This is a great property. New, Clean, and great communication.

Stayed here for a dance competition at the convention center. Convention center nearby (25 minute walk or 5 minute car/Uber ride). Lots of activities and stores nearby. Lots of space in the condo. Check in/check out super easy.

The unit looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, modern, and very luxurious. We were able to walk to the Convention center about a 15 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again.

I was here with my immediate family and some extended family to attend a conference at the convention center. This unit was conveniently located next to the pool and lake. Great views and great space for 4 young kids to roam around and play inside and outside. Had everything we needed for our stay. Was also walking distance to the conference with was really nice. Seamless check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again for sure!

Nicely renovated, very spacious. The view was great and the room was conveniently located next to the pool. Would recommend a few hot pads, a dish rag and an extra dish towel. The dresser in the front bedroom needs some minor repairs. Foosball was missing a ball and one bar was broken, which was a disappointment for our boys. All-in-all, it was a nice, comfortable unit and we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo to stay in and would definitely stay there again. Honestly, had to be the best condo within the community as it provides great views of the lake and pool. Worked really well for our group!

Location was great for our family getaway! The property was centrally located and the amenities were as described. The layout and furnishings worked well for our family. Kids loved the pool!
The only downside was the lack of cleanliness of the unit when we arrived - dirty towels in the washing machine, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and food/hair on the kitchen/bedroom/bathroom floors. We had to clean before we could settle in.

Wonderful rental condo on the fourth floor, right next to the pool. Everything was clean, updated. There are some starter products but you’ll have to buy all your own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. for more than a few days.

Loved the location! Owners left us a little snack for the kids which was great bc we got in so late. The views on the balcony are stunning, enjoyed watching the fireworks from SeaWorld. The pool was a lot of fun and so was the arcade. Pool was very close and even had a view for grandma to watch from the condo.
Loved the decor and cleanliness of everything.
Few small blemishes that we let the owner know about but nothing that affected our trip.
We also enjoyed the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Thank you for providing an amazing place to stay! We will definitely return again.

Great Vista Cay Spot
Many Vista Cay condos look out at parking lots or roadways, this one has a beautiful view of the the lake, the pool area and even nightly fireworks at SeaWorld. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. We had a few small issues upon arrival, which Cassiola remedied quickly, it's always best to rent from a company who has a team to address guest needs. Would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome Condo
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, great views, nicely stocked with necessities and super close to resort amenities. location is within 10-15 to tons of restaurants, shopping and Universal. Would recommend a new router because our WiFi tended to drop, but we worked around it. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you for letting us stay the week!

Excellent Condominium
The condominium was very nicely appointed and comfortable. It is in a great location in Orlando and is conveniently located on the top floor in the corner of the building with a view of a pond as well as the swimming pool. (Our only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom was too soft and rutted on both sides.) The owner did an excellent job communicating the check-in process. We will definitely stay in this unit again if our travels bring us back to Orlando.

Beautiful unit
This unit was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The balcony was so peaceful with a view of the lake! It had more than enough space for everyone. Highly recommend!
