process was super easy. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here next time we’re in Tampa/Clearwater.
