This home was an absolute dream! It was spotless and the amenities were top notch! It was very organized and comfortable and we truly didn’t want to leave! Everything was spacious and Carinn was quick to reply on any question I had! Access to the beach was super easy and everything was very close if we needed to run to the market to grab anything. We even found a kite store and bait shop minutes away for the kids to fly big kites and fish! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! The pool was so refreshing and the elevator was such a glorious bonus in carrying luggage/groceries up and down. 5 days wasn’t enough, we could have stayed another 5! We definitely want this to be our new annual beach trip home! Thank you for the most amazing memories Carinn!

One level suits us..family loses out on multi level house. Kids loved the pool.

We enjoyed our 5 nights at Sea Dreams. We setup on the beach and went every day. The beach was a short 2-3 min trip on the golf cart. We also walked. In the evening we enjoyed the hot tub/pool area downstairs. It was great after being at the beach all day. Each family cooked their fav dinner each night complimented with their fav beverage and music!. Kitchen and dining area was spacious so everyone could be there together then head to the bedroom areas or deck above or below for some quiet time. We are sure you will enjoy!

This property is truly exceptional. Everyone in our group absolutely had the best time! The home is beautiful and exceptionally maintained. The property manager was so attentive as well. We will definately have this at the top of the list in the future!

My family, my 3 grown siblings with spouses, kids and my father, all converged on Galveston from Houston, San Antonio and Louisiana to enjoy a few relaxing days together! That’s exactly what we got! Very nicely appointed home with everything you could need to cook meals, enjoy the pool & spa and especially the beach! Having the lifts to the second level were extremely beneficial as was having all the sleeping and living spaces on the same level! 5 ⭐️ accommodations!

We loved the house and the stay so much we’ve decided we want to re-book it for the following year! The house is super clean and well stocked with things we needed. It was super windy so we only went to the beach once during our stay but the pool was the highlight of our trip!

Not only was the home absolutely beautiful, but it was also so nice to stay at a place that when you showed up, there was really nothing extra you needed to bring besides your food. They had all of the amenities and accessories needed. It is lavishly decorated, and we had the best time. Look forward to coming back and staying at his home again.

My family ages 25-85 had the most amazing time. The house was very accommodating and made everyone so comfortable. Even with it being December, the hot tub and amazing views made the trip! I would 100% recommend for a beach getaway!

This property was everything it was described and shown to be! Unfortunately, it rained through most of our Thanksgiving stay but, the layout and amenities of this house made staying inside so enjoyable for our multi-generational family. We had plenty of room to spread out and also enjoy time together. We will definitely be back!!

Nov 4 -14, 2022 The property is well-appointed in many aspects. It is a beautiful and comfortable house. We were 13 adults and never felt crowded. Internet connectivity is problematic, but we do not believe it is the owner's fault. The hot tub users didn't feel the water got hot enough and getting it to a higher than ambient temperature took quite a while. The golf cart needs a muffler!! All in all, everyone enjoyed themselves and the property immensely and we would certainly stay there again. (Maybe next year!?) Thank you Ms. Baker for all of your help!

This house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well-stocked. WiFi worked great. Beach is beautiful. The host was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this property.

Our extended family of 11 had a wonderful week at Sea Dreams. Each couple had their own room with bath and the kids had their own rooms/beds with baths too. Fantastic accommodations. The house is gorgeous and well-stocked. We cooked many meals and had everything we needed. The golf cart seemed like an unnecessary luxury but was SO NICE, USEFUL and FUN. Definitely worth the extra expense. The elevator was nice for older members of our party and the freight elevator was nice for moving heavy coolers and luggage. We spent many hours in the deck chairs and held a shrimp boil downstairs in the party area near the pool. It was so fun! Warning, the kitchen has an ice machine and now our kids want one at home! One recommendation is to take extra beach towels. There are some provided but there weren't quite enough and they are not the big ones.

House was amazing, was the perfect size for our group of 4 couples and 4 kids, super clean and had everything we needed. The freight elevator along with the indoor elevator made arriving and leaving a breeze. House has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and toys, grills, etc. The pool was great to cool off in after a day at the beach, and the bar downstairs and massive deck upstairs were the perfect spots to hang out. Beds were very comfortable and check in/out were a breeze.

This property lives up to the pictures. It is very nice, well equipped and stocked, and in a great location. This is a big place and comfortably handles larger groups of people. It was very clean and well organized. The house is decorated nicely and is a total pleasure. The beach is nice and wide at this location. My adult daughter is confined to a wheelchair. The only issue we had was that her wheelchair would not fit through the interior doors. It did fit in the elevator. If your group has someone with limited mobility, but not in a wheelchair, the elevator and property in general will meet their needs.

This house is everything you could ask for in a beach house. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back!!!!

We wanted to try Texas for Spring Break 2022. This house was absolutely gorgeous. An awesome view of the beach, a hot tub, pool, and the perfect amount of space for our 3 families. The golf cart was a big hit for our group. It made it easy to get everything to the beach very quickly. During our trip we went to the Galveston Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, and a couple of great seafood restaurants. We loved driving our rental jeep up and down the beach. It’s just $10 for up annual pass. The kids had a blast boogie boarding, they would have stayed in the water all day if we let them.

Had a great stay with large family group. Ages 5-90. Weather was not great for spring break but the house was just what we needed. Great property. Location is perfect. Beach access is easy and close over walkway bridge. Cannot say enough about the house. Very well done and decorated. Having the main elevator with the cargo elevator was pretty useful. The house has a separate ice maker in the kitchen that you cannot empty fast enough. The owners have thought of everything. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Everyone hated to leave.

We are a family of 6 and often times are traveling with family, so we rarely use hotels and mostly use rentals. That being said, we have had some very good ones and others that have not been so great. Sea Dreams in Crystal Beach is by far the best rental that we have ever stayed in. We had a total of 16 people from ages 10 to 70+ and we had more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time. Carinn was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions. The house was recently finished and the attention to detail with regards to the layout of the space was spectacular, and the amount of amenities that are included with the stay are just great. This includes towels for the pool and hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, cornhole, wifi, TV's in each room, cargo elevator, and regular elevator, etc. The view from the back deck with the comfortable chairs was just the kind of vibe we were looking for. Looking forward to coming back again to visit Crystal Beach.

Our stay at 636 Villa was amazing!! The house was immaculate and clean. It was decorated beautifully and provided so much space for all of us. The kitchen is a dream and we were able to make large meals using all the provided bakeware, etc. The access to the beach was within walking distance so we were able to spend a lot of time at the beach. The pool and hot tub were so nice to have although the pool was a bit too chilly for this time of year. We recommend this house for anyone who is looking for a beach getaway!
