If you are looking for a well-kept, beautiful and relaxing home within steps of a private dock to Beaver Lake and within 30 minutes of a trendy downtown area, look no further. You will not be disappointed in this property. The host is responsive, kind and thoughtful. The lake is quiet and scenic. And we were able to take a day trip to Branson while we were there which was fun. It was more than enough space for our two families and there would have been plenty of room for another family who we hope will join us next time. You will love it!

This home was perfect for our family of 6 to enjoy Thanksgiving week. The spacious kitchen and main floor allowed us to prepare and eat our meals without being in each other’s way. And the living room was perfect for family game night. An easy walk to the water made for hours of entertainment. The host was easy to contact with a quick response.

Three sisters and three nieces on a weekend adventure to celebrate an upcoming wedding. The property could not have been more perfect in every way! The house was plenty spacious, the kitchen was incredible, and the location was absolutely stunning!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. I had a girls weekend with my family; lots of space in the kitchen to enjoy food and company. The lake access was nothing other than perfect. We chartered a boat and was picked up/dropped off from the dock of the house and couldn’t have been easier. We will be back!!!!!

Amazing family get away! Right on the water! Beautiful chef's kitchen. Open concept on top floor. Plenty of space for everyone. Will definitely rent again!

The house is very comfortable and had plenty of room for our family of five. The main floor was open with a big kitchen, dining room, TV area and pool table. We were near Eureka Springs (10-15 minute drive), which was neat to see and easy to pick up groceries. We enjoyed exploring the area and made the trek to Lost Valley Trailhead, which was a fantastic hike. The weather was not the best, but we definitely made the most of it. We did not have a boat, but imagine the lake would be amazing to explore and enjoy water activities in warmer weather.
The owners were easy to contact, very friendly and helpful. Check-in was simple. It is a beautiful home for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Big house with a large open family area and upscale kitchen. Fun for the whole extended family. Beautiful surroundings ready for exploration. Lovely views of the lake and lots of fish to catch off the dock if the weather cooperates!

Loved this house so much! There was a ton of room for my family to gather in one place, or spread out around the house. The views were amazing and the screened in porch was fantastic. We can’t wait to go back!

Extremely private house on Beaver Lake that was very beautiful and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable six days with no problems whatsoever. Would definitely rent again.

The house is gorgeous! The views and easy access to the lake was a nice bonus. It allowed us to kayak and swim. Kids didn’t want to leave when our time was up.

The house is vehry spacious and with 12 people it was very roomy. The property is secluded and quiet away from people, relaxing!

Beautiful home, amazing lake access, exceptional layout, and very clean! This place was perfect for our long weekend get away. As we played in the lake we maybe saw four boats go by all weekend. It’s secluded and there’s nothing around it! My 17-year-old said it was the best vacation we’ve had in years! We will definitely be back!

Cheeky Getaway
What a wonderful weekend getaway in this gorgeous house. The home was stunning with beautiful and clean rooms, huge kitchen and multiple hangout spots throughout. A walk down the patio stairs lead straight to the water slip and where the water was clear and perfect in the summer heat. We can’t wait to return some day! Only thing to improve would be having a print out with wifi instructions available upon arrival, but our host was very communicative when asked for the information.

Beautiful Secluded Lake House
We had a wonderful time over Spring Break for a family vacation and birthday celebration! There were 5 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed spending time outside on the spacious deck areas and had plenty of room inside. There are multiple seating areas for both relaxing and dining. The kitchen is quite large and has just about anything you'd need to prepare meals. Double wall oven and double dish washers made preparing & cleaning up after family meals a breeze. Property is about 25 minutes from Eureka Springs and another 20 minutes to the lake. Highly recommend!

The property owner was also a pleasure to communicate with. She was super nice, made sure all was good and made sure if we needed anything at all to just let her know. I would definitely recommend this Lake House!
