Great home, clean and well kept. Convenient location. Host are nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Lots of things broken in the house

Here's what we found when we arrived: >Master bedroom bathroom-1. Closet doors off the track and leaning against the wall. 2. Bathtub constantly running and unable to shut off. 3. Floor of shower had cracks in it and was soft when using. >Second bathroom had tile coming off the wall in bathtub. >Dishes were in dishwasher unknown if they were clean or not. >Patio in rear of property furniture was unkept and unclean >Lawn unkept and tree limbs Very dissatisfied and do expect some sort of refund especially for the amount of money spent to rent this.

Perfect house and location for 6 friends to stay for a weekend, comfortable and close to downtown Georgetown

Just need minor repairs done in the bathroom leaking shower head and tub faucet but everything was great

The house is spacious and having the garage available is a definite plus. The kitchen had everything we needed which was also nice to have. As far as improvements there are two. One, need a more comfortable couch in the living room. After only 30 minutes of sitting on it there was no way to be comfortable. We had to continuously reposition ourselves to relieve the soreness we were experiencing. The other issue is the height of the master bedroom bed. At 6'1" is was even hard for me to get on it. Maybe a step stool is in order. By the way, the tub faucet leaks--not a issue for our stay but definitely a waste of water.

Quaint, partially updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms were staged nicely.

Don’t get me wrong an awesome property and comfortable just little things that should have been different. Always always have white sheets and towels this shows the guest how clean they are not dark Gray. We picked up the hand towels and found long black hair in them shows me they weren’t washed. Went to grab a new one out of the cabinet and it also had a long black hair so immediately had to wash towels. We stayed in one night and made a frozen pizza and watched a movie. Literally by the time our pizza cooled off enough to eat thousands of ants on the stove and couldn’t get rid of them the whole trip. There is only one TV in the house. Lastly we slept in till 8 one morning opened the blinds took a shower to a man in the backyard mowing the lawn in acceptable I was naked. This is a nice area and house but seemed very new to hosting people
