My experience in Vegas, along with the neighborhood was amazing.

I was a bit nervous to rent a VBRO and invite my eight local family members over for Thanksgiving dinner. But it turned out to be a great decision! The place easily accommodated the feast. After dinner my family found several great "backgrounds" in the house for family pictures. I think the large brick fireplace was my favorite. My wife and I brought our two dogs with us for the trip and stayed for 4 days. Were hoping to come back and stay longer. Everything was clean and stylish. All appliances work and are relatively new. Its conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and a great dog park. Henderson's newly renovated downtown Water Street District is less than a mile away, and has several restaurants and casinos. I had a similar experience as several of the other reviewers with regard to the property owner. Odelya was clearly interested in making our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. From the reservation process to final checkout, Odelya was attentive and accommodating.

Great location off the trip, home was perfect for the group we had! Odelya stayed in contact with us, and made check in and out very quick and easy! Will definitely stay again!

Inside house is cute and clean but the neighborhood and pool is questionable.

Odelya was so warm and accommodating! the Home was clean and comfortable with more amenities then you could ask for! the décor is stunning! the house is spacious and feels like a presidential suite! such a great deal and even better being so close to the strip and safe with small kids. pool and back yard was set up so nice for relaxing and safe with small children! I feel like I made a new friend in Odelya. cant wait to stay again and again! Thank you Odelya! cant wait to stay again! this is the best place I have rented! there's good surprises, no switch and baits here! and the pin pong table is a great touch! comfy beds! I could go on and on! thank you again!!!!

I I don’t want to book this VRBO quite a long time ago. About 10 days ago the owner called me up and said they had to switch me to another house. This did not make me very happy. The second house did not have the same number of beds. He said he had over booked it. But I would rather him have just given me a refund and let me book something else. It was very disappointing to not get the home that we booked in the first place. I thought the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

The stay and house was beautiful and our host was very accommodating. Helping us with whatever we needed! Loved staying here and will be renting this the next time I visit Vegas!

best communication with host! made it super easy to check in and check out, and loved having her reach out during the middle of the trip to see if we needed anything.

Odelya made it so easy to check in and check out , the house was clean and beautiful as in the pictures , the pool was also wonderful. The strip is just 12 minutes which is perfect for night life. I will definitely book again
