Beautiful walk down apartment in a charming neighborhood in downtown DC. Amenities galore with a friendly, knowledgeable host!

Cindy met us at the apartment and explained all the features. It was absolutely spotless and there were plenty of basic condiments, tea/coffee,rubbish bags, etc. It had the added convenience of a parking spot outside on the street. We loved the local neighbourhood with the pretty townhouses, felt extremely safe here and it was very quiet at night. Frequent public transport via either the Metro or the Circulator bus to get to all the visitor attractions. We would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to D.C.

This unit was perfect for our family of two adults and three teenage boys. It is spacious, quiet and well stocked with ample cups, dishes and base ingredients including salt, butter, coffee etc…. The location is great for an active family as it lies within a 10-15 min walk from a Safeway, the Eastern market, multiple restaurants and a subway station. It is a basement suite but the neighbourhood is very safe to walk at any hour. The appliances are good quality but a bit tricky to use unless you are familiar with an induction stove. Luckily, we were greeted by Cindy who gave us an in depth overview of the unit. She was also very helpful and responded within a reasonable time to any queries we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend this unit to families.

My husband and I, along with our two adult sons visited Washington DC for 4 full days. This cute little condo was perfectly located. It was a short walk to the bike share, which we made use of daily. That way we could go somewhere each morning, return to cool off and rest, then go back out in the afternoon. The neighborhood was save and very nice. All good!

The place was very nice, very convenient. We are a family of 4 and stayed for 4 nights. So much to see and do in DC and this was a great place to come back to each night, equipped with everything you need. The property manager was extremely helpful and accessible. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the apartment, very well finished to a high standard, and the Capitol Hill residential neighborhood is very nice. Eastern Market nearby, together with a good range of restaurants, coffee bars and pubs. East to get to the center of DC, monuments and museums via the Eastern Market metro station.

This apartment was perfect for our family spring break trip! Nicely furnished, comfortable and clean the apartment is in a great neighborhood for families. It’s within walking distance to the Capitol, Eastern Market, Trader Joe’s and 2 Metro stations. Highly recommend!

We were in DC to visit our daughter who is in college there. The apartment is well supplied and super clean. Cindy was very helpful. I would love to come back. The neighborhood is super safe and friendly.

Cindy was a wonderful host. This place turned out to be perfect for a 5 night stay. The apartment is very well maintained with excellent amenities and you can't beat the location. We highly recommend it.

This apartment is a charming and comfortable place near The Mall, coffee shops, shopping and so much more. The manager, Cindy, went out of her way to help us find a place to park our camping van. We highly recommend this unit.

The apartment is very up-to-date, and extremely well equipped. The extra of having some minimum food provisions for a late-night arrival was much appreciated! We found it conveniently located for restaurants and Metro stations within walking distance. Short Metro ride to DC monuments and attractions. Host, Cindy, is very welcoming and willing to provide information about the area. We would definiitely return!

We had a very enjoyable time. We and another couple were here together and it was perfect. We walked the 35 minute walk to the Capitol and spent the evening on the National Mall. Walked to the Eastern Market, 10 min, for breakfast the next morning. Everything was really comfortable. Will stay again if we have the opportunity.

This is a wonderful place to stay in D.C. Beautiful, safe neighborhood, walking distance to the metro. The house itself is beautifully curated, updated, and extremely comfortable and functional. We loved staying here and would love to do so again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and restful after a day of heat and walking. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to hang out. The milk, OJ and english muffins were greatly appreciated.

Our stay at the Eastern Market property was fabulous. Do not let the lower level/basement loation discourage you. It was a wonder apartment and perfect for the 3 nights we were there. It was within walking distance to so many great places to eat. Most important was its proximity to the ballpark. The property manager was fabulous and thought of everything we could have possible needed to know.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for myself and my four girlfriends! There were plenty of stores within walking distance and Cindy’s guide to the neighborhood was a lifesaver! I highly recommend this place for any and all occasions, hope you have a great time!
