We were a group of 8 women traveling to Watercolor to play tennis and enjoy some much needed friend time. The house was spotless, comfortably furnished, and welcoming. We loved all of the indoor/outdoor space, the well-equipped kitchen, and the location. The golf cart was an added bonus! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

We had a lovely time in Watercolor. This home was perfectly located for our families right across from Camp Watercolor and the ball field. We would definitely recommend this home.

Reviewer Comments: Having 6 grandchildren 6 and under required a little different approach to our beach trip this year. 236 Spartina circle was a perfect choice! Its proximity to Camp Watercolor was wonderful, and having a golf cart to drive to the Beach Club was so helpful as well. The house was clean, well stocked, and the communication was fabulous. The house was indeed ready a little early, and the one small maintenance need was answered quickly. We would definitely recommend it!

Communication was very good; the home wasn’t clean in all areas but housekeepers did return to clean in area that was overlooked. This is atleast our 12th home we’ve reserved in the area but not on our list of best experiences- the kitchen was well-appointed but overall the property did not feel clean- a lot of dust and stains and sticky floors, the bedrooms are also much smaller than expected. The mattress in main king bedroom was uncomfortable and the linens were so worn that they were peeling (it was so bad we thought there must be sand in the bed and this was before we ever went to the beach so we definitely didn’t bring any sand in). The pantry is locked so you don’t have adequate space to put food and supplies nor is there access to a broom on the main floor next to kitchen to keep space clean. The home does come with a golf cart which is a huge plus and one of the best things about this rental. The kitchen is also open to a large dining area and family area which is also a plus. Due to the mattress, pillows and linens we did not sleep well at all so overall difficult to give great review considering expense of the week. The area is beautiful and the Watercolor amenities, as usual, did not disappoint.

This was the perfect house for us and two of our children's families. We could retreat to the guest house, leaving the young families to enjoy their time together. Great porches, great kitchen, great eating space... can't say enough... great house! While there were some cleaning issues, the management team address them immediately and professionally.

The hosts were very responsive and kept in communication from the date we booked until the day we left. We rent houses in different places multiple times a year and felt the hosting was exceptional. The house was great. We especially enjoyed the outside porches and eating areas,the well-stocked kitchen, and the proximity to the pools.

Also easy access to Publix and 395 if you want to avoid the 30A traffic in the busy season. The management company was above par as we had a few hiccups and they immediately attended to them with speed and ease. The beds all felt comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all items we needed and their was a nice game area in the garage with a ping pong fable and cornhole for the kids that was ab added bonus. The entire main living area is upstairs and all the bedrooms are downstairs which I though before I arrived would be a little frustrating but after living in the home for a week it was much more functional and enjoyable than expected. Location can not be beat if you kiddos are pool fans. It will be a little bit of a haul to the beach however.

We loved our first stay in Watercolor and the house was great. The property management company was also extremely easy to deal and very responsive to any issues we had. The one thing I would not give five stars to is the room above the garage. It had a terrible musty and mildew smell making it unbearable to have anyone sleep there. Fortunately for our group this wasn’t an issue as we had plenty of rooms in the main house which was very clean and had no bad smell at all. The property management company sent someone over to try and help with the smell but I was told that’s how things get down here above garages. Loved our visit overall and can’t wait to come back!
