My family and I make a trip to the area once a year, for a little R&R before our busy season in the HVAC industry hits. We travel in from Arizona but were born and raised in California. Being by the ocean and close to attractions and restaurants makes our trip worthwhile. What seals the deal for our trip is our stay's location and the amenities offered. We appreciated the space of the home, the updated decor, and the fixtures. We knew that this was a multi-level home with stairs, and it was fine for our youthful bodies, but I wouldn't recommend it for the elderly or someone who has limited mobility. The bottom floor is spacious garage access, but barely tall or long enough for a standard-size SUV (think Chevy Suburban) to fit. The second floor is the common area with a kitchen and seating. We had plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, cups, and cookware/serveware. It was nice having dishwasher pods and dish soap available to us, as well as plenty of paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels). We also appreciated having extra cabinet space to put our dried goods. On the third floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom en-suite. The other bedroom does not have a bathroom in-suite but has access to their own. The laundry room offers a stacked washer and drier. The master bedroom is located on the 4th floor. The bathroom is spacious enough and the bed was quite comfortable. The neighborhood was fairly quiet as well! My family and I would happily stay here again.

This property is 10-15 min drive to the beach (listing address is to mgt office). If you are okay with stairs, it is a 5-level condo. The place is clean, comfortable, and the rooftop view is awesome. I took my 4 adult children to see a concert and we had a blast in this place. Rented a car and drove to Venice beach on a couple of the days. We did not need to speak with mgt much, but they were available if needed. Easy to check in and out. Would def go again!

This is a beautiful property. I will definitely recommend. The roof top area was a great place to chill.

great place - parking safe and secure

Came here for a short Girl's trip and was very happy with the location, cleanliness and decor of this home. Check in was a breeze and the managing co was very quick with responses and reminders when we were checking out. We really loved how they thought of everything. The house looks exactly as shown in the photos. The area is very central to lots of good eats and shopping. We will definitely want to book here again!

Great communication with property manager and description of property is accurate

Pretty much exactly as advertised.

The place was perfect for us. The location was not where we originally thought but it actually ended up being a perfect location for all that had planned. It was clean and a great size. You can actually see the Hollywood sign from the roof! The check in process was so easy. Communication with the owner was top notch. We would highly recommend this property.

Location allows for easy access to multiple places

Enjoyed the stay, not as close to the water as I thought it was, and the lighting could use a warmer color temp. But overall solid place to set up shop for a few days and hang out.

the stairs are exhausting.

We booked this location for our girls weekend & the Taylor Swift concert at SoFi. It was everything we were looking for. The two car parking garage was clutch as parking in this neighborhood is scarce. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and spent hours up there hanging out. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen/living area as well for our group of 6. And with 6 girls getting ready for a concert, three full baths was a must. I messaged the owner once for a question on the deck lights which I received a quick response. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe but we liked the added security of the gated property. Definitely will use this property again for LA located events.

This was just what our family was looking for. It had everything we needed and was close to everything.

This is an excellent home with modern design and appliances. Beautiful rooftop with views of the neighborhood. Great location on the west side. Parking can be difficult on the street but space for 2 in the garage. We look forward to staying here again.

Everything about the home was perfect! Very clean and everything brand new. The only snag was that we thought we were booking a property in Marina Del Rey. The property is actually in Del Rey, about a 12 minute drive from the beach. You will not be able to walk to the beach

Property was great! Very modern and roomy. Only complaint was that the kitchen was not well stocked. They didn’t even have a pot holder to remove hot pan from oven! Otherwise, it was perfect. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated

We ultimately enjoyed our stay. It was a little surprising and distressing to have to Venmo the rental agency separately from the fee we paid by credit card to VRBO. It took a few phone calls to sort it out. Our friend is a master chef so it was great to sit around the big island and watch him cook. We pointed out a few discrepancies with the rental agency after we left and they called me to apologize and thank me for our feedback. They said they were working to resolve the issues we pointed out.

Great modern place with modern accommodations and a great patio view

The property is exactly as pictured. The roof provided excellent views. It was a great place to hangout. The beds were comfortable. A washer/dryer allowed us to keep the kids in clean clothes. Just an FYI, if you are short, under 5ft 5 the middle shelves in the kitchen will be difficult to reach. We had 2 over 6ft so it wasn't an issue for us. Overall a great place to stay.

We planned a 3-night stay in LA after a visit in Palm Springs. We loved the property, although the description had led us to think it was in Marina Del Rey --- as others have said in reviews. However, we found great local Mexican restaurants in this location in Del Rey on the border of Culver City. But we loved the residential feel of the neighborhood, and the security of the property, with gate and garage. The Townhouse is beautiful, with Livingroom & Kitchen level; next level with two nice Queen bedrooms with bathrooms; and next level with King and bathroom; top level is roof terrace. The listing mentioned a 4th room with Futon, which wasn't there, so we shared the king. Unless you're couples, the fit may not work. The service was great when there was a small electrical issue with outlets affecting the Keurig, etc, They were very responsive!

Great house, clean just like the pictures! Love that we had a garage to park in. The area is nice and quiet. The kids liked that they each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Only negative, it rained the whole time, we would've liked to use the rooftop patio. Be ready to walk up stairs:)

We appreciated this property's three bedrooms each with en suite baths. Kitchen was fully stocked and we prepared many meals in it. Location worked out well for us as we were in town to attend a Lakers game and the LA Marathon. Neighborhood was very safe and property was dog friendly. Also, there's a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit which was helpful. Amazing view from the rooftop deck and loved having secure parking and a two-car garage. Comfortable place, communicative management, highly recommend!

The property as described and plenty of room for all of us. The bed was comfortable, and having bathrooms for each bedroom was very convenient. We had some key essential ingredients from the kitchen and was able to cook and gather which was wonderful. Garbage disposal was not working, but we managed to work around it. There is no bathroom on first level, so it was also something to be mindful of. Having the attached garage is super helpful, and overall we all adored the space and created tons of wonderful memories.

The property and unit are exceptional. Very clean and modern, with great access to a private garage which was handy. Just note, this unit is nowhere near Venice Beach/Marina Del Ray as you might assume based on the listing but is a great neighbourhood in Culver City. I will 100% book again at a future date.

This property was beautiful! While the prior reviews are correct, and the location is further from the beach/Marina than what is shown on the map, it is still a beautiful house, in a good location. The house itself is gorgeous with nice decor and 5 levels including the rooftop. Each room has a modern bathroom attached, clean towels, and big beds and fresh linens. The master bedroom has its own balcony. The rooftop was my favorite feature! Plenty of seating, a table, a grill, a space heater, and a beautiful view! The entire rooftop is yours so use. It is important to note, there is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up and down a lot of stairs. This is not a good house for small children or older guests who do not want to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs. You will HAVE to walk up the stairs as the first bathroom is on the second floor, and the living room/kitchen is on the first floor. If you don't mind getting a little working out in, each floor is still very liveable and accessable. I absolutely enjoyed my time at this rental and would rent again. Be aware when booking. The house location is inaccurately shown in the VRBO listing. It is not near the water or the marina. It's inland a couple of miles. The owners/property managers know the listing is not correct, but won't change it. They do send an email after you've already booked that mentions the correct address, but if you miss that email and don't cancel your reservation, you're stuck. It's deceiving to potential customers. They need to put the correct location in the listing. Aside from that problem, the house is nice. Modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy to contact property manager when needed. No issues for us other than location.
