I’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and some have better cameras than others. This property was truly as nice, clean and cared for as the photos insinuate. The access to the pool and beach was very simple. We felt as at home as we’ve ever felt in a vacation. We already want to return for another stay!

Nice place but needed more toilet paper and it was brought to us. Recommend the following items be available in the room: tissue, hand soap for bathrooms, and shampoo.

A very nice place to stay . Easy walk out to the beach or pool . Everyone was nice and friendly . We even had info card with places to go eat and type of place it was . You even get your own parking place in the garage .

This property was even nicer in person! The host provided excellent directions for parking and check in as well as helpful suggestions on places to eat around the area. The condo was beautifully updated and decorated and also very comfortable. The beach was perfect and we were able to rent loungers and an umbrella for our whole stay at a reasonable rate. There were great restaurants in driving distance and we had fun visiting the next door bird sanctuary . We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back.

We traveled with our one-year-old granddaughter and we all had a great time at the pool and beach. We were able to walk out of our condo to the pool area and a few steps to get to the beach!!

The condo is the perfect location- walk out the patio and you’re at the pool! Steps away from the beach. All you need to bring is your family and food, everything else is waiting for you. The condo and complex was very clean. We will be back!

My family of three enjoyed our visit and stay in IRB! The rental was exactly as described! The pool and hot tub were perfect and the beach was steps away. Wonderful property, owner communication and posted signs throughout the property were accurate. There are also great grills available on property. We loved it! *Bring soap, shampoo & conditioner and the rest is somewhere in this rental and easy to find!

This was our first VRBO rental and we didn't really know what to expect but it was great! The host was super responsive and the condo was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to the beach. We highly recommend and will definitely book here again!

Would definitely stay here again. Condo was well-equipped with all you could want in terms of amenities. Great location on Gulf Boulevard. Step right out the door to the pool area. We felt very comfortable and secure during our 2 week visit. Many good restaurants nearby.

The property is great and the unit is beautiful, I love the way it was decorated. There was six of us staying there and we had more than enough room. Communicating with Jesse was very easy, she answered immediately. The location was good, a few minute drive to the stores and a

We had a great time staying here for a long weekend. It was my husband, myself and two 19 year olds. Despite the weather, we enjoyed the hot tub (which the maintenance worker worked hard daily to make sure was perfect!) as well as the heated pool. The location of this unit on the property is perfect. It's on the end and ground floor so you can walk right out to the pool area.
The location of the property itself is also great. Lots of great restaurant options and shopping near by.
Our experience with the property managers was also excellent. We had a slight issue with checking in and the code being wrong which was immediately rectified.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. The unit is well appointed and complete with everything you need for amenities for a great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great for my husband and I and our two friends. It was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The location of the condo was perfect, we could just walk out from our patio straight to the pool, take the stairs to the beach and enjoy the sun. The condo and complex was secured with coded door locks for entry which was a bonus. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Stayed here with my wife and two young children, and completely agree with previous review about this being perfect for families with young children. The pool is right outside your door, there is access to the beach from the back porch so you do not track sand throughout the unit, and there was a great selection of kids toys for both the beach and inside. The unit is large with plenty of room to spread out and not be bumping into each other. I will look to stay here again in the future.

My wife and I as well as my in-laws stayed at Jessi's condo and if I could give 10 stars I would. The condo was beautifully decorated and definitely matched the pictures as advertised. Everything and anything that may be needed for your stay is definitely included. We noticed the coffee pot wasnt working well the 2nd day which was no big deal and contacted Jessi and she had a brand new one delivered to us within 3 hrs. How amazing was that. We will definitely be staying with her again. Make sure you book with her I'm sure she books quickly. Best condo ever!!

Our stay was Aug 2023. We've done a summer beach trip for several years in a row now, and this was by far the best location we've found—especially for our 4yo. The pics were accurate, and the host was super quick and helpful when we texted with questions. It's *wonderful* to be able to walk right out to the pool, and you can access the beach from stairs next to the pool or by taking the elevator in the parking garage (so a beach wagon is a great idea if you're on the fence about bringing one). Also, there was a company renting pairs of reclining beach loungers and heavy duty umbrellas by the day/week. We grabbed those for our whole stay. Would 100% come again (and plan to)!

Pictures are not accurate at all!! We couldn’t even stay here because it was so filthy and the owner would only give us 1/2 of our money back! We were going to try and stay but the sheets and pillows were even stained and gross so we opted to take a loss and find some where else to stay! WARNING THESE PICS LOOK GREAT BUT ITS NOT WHAT IT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE!! I wish I could give it a negative star!

Everything regarding our stay was perfect! The location, the beach, the amenities, the condo-perfection! We had a slight mishap during our stay and the owner was so easy to communicate with and was so understanding, especially since we were at fault! We will definitely be back!

Lovely, remodeled condo on a convenient first floor. We could walk onto the patio to the pool and on to the beach. Watched the sunset almost every evening. Condo is very comfy and well equipped. We especially appreciated the cable tv to get local and sports channels. A lot of rentals no longer offer that. Area is very walkable with some great restaurants nearby. The manager, Jessica, was incredibly responsive when we needed new batteries for the tv remote. They arrived in less than 30 minutes. She is great. All in all, would definitely stay here again.

This property was clean and nicely. This place was perfect for families with young children. They even had a high chair, and toddler bowls and utensils. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool and beach. Note: infants/toddlers cannot go into the pool with a swim diaper. However the actual beach is very close by! Great suggestions and good communication with owner Jessi. Would love to return back some time soon!

Every year between Christmas and New Year’s I take my adult children on a vacation. This year we went to Indian Shores, and this unit was beautiful. The location is close to Saint Johns Pass, Clearwater, and several other beach towns. The beach is steps from the unit, and the pool was even closer. I would definitely come again.

Perfect place for our family. East beach access, location is clean and thinks of everything. Shopping carts for taking groceries to rooms, luggage carts, shoe shelves before the beach. Location was perfect, place is clean, great beds, nice kitchen. Loved it! Will be going back!

Great location, access to beach, and the Community! The Hosts are VERY responsive and so nice to converse with. Everything you need, it was only my husband & I….but this would be an amazing location for family with children. Pool is literally right out the back door! We did rent the lounge chairs and umbrella that are already on the beach through a company (maybe $145 for 5 days). That was very convenient & comfortable. Great food in the area & some Breweries within 30 minutes. Quiet condo area, we had the best time!
