This place was so wonderful. The pictures are very accurate and it’s beautiful. The owner helped with everything we needed. It’s a perfect spot on the caye. Anything and everything we needed was accommodated. Nievia was so helpful. The pool was perfect. Our fishing and snorkeling was done with Clinton and highly recommend him! Thank you!

This place is so much better than the pictures which is difficult to imagine since they pictures were what made us book it in the first place. The house was very clean, private, quite, and really made us feel at home. The communication from Kristie was so wonderful, wanting to make sure that every aspect of our trip, getting from the ferry/airport to the house and back, if we wanted a personal chef, expeditions, etc. The best part is Harley and his wife that were there for anything you could possibly need while there. Dinner ideas, activities, and everything in between. They even helped get lovely floral displays for our wedding anniversary and put in our house while I took my wife out for dinner.

My family and I stayed there May 13-May 20. Booked for seven days there were (11) of us in total a large family gathering for Mothers Day get-a-way. My brothers and uncles had there own hotel in town. (8) of us rented the house I supplied mgt with all the names of coming and let them know this was a family vacation, we got there on Saturday May 13th, we came in at different time because we were not all coming from the same state. was charged 40.00 to be picked up from the airport and brought to the villa. First day we went to dinner and second day laid around the pool, the third day I was sent an email stating that we used 3 inches of water and no one outside of registered guest are allowed to us tacitly which I understand if you are talking about the pool but to say you have a guest and they can't use the bathroom or sink to wash their hands is CRAZY and not what we paid almost 5,000 US for. How can you tell a guest we paid a lot of water and we might not have enough for your stay and can you please visit your other family during the day so you don't use as much water. We felt so uncomfortable that we spent most of the rest of the days outside of the house as to not cause an issue. One of my aunt was so insulted she left yes she changed her ticket and left because she no longer felt comfortable. The house was beautiful the location is fine, the cleaning lady and her husband who takes care of the property was amazing but the management of the property was not.

We enjoyed our stay. Any questions we had were quickly answered. There was sargassum which we were bummed about that doesn’t reflect on the property owners. The Villa completely filled our needs. The AC worked great, beds comfortable and quiet atmosphere. The transport from and to the airport along with the golf carts awaiting on the property were awesome and they handled the Tropic Air arrangements. Resulted in carefree worries over scheduling them.

Such a perfect property for our group. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We had two couples and two single people and everyone had their own space. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The owner and caretakers live on site and were available any time we needed something. The views were stunning and I would rent the place again. It's secluded and a bit out of town but we loved the location.

The property is in great condition and well maintained. The location is convenient to restaurants, stores, and San Pedro, but far away enough from the noise and traffic. We felt completely safe at Los Encantos, in San Pedro and throughout the island. There is a lot of room to spread out in the house; each bedroom has plenty of space. Kitchen is functional and have plenty of wares. Drinking water is provided. The onsite property manager, Harley and his wife are wonderful host, ready to assist you in anyway. Checking in is very smooth, all transportation were arranged by management company upon your arrival to Belize City. We utilized the recommended tour guide, Ali Mermaid (Clinton) for our activities; highly recommended. Overall, we enjoyed our one week stay and would recommend this listing for a single family or sharing with multiple families. PS, definitely have he housekeeper cook you a traditional Balizean meal, her key lime pie is delicious.

The property was better than expected. The on-site caretakers Harley and Vevia were amazing and super nice. Clinton took us on different excursions and is awesome! The house was perfect for 6 ladies. And no need to do any clean when you leave which is a huge bonus! It truly was a trip for the books! Don't use Rocks for your golf cart rental. Had issues all trip!!

Everything was great from the moment we arrived at the airport. Transportation was provided to the property where we were met by Harley who immediately gave us access and a detailed tour of the property. Harley and his wife Nevea make an excellent host for the property and will make sure that all of your needs and request are met. Harley then introduced us to Clinton who helped us to schedule any and all activities that we wanted to do. Everything flowed so well.

This was our 8th trip to Belize (7th trip to San Pedro itself!) And Los Encantos was easily one of the best places we've stayed! It's perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of being in town with a white sand beach, the inground salt water pool overlooking said beach is absolutely incredible too! Janice, Nevia & Harley were attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. An absolutely great team! The house was huge & accommodated my whole family super comfortably (there were 8 of us total!), It was clean upon arrival and was tended to every other day :) a fairly quick golf cart ride into town or to Secret Beach (15-30ish depending how fast your cart goes) and lovely for when you're ready to enjoy peace and quiet/relax for the evening! 11/10 would stay again!

