Great layout and nice pool and backyard. Only complaint is the living room furniture was very uncomfortable.

Very nice property. House has everything that you need. Great kitchen. Pool and back porch are a perfect place to spend the days. Quick, easy walk to the beach if you want a change of scenery. Note that all of the beds have plush, luxury mattresses. If you don't like or can't sleep on a soft bed, then you may not like these. This is the 2nd Jacksonville property managed by Mike that we have rented, and I have no hesitation recommending either of them.

Great stay at this property. The outdoor area was very large, the heated pool the perfect temperature, and the kitchen size great for a group. Mike was very communicative and Jacob was amazing, ensuring we had what we needed and giving us recommendations on restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend this property!

Due to Hurricane Ian, we were unable to come to FL. I emailed and called the property managers several times in the week leading up to our reservation to let them know that we were likely not going to be able to make it to FL or use our reservation. As our reservation date approached it was obvious that we would not be able to use our reservation. The State of FL was under a State of Emergency, the Gov. of FL urged Floridians to evacuate if they could and publicly stated that visitors should NOT attempt coming to FL. Once the State of Emergency was declared, the Orlando and Tampa airports were shut down. Our flights were canceled, and there was no way we were going to be able to get to FL. I called Mike (property manager) and explained again our situation, he was unsympathetic and stated that there was nothing he could do and that we would not be getting any money back. He did tell me that if I canceled my reservation and the property was re-booked he would be willing to give me a portion of our money back. This was unacceptable....but I did attempt to cancel my booking. VRBO would not let me cancel and instructed me to notify the property owner - I relayed this to Mike the property manager, who reiterated that there was nothing he could do and would not be giving us a refund. I have since issued a complaint to VRBO. I would warn all future guests, to be extremely cautious when dealing with this property management team, they are greedy and seem to only care about making a buck! Sad!

We were very close to Mayo Clinic and the beach. The house was Fabulous! Everything you could need, a beautiful fenced in back yard, great pool, would highly recommend! This is the 2nd property we have stayed at this year, excellent!

We loved the property and had an amazing experience

This is a great house with spacious interior and open concept with a private backyard and pool. House was clean and pleasant to stay in. Very close to the beach in Jax and centrally located to everything you'll need. The street is quiet and safe. You'll spend all your time in the kicthen which is wonderful or outside on the pool deck. The beach chairs are a nice touch. The beds are extra extra soft memory foam, so it you prefer something firmer - you may be uncomfortable. The living room furniture is not very comfy either and there is no place to lay down to watch TV. Would suggest that the owners purchase a bigger sectional sofa and recliner so that there is a comfortable place to sit/lay down in the living room. We would rent this house again as it worked well for our family!

We love everything about this house! Beautifully updated and an incredible back yard/ outdoor living area. Convenient location to shops, grocery and restaurants, yet on a quiet street. We used to live in Jax and have family still there. We booked our next stay here on our way home! Thankful it’s pet friendly! Thankful for a great management company! You will not be disappointed.
