The property had everything needed. The pool and hot tub were clean and a lot of fun for the family. The location was quiet. All attractions were close to this home. We would recommend this home for a fun get away.

We wanted a property that would be close to Dunedin as we were attending the Blue Jays Spring Training. The property appealed to use as there was a pool, hot tub, and fire pit, plus two bathrooms with the adequate number of bedrooms. The property exceeded our expectations and not one amenity was missing. The pool was heated to our liking. The hot tub was perfect. The grounds immaculate and absolutely beautiful. The trees above the fire pit were heaven. Michael was absolutely fantastic! Attentive, responsive and always willing to make our stay exceptional. We would highly recommend this property. Just got back from a relaxing vacation in Palm Harbor. My husband and two teens travelled with my 87 year old mother in law, and sister in law. The house was exactly as described and yard was larger than I had expected. We paid for pool heating to 80 degrees and it was perfect (Pool toys, goggles were available) . Kitchen is stocked with basic spices, laundry and dishwasher detergent and previous guests left some bug spray and sunscreen. Bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Publix and Sprouts(organic and vegetarian options) are within 5 minutes away. We also spent a few days at Clearwater beach, and Honeymoon island and house was equipped with beach toys , towels and cooler bag and chairs. We had a few questions for Michael and he quickly responded by text. Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

My fiancee, Melissa, and myself booked this home in Palm Harbor for 10 nights after quite a search process. We were in the area to be married on Clearwater Beach during our visit to to the area. Communication with the property owner was simple and we received very quick responses during the inquiry and booking process. This home was certainly the cleanest home the we have ever rented through VRBO. The location is in a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood. The home itself is amazingly quiet. Any time that we did spend at the home was so relaxing and enjoyable....we loved it. The pool and and hot tub were enjoyed on a daily basis and felt wonderful....morning and night. Furniture and beds were great as well. There really isn't anything that would could find an issue with or complain about. We were all very satisfied. Our vacation, from start to finish, was flawless. Having an enjoyable place to stay for those 10 days certainly added to pleasures experienced on our vacation.

Our favorite thing about this rental was the back yard which is an oasis. Its way bigger than it looks in the photos and all of the furniture, hot tub and firepit were great. The pool looks great but it was too cold during our stay to use it. Inside was super clean and they had everything you would possibly need. Also, the mattresses were very nice. Would definitely recommend.

House was so well stocked and clean and the yard was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again!

6 longtime friends and ex-coworkers. The home and property were beautiful, well equipped, and very clean. Looks just like the pictures. We had a great visit and I highly recommend this rental. This group of friends has been traveling for about 30 years, and this was one of the top two or three places we ever stayed. Be sure and visit downtown Dunedin. FIVE STARS.

We were in palm harbor for a family event, the was immaculate, nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to main road, supermarkets , restaurants etc. the backyard was huge! awesome, super peaceful , over looking lush trees and plants, the pool, hot tub, everything was great . Communication with owner was also easy, he responded right away to any questions we had. Would def recommend! Great if you have kids also, lots of games , books and floats for the pool and anything u may need for the beach as well.

Our stay was perfect! The pool and entire years was amazing. The jacuzzi was great and the overall stay was great! Not far from the beach at all as well. Huge S/O to Michael!

Everything about this house is perfect. The house is the cleanest and most well appointed vacation rental we have had the pleasure to stay in. The owners have truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. It was truly a home away from home.

This house was perfect. Lets start with the nice wine and snack basket they had for me. The back yard was sooo beautiful. Nice size inground pool, infinity jacuzzi, Firer pit and multiple sitting lounge areas. The beds where very comfortable I had no back pain. The stores were very close so made it so convenient to go shopping. The best part was the host. What ever question we had he always answerd right away. I will definitely be back love this place. 5 stars!!!

The pictures do this lovely property no justice. The hosts thought of everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. It was a peaceful and beautiful property that I’d love to visit again. Go now if you can book it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was clean, well-stocked, and the backyard is heavenly. The pool was great especially for the kids who enjoyed every moment of it. The hot tub didn't get as hot as we'd like for it to, but it was still relaxing and enjoyable. The home is close enough to everything. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit the area in the future.

This has got to be the best property I have ever rented with VRBO! It's a gorgeous, well-maintained, well-equipped property that leaves little to be desired. The host went WELL ABOVE all my expectations! I MUST travel to Tampa again just to stay here. BOOK THIS PROPERTY PEOPLE! You won't be disappointed!

The house was beautiful! Exactly as pictured in the listing. Spacious and beautifully furnished. Minutes from food and grocery stores. Not far from the beach. Anything that you need is probably already at the house. While we brought everything with us, they had containers full of pool and beach items that are there for guests to borrow. Large yard. Nice outdoor seating and fire pit area. Side note, we had just come from 5 days at Disney and Universal Studios and my teenage son left the Harry Potter memorabilia (that was quite expensive) in the house. Michael was quick to respond when I relayed this information and promptly mailed the package to us in Ky. I had a very happy boy. We are so thankful! If we are in the area, we will stay again!

The house is beautifully appointed, everything you could possibly need. The property is just lovely; trees, lawn, pool, cabana….all immaculate. We visited Honey Moon SP & Calidisi SP which was just a short ride away. We would consider using this property again in the future.

Perfect place to enjoy the outdoors! There wasn’t a single thing we needed that was not in the house already provided.

Came into town with some family to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday! House was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful yard. Got great use out of the pool. Had cooler and chairs for the beach. Couldn’t have been easier for us.

Everything was perfect!! The home is absolutely lovely! So many thoughtful details, including soft fluffy bath towels and soft comfortable beading! The patio/pool area feel like an oasis! Perfect location close to great beaches and nice restaurants! Looking forward to another stay!!

This property was the best way to end our week trip to Florida. After starting the week hitting theme parks in Orlando, this property provided everything we needed to relax and recharge before heading home. It’s incredibly clean, the backyard was gorgeous and private, the home is kid friendly with a shallow end to the pool and play equipment and the house was well stocked with items to help us hit the ground running when we arrived. We will most definitely check here first if we find ourselves vacationing in this area again. Thank you!

This property was in tip top shape- clean and well appointed. The backyard space with the pool and hot tub was beautiful and private. All accoutrements were available in the outside area and inside too. I have been to many vrbo homes. Most were good, but this one stands out

Our family and friends were very comfortable in this house. The youngsters enjoyed playing in the backyard and cooling off in the pool. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, good restaurants and the beach.