This place was off the beaten busy path and everyone was so nice and friendly. We will be back

Three couples came to visit San Pedro area. The staff was onsite and all our arrangements from transportation to any excursions were taken care of and organized for us. Harley and Nevia, the caretakers, were friendly and helpful to any of our needs. Nevia cooked for us twice during our stay and we all agreed was our favorite meals during the trip. Clinton took us snorkeling and fishing and did a great job planning everything including cooking us the lobster and fish we caught back at the villa. It was secluded and felt like we had the place to ourself while still being a 10-30 minutes golf cart ride to Secret Beach and other bars and restaurants. The locals were incredibly helpful, friendly , and a great source of recommendations. We highly recommend taking the short flight through Tropic Air from Belize City to the island. It had amazing views. The property manager handled all our reservations and taxis. If you are looking for a relaxing and fun getaway this place will do it. The place was very clean and had plenty of bed and bathrooms to give everyone their privacy while staying together.

Property was beautiful, clean and spacious. Staff was wonderful, helpful and there if we needed anything. The only reason location was not a 5 is the road to get there is horrible and full of potholes. Obviously this is not their fault and I hope can be repaired.

We just returned from a week in Belize for my son’s graduation trip. We rented Los Encantos for 4 nights with a family of 7. This was a perfect home for our family! The home is beautiful and looks exactly as advertised on VRBO. There are 4 bedrooms, tastefully decorated, with 4 full baths. The decor and furnishings have been beautifully updated and the views of the sea are breathtaking. One nice surprise was that the 4th bedroom and bathroom are detached, so if you’re traveling with grandparents they can have private space. However, I would not want to have young children in that room. Janice is amazing! She handled everything for us, from our Tropic Air flights, to the golf carts, airport transfer, and arranging for a home cooked meal in our kitchen. Nevia will cook your group a home cooked meal (lots of menu options), and hers was better than most restaurant meals we had that week. She was friendly and fun to have have around the property. We also had a shrimp ceviche made for an afternoon snack after being at the beach, which hit the spot after a day in the sun. Harley is on site 24/7 and was also helpful and friendly with a lot of good recommendations for things to see and do on the island. We were well cared for during our stay and loved it so much that we bought a similar property nearby, thanks to Janice’s tip. One added bonus is that the road to Secret Beach is right next to the home, so it only took 15 minutes a to get to Secret Beach. And getting to San Pedro is also about 15 minutes. We were 10 minutes or so from Truck Stop, and less than that to Tipsy Lobster. We took all of our catch from a day of boating to Tipsy Lobster, and they made a great spread for us with a variety of lobster dishes. It was delicious! If you’re looking for a home in San Pedro, we found this to be the perfect home for our family. Our 5 children range in age from 11-18 and we had plenty of room for everyone. Thank you Kristin, Dustin, Janice, Nevia, and Harley! We will not forget your hospitality!

This was an incredible place to stay. They house was positioned well, the keepers are outstanding! We really enjoyed the pool and the short drive to Secret Beach! You won’t go wrong staying here.

We stayed at this property for a week in March. This was a fantastic house. It is very clean and spacious. The pool and beach/pier area are well maintained, quiet and very relaxing. Janice at Reef Management was so helpful with setting up our Tropic Air flights, golf cart rental and Covid tests. Nevia cooked dinner for our group 2 nights. Those 2 dinners were some of the best food we ate all week. She is a fantastic cook and does a great job tidying up the house. We used Clinton at Ali Mermaid for our excursions. The snorkeling was the best we have ever experienced. We saw tons of fish, sea turtles and rays. Shark Alley was the highlight of our trip. This was all of our first trip to Belize. It will not be our last!! I will definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend to anyone with a large group.

We loved the huge porches and bird feeders , pool and pier amazing . The view was spectacular!! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!!! Definitely an A+

Incredible home in a perfect setting. Beach access and a great pool. The home had everything it needed but if you are missing something Harley and Nevia will get it for you. They work so hard maintaining the homes and grounds. Nevia is an incredible cook and they are both the nicest people in the world. If there is any negative at all its the horrible road out to the property. The pot holes are too numerous to count and golf carts don't have the suspension to protect you.
