great space, ping pong table

This house is a great size for a large family, and the location is wonderful. It is very convenient to beach access 9 and the Beach Club. You will need to purchase separate amenity cards for access to the Beach Club pool and restaurants. Be aware that there are only 4 true bedrooms. Each of these 4 rooms has its own bathroom which is very nice. The 5th "bedroom" is more of a media room that has a pull out couch. The other is an office with a Murphy bed. These two rooms would share a bathroom. The porches are lovely, we enjoyed a thunderstorm on the screened in porch. The kitchen is a great size and well appointed. It would be nice to have more seating in the living room for the size of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful.

Our friends stayed in this home when we were on the island for a friend's wedding recently. The house was absolutely stunning with some of the comfiest couches to ever exist. The reason I only gave it 4 stars was because I do feel the listing is a bit inaccurate. The listing advertises 5 bedrooms but truly there are only 4. 3 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed. In addition to the 4 bedrooms upstairs, there were 2 other places to sleep downstairs; there is a pull out couch in the media room and a Murphy bed that is supposed to pull down from the wall in the office. We actually had one couple cancel before our trip and so there were only 8 of us (3 couples and 2 individuals) so we ended up fitting just fine but I'm not sure where the other 2 would have slept if there actually had been 10 of us. The island is absolutely beautiful and we would definitely return to this house in the future but would just be more mindful when booking with the knowledge we have now of the layout of the house.

The house had several issues that I reported. Some of the furniture was worn and dated. There were spiders and webs in some rooms. The refrigerator's neither ice maker worked. Too many items to list.

House was close to the beach & pool.The house was exactly like it appeared online.Very comfortable & easily accommodated 7 adults.Kitchen was great for cooking at home & outdoor gas grill worked & was easy to light.

This home looked like it could be on the cover of Southern Living magazine! The inside was just as beautiful as the outside and very spacious as well. Our family enjoyed our time in this beautiful home and on Seabrook Island as well.

We were looking for a property with 5 bedrooms to accommodate our family and friends for my best friends daughters wedding. The house is absolutely beautiful and it looks even better than the pictures. It was very clean and it was stocked with some 1st day items like toilet tissue, paper towels etc. Everything in this traditional style home is custom! The moment I arrived and saw how the live oak trees surrounded it, I said " this is my dream home'. Thank you again for sharing your precious gem with us! Hopefully we will be back in the near future!
