Good location close to everything

Cute condos easily walkable to downtown TC. Very quiet though I night we were there midweek off-season. Check in and out was super easy!

We rented the condo while visiting my son who was hosting the family Christmas. We brought my 80 yr old mother on the trip and rented a 1st floor unit. It was easily accessible from parking to condo. The kitchen and living room were spacious and comfortable for socializing. The beds were comfortable and baths were clean and had all amenities that you need. Another family member rented the 3rd floor unit with a roof top outdoor patio and Jacuzzi, which was a great way to end the day using the hot tub. The lower unit was larger than the upper level unit which worked out well for family meals. Overall the place was modern, clean and very comfortable and we would not hesitate to rent this place again.

The condo was perfect for our family! Very clean, great location, and amazing service from the property manager. Parking spaces are small but we were able to fit our truck. We just needed to get the kids out of car seats before we pulled in the spot. We will definitely stay at this location again!

We stayed at CitySide Lofts, Unit 2 in Traverse City the past weekend (Oct 14 - 16). When we booked on the website, it clearly stated that it will be a condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, when we arrived and checked into the property, we found it was a condo with 2 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom! The bathroom was inside of the master bedroom, which caused inconvenience for our group. One door in the living room was locked - we did not know whether it was for the third bedroom or the bathroom. We contacted the property manager right away and asked the manager. He replied in email that there was no third bedroom and the unit only had "two bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room". We relied on the expectation that there would be three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms when booking the rental home. It was shocking to us and certainly disruptive to the overall quality of the stay and our trip. This needs to be corrected and we ask for a refund for the discomfort and inconvenience.

Very clean and walking distance into town.

The condo was clean and just what we needed for a group of 3 friends. I wouldn’t plan to use the pull out couch bed, as it was very thin and uncomfortable, but the bedroom with a trundle bed worked great. It was easy to walk to restaurants and explore downtown as well!

Our stay was lovely, however, the parking spots were unusually tight. When leaving my husband was unable to enter the driver’s side of the car. I was able to smash my body through…pretty uncomfortable . Had he been alone, he would have been screwed.

Perfect place for our family to rest while checking out traverse city. Thought the traffic noise would be worse inside but it wasn’t… only complaint was the floors were very sticky, probably wouldn’t have noticed if my baby wasn’t crawling all over them :) otherwise comfy beds, clean linens. We enjoyed our stay!!

We loved the location. It was close to downtown. The condo had everything we needed and the rooftop deck was great for watching the July 4 air show and fireworks!

The condo was very cute and modern. It was clean & there was a book provided with nearby restaurants and activities. I would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The loft was clean and attractive, and not far from all the action of Front Street. Close to 2 different beaches. They thought of all the details and had all items on hand that you might need and accidentally forget. 10/10 would recommend!
