This house offered ample space for everyone to spread out and rest. It was well stocked with all the things one could need away from home.

Beautifully decorated & had everything we needed. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but we expected that. The backyard was huge and I'll bet kids would love it. My husband and I were there with 3 other couples and we had the best time at South Beach Retreat!

This property is the perfect place for a large group. The pictures on the internet don’t do it justice. The home is well stocked with kitchen dishes, utensils, cookware, towels, games, books, and outside furniture to sit and relax. The homeowner was quick to respond with questions before and during our stay. The home is conveniently located to most areas of Grays Harbor. It is a one hour drive to the other beaches, Pacific Beach and Ocean Shores. There is always something going on in Westport/Grayland area. Don’t forget to visit the Maritime Museum and the Cranberry Museum. I would book this home in the future. You can tell the owner has put a lot of love into the home for those staying here.

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of personal space, but also, great gathering spaces.

Lots of space inside and outside. If I had to find something wrong I would suggest a darker drape in master bedroom and newer beds, but overall a great house.

The home is very tastefully done. High end finishes everywhere! Lots of room for 10 adults to spread out and relax. Highly recommending this to everybody!

We stayed here with kids and grandparents. Beautiful house, very peaceful. Backyard is great. Accurate listing. Very close to multiple beach access points.

My husband and I stayed at this home for a couple of days in July with two of our two grandkids (ages 10 and 12) and our dog. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and very roomy!! The property is off of the main highway. However, the home is set back quite a way from the road and the property is surrounded by trees and shrubs which made it very secluded and quiet. The beach access is a very quick drive away--just a couple of minutes and you're there. The home is very well stocked--everything you need in the kitchen for a large group, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and--even though we brought our own--food and water dishes for our dog as well as a supply of bags for pet cleanup. There are LOTS of board games to play and TV's in the three main floor bedrooms. The two living spaces were a bonus. My husband and I would be in one room watching the news, and the grandkids would be in the front room reading and enjoying their own space. We spent a lot of time on the large deck where there was plenty of very comfortable furniture as well as a gas grill for barbequing. We also used the fire pit and had s'mores with the kids one evening after checking for any burn bans. The house was easy to clean up as much as possible before we left. There are laminate floors throughout much of the home and a broom and dustpan handy. Lots of little extras such as a bin by the sink, separate from the garbage, to collect our recycle before taking it out, coffee and wine bar, split oven for baking multiple dishes or pizzas at the same time, beautiful container flowers on the front porch and back deck, flashlights, and newspaper, lighter and roasting sticks for the fire pit. This review doesn't do it justice--you actually need to stay here to appreciate all it has to offer. I highly recommend this property and hope to be able to come back!

The home was perfect the kids to spend time together. The upstairs with its four single beds was the perfect space for our children to hang out and be together. And the backyard is big enough for games and adventures the littlest one had a blast getting the older one to join in on. The home is spacious and cozy at the same time. The adults had space to do solo things during the day and in the evening we were all able to prepare meals together which brought back fond memories. The house is a lot more spacious than it looks from the photo. The interior seemed to be recently updated and brightly decorated. It was very clean when arrived. The big deck and the bbq with a huge backyard was a big plus. The driveway was big and we parked 5 cars with no problem going in or backing out. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

perfect place for family to get together for fishing and relaxing

Each year, my parents, my sister and her family and my family of four take a trip together. This year I found this house which looked perfect! Several bedrooms with no stairs, plenty of room, close to the beach, clean. The only real downside for us was that the upstairs room with the four twin beds does not have a door. None of us realized this until we arrived. Sound travels up the stairs very easily, which meant when my family with little kids went to bed early(ish), everyone else had to be really quiet, otherwise it would wake the kids up. We loved the house overall! The location is great for getting to the beach and we all had fun figuring out the best times of day to look for seashells. The backyard is absolutely dreamy. We spent a fair bit of time out there playing with the dogs and kids. I really appreciate the great selection of games and puzzles for the rainy days!

This property was perfect for our group of ten, so much room and privacy. It met all my expectations and more. Linda was so responsive and quick to answer questions. My granddaughter called the decor "beachy, but not over the top and tacky." We loved it and will definitely book again.

We came out for the annual crab feed and booked this to fit our family. Unfortunately the crab feed got cancelled but this place was more than perfect for our little family to do our own. Absolutely beautiful!

This is a beautiful home, great location, close to beach, huge backyard, and great for kids and pets. Very clean. Communication from property manager/owner was prompt and very helpful. Will definitely return.
